Abstract

Penelitian hasil observasi dan observasi kelas IV di SDN Maron, ditemukan bahwa guru menggunakan metode ceramah dan guru tidak menggunakan media pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pengembangan media pembelajaran IPS, validitas media pembelajaran IPS, kepraktisan media pembelajaran IPS, dan keefektifan media pembelajaran IPS Warisan Kerajaan Islam di Indonesia berdasarkan website untuk siswa kelas IV SDN Maron. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pengembangan media, mengetahui validitas, kepraktisan, keefektifan produk pengembangan media pembelajaran IPS Pusaka Kerajaan Islam di Indonesia berbasis website untuk siswa kelas IV SDN Maron. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian pengembangan ADDIE (Tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, Evaluasi). Produk yang dikembangkan adalah Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran IPS Peninggalan Kerajaan Islam di Indonesia Berbasis Website Untuk Siswa Kelas IV Sdn Maron. Media pembelajaran IPS ini telah divalidasi dengan validasi materi dan media, hasil uji kepraktisan dari angket respon guru dan angket respon siswa. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa pengembangan media pembelajaran IPS warisan kerajaan Islam di Indonesia berbasis website untuk siswa kelas IV SDN MARON memenuhi kriteria valid, praktis dan efektif digunakan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that exist in SDN Gayam 3, which shows the learning of Mathematics in the basic competencies of subtraction and addition in grade III. In this study using the RnD (Research and Development) method. The development model used is the ADDIE research model which has 5 stages, namely : (1) Analysis Stage, (2) Design Stage, (3) Development Stage, (4) Implementation Stage, (5) Evaluation Stage. The subjects of this study were 29 students of grade III SDN Gayam 3 Kediri city. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The result of this study indicate that (1) the validation results obtained from the media validator reach a percentage of 86,66% and the validator material 91%. Then the results of the validity an average percentage of 89%. So that devepment media can be declared valid. (2) The results of the teacher’s response questionnaire rechead a percentage of 88,5%. So that media development is declared practical. (3) The results of the analysis of limited trials and wide trials of post test questions reached 83 and 88,4, there is a significant difference through the Paired T-Test. So that the development of PEKA media is stated to be effective for use.

Abstract

Natural Science (IPA) is an activity to study nature systematically through actual activities and trains students to think critically and objectively to achieve learning objectives. Using learning media in the learning process can support success in the learning process. This study aims to determine interactive multimedia development's validity, practicality, and effectiveness based on the educational game "Plant World" material about plant parts and their functions. This research uses the R&D (Research and Development) method with the ADDIE model, which consists of 5 stages, namely 1) analysis, 2) design, 3) development, 4) implementation, and 5) evaluation. Data collection techniques using expert validation questionnaires, teacher and student responses, and pre-test and post-test evaluations were then analyzed using qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The results showed that the development of interactive multimedia based on the educational game "Plant World" with the validation of media and material experts obtained an average percentage of 86% very valid criteria, teacher responses received a percentage of 89% very practical criteria, and student responses obtained a percentage of 90% very good criteria. The effectiveness was obtained from the average pre-test result of 57.7 and the post-test of 81.7. It was found that the post-test value was higher than the pre-test value, and the specified KKTP was 75. Strengthened by the Paired Sample-test results obtained 0.001 <0.05, there is a significant difference between pre-test and post-test evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar belum tuntasnya hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan, sehingga membutuhkan perbaikan dalam pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada materi penjumlahan dan pengurangan menggunakan media Smart Ticket. Metode penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan pembelajaran 2 siklus dengan tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi yang dilakukan kepada siswa kelas 1A SD Negeri Burengan 2 Kota Kediri. Hasil dari penelitian ini telah menunjukan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar dari pra-siklus, siklus I ke siklus II. Pada pra-siklus, rata- rata hasil belajar siswa hanya mencapai 55,48 dengan presentase ketuntasan 29,03%. Setelah diberi tindakan pada pembelajaran siklus I melalui media Smart Ticket rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mencapai 72,90 dengan persentase ketuntasan 41,25%. Pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar siswa naik mencapai rata-rata 83,87 dengan persentase ketuntasan 77,41%. Dengan demikian, dari hasil penelitian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembelajaran penjumlahan dan pengurangan menggunakan media Smart Ticket dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas 1A SD Negeri Burengan 2 Kota Kediri. font-family:Calibri; mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri; mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri;}div.WordSection1 {page:WordSection1;}

Abstract

Motivation of achievement is the interest to achieve success in academics. Motivation of achievement demonstrated by efforts and seriousness in following each lecture and exercise the tasks. Mc Lelland suggests there are six characteristics of individuals who have the motivation high achievers among these: strong feelings for mecapai purpose, responsibility, take risks, are evaluative, creative and innovative, and like a challenge. To find out motivation of achievement in course learning materials development, then it needs to be done a study. This research used the qualitative approach. The model used in this study was a case study. Data analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of the interview and observation during course  learning materials development support the motivational characteristics of achievers. This means, in general student PGSD level II has motivated achievers in course learning materials development.

Abstract

AbstractStudents often experience problems in linguistic aspects which affect the quality of their writing. The use of academic writing guidebooks is needed to overcome these problems. To meet the needs of students as technology users, the academic writing guidebook is presented based on the Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach. The aim of this research is to determine the differences in learning outcomes before and after using the guidebook presented and to determine the effectiveness of this guidebook. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with the data analysis process using the  Wilcoxon and Mann-Whitney U tests. The results of this research show that there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the experimental group. However, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. Which mean academic writing guidebook is ineffective to improve languages aspect in student academic writing skill.Keywords: TPACK, academic writing, guidebook, linguistic competence.AbstrakMahasiswa seringkali mengalami permasalahan pada aspek kebahasaan yang mempengaruhi kualitas tulisannya. Penggunaan buku panduan penulisan akademik diperlukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna teknologi, maka buku panduan penulisan akademik disajikan berdasarkan pendekatan TPACK. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan buku panduan yang disajikan dan mengetahui keefektifan buku panduan tersebut. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuasi eksperimen dengan proses analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Mann-Whitney U. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara pre-test dan post-test kelompok eksperimen. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Artinya, buku panduan penulisan akademik tidak efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kebahasaan pada keterampilan menulis akademik mahasiswa.Kata kunci: TPACK, penulisan akademik, buku panduan, kompetensi linguistik.

Abstract

Cultural literacy is a person's ability to understand, appreciate, and behave towards various cultures. Students must have cultural literacy skills to socialize, respect, and show tolerance towards different cultures in the institutional environment and the community. This study aims to reveal the understanding of the cultural literacy of PGSD students. The research method used is the mixed method with the explanatory sequential design. The study results showed that the cultural knowledge demonstrated by students was included in the good category, namely in language and arts literacy, multiculturalism, nationalism, and cultural inclusivity. They had the willingness to see and be involved in different cultures. However, the initiative and attitude towards different cultures were not seen in the results of this study. The conclusion of this study shows that students have a fairly good understanding of cultural literacy. This research contributes to how cultural literacy is implemented in lecture activities and how students understand cultural literacy, the importance of cultural literacy in higher education especially in elementary school teacher education to develop awareness of cultural differences to increase tolerance and the process of intercultural socialization.
