Abstract

Cooperation agreement plays a pivotal role in optimizing the cooperation of natural resources and promoting international collaboration in the context of petroleum and natural gas resources. Such agreements are also instrumental in maintaining positive relations among nations that share maritime boundaries. This paper delves into the position of cooperation agreements regarding petroleum and natural gas resources within the maritime territories of two different countries under international maritime law, and its impact on existing maritime boundary agreements. The research methodology employed here is normative legal research utilizing secondary and tertiary legal materials, including international regulations and scholarly literature. This study reveals that cooperation agreements are a form of bilateral agreement aimed at regulating collaboration in the exploitation of petroleum and natural gas resources. Within this framework, the involved nations have the authority to establish exploitation terms, as well as the allocation of rights and responsibilities. Various models of cooperation agreements are identified, such as the single-state model, two-state model, common entity model, and the trustee development model. The significance of cooperation agreements lies in strengthening inter-country collaboration for the exploitation of petroleum and natural gas resources within shared maritime regions.

Abstract

In people's lives, it will be inseparable from the activities of agreements, one of which is borrowing as stipulated in Article 1754 of the Civil Code. The party who lends funds or creditors and the party who borrows funds or debtors at one time may experience the problem of late payment. Therefore, in the event of bankruptcy, the debtor has the opportunity to apply for a postponement of payment through the homologation decision mechanism ratified by the Commercial Court. As a normative juridical research, this research focuses on the study of the law accompanied by an analysis of the understanding of reading books Thus, later the writing of this journal will be able to answer how the existence of homologation decisions is reviewed from Law No. 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations accompanied by a study of the theory of legal certainty as a form of protection both for debtors but also for creditors.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online buying and selling is growing rapidly along with advances in digital technology, providing various benefits such as efficiency, ease of access and market expansion. However, this development also brings a number of challenges, including digital fraud, delivery delays, and a lack of consumer protection. These problems not only harm consumers but also reduce trust in e-commerce as one of the pillars of the digital economy. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to identify the main factors that become problems in online buying and selling. In addition, this research explores solution steps that can be taken by governments, e-commerce platforms, and consumers to minimize existing risks. With legal foundations such as the Consumer Protection Law and Government Regulations on Trading Through Electronic Systems, this research aims to provide practical recommendations to create a safer, more transparent and fair e-commerce ecosystem for all parties.

Abstract

The people of Tukdana Village in Indramayu Regency have chosen the relationship of a man and a woman through marriage to become a family. A family consists of a husband and wife and can have children. Although there are still those who fail to maintain the integrity of their family, the people of Tukdana Village have tried to build a happy family. How are the efforts of the people of Tukdana Village in building a happy family? The TNI problem has been carried out by searching for data through empirical methods with technical interviews with community members during the implementation of community service. Based on the results of qualitative analysis, it is known that the people of Tukdana Village have created and implemented a happy family development program, through a movement to postpone the minimum age of marriage to 19 years, appealing to teenagers to finish school up to high school level, implementing an internship program for high school graduates, seeking the economic capacity of the community through opportunities to work as migrant workers abroad, conducting family development for young married couples, utilizing community service programs by lecturers and students to foster family couples to build eternal and happy families ABSTRAK Masyarakat Desa Tukdana di Kabupaten Indramayu telah memilih hubungan seorang pria dan wanita melalui perkawinan menjadi sebuah keluarga. Keluarga terdiri atas suami dan istri serta dapat anak-anak keturunannya. Meskipun masih ada yang gagal mempertahankan keutuhan keluarganya, namun masyarakat Desa Tukdana telah berusaha membangun keluarga bahagia. Bagaimana upaya masyarakat Desa Tukdana dalam membangun keluarga yang bahagia? Permasalahan tni telah dilakukan pencaian data melalui metode empirin dengan teknis wawancara terhadap warga masyararakat pada saat pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kualitatif diketahui masyarakat Desa Tukdana telah membuat dan melaksanakan program pembangunan keluarga bahagia, melalui gerakan penundaan usia perkawinan minimal 19 tahun, menghimbau anak-anak remaja agar menyelesaikan sekolah sampai dengan tingkat sekolah menengah atas, menerapkan program magang kerja bagi anak-anak lulusan sekolah menengah atas, mengupayakan kemampuan ekonomi masyarakat melalui peluang bekerja sebagai buruh migran ke luar negeri, melakukan pembinaan keluarga pasangan perkawinan muda, memanfaatkan program pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh dosen dan mahasiswa untuk membina pasangan keluarga agar membangun keluarga kekal dan bahagia.
