Abstract

Currently, waste is an important issue faced by almost all countries, including Indonesia, as it can have social and environmental impacts. Waste management needs coordination between local governments and waste-generating communities. The government must provide means of final waste disposal site. At present, Wonogiri District has five disposal sites located in 5 different sub-districts of Pracimantoro, Baturetno, Ngadirojo, Slogohimo and Purwantoro. Determination of alternative final disposal site in Wonogiri District is needed for more effective and optimum waste handling. Using Technique of Order Preference method by Similiary to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), it is proposed in this article that the Baturetno site is the best alternative for final disposal site compared to the other four sites. This article also proposes a scheme for the further processing of waste into methane gas that can be utilized by the community.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of minimum wage and human development index on unemployment rate in Aceh Province. The variables used in this study are province minimum wage,human development index, and variable unemployment rate. The data used in this study is time series in the period 2004-2018 and analysis model used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the UMP variable has a positive and significant effect on employment rate, while the H0, variable has a negative and not significant to unemployment rate,but on the coeficient determinant (R2), both variables has significant effect on unemployment. The results of this study are to be an indicator of the the Aceh’s government in choosing politicies that are appropiate to reduce unemployment and to increase job vacancy for unemployed in various sector.Keywords: Unemployment. Abstract

This research was conducted at Dharma Karya UT South Tangerang Junior High School in class VII which amounted to 26 people. This research was motivated by the lack of learning media. The learning media used by teachers only use printed books, the internet and powerpoint and the learning model used by teachers is only cooperative learning, so that the impact on students is easily bored and bored in participating in the learning process. This study aims to produce Pop-Up book media (Bingkap) and make rhyming text using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in class VII SMP Dharma Karya UT South Tangerang which meets valid and practical criteria. This type of research is Richey & Klein research. The development model uses 3 stages. The stages carried out are planning, production, and evaluation. In the validation process, Bingkap media was validated by 2 validators, namely media expert validators and material expert validators. In the development process, teachers fill out a questionnaire sheet to be able to see the developed Bingkap media. Based on this research, the results of media expert validation obtained a percentage of 90% with the criteria “Strongly Agree”. The results of material expert validation 88.33% with the criteria “Strongly Agree”. From the results of the response questionnaire by the seventh grade teacher obtained a percentage of 100% with the criteria “Strongly Agree”. This shows that the Pop-Up book media (Bingkap) using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model in learning to write Indonesian rhyming text in class VII SMP Dharma Karya UT South Tangerang is declared Strongly Agreed or Very Valid in the learning process.

Abstract

Beton adalah konstruksi yang tersusun oleh material semen, air, agregat halus, dan agregat kasar. Setiap jenis agregat halus memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda - beda, karakteristik tersebut yang mempengaruhi perbedaan kuat tekan beton pada setiap jenis agregat halus. Pasir yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berasal dari dua daerah yang berbeda yaitu pasir dari Desa Huta Lombang dan Desa Bonan Dolok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan kualitas pasir yang baik dengan jenis pasir yang berbeda terhadap kuat tekan beton. Pengujian dilakukan pada umur 7, 14 dan 28 hari untuk pengujian kuat tekan. Sampel yang digunakan berbentuk silinder dan berjumlah 27 sampel. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan beton normal dari kota Padangsidimpuan. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan menggunakan pasir Huta Lombang memiliki nilai kuat tekan paling rendah dengan rata – rata 13,49 MPa. Sedangkan kuat tekan beton rata - rata pada pasir Bonan Dolok 19,31 MPa. Serta hasil kuat tekan beton rata - rata pasir Padangsidimpuan memiliki hasil kuat tekan beton terbesar yaitu 22,72 MPa. Dengan demikian, pasir Bonan Dolok memiliki kualitas yang lebih baik dari pada pasir Huta Lombang.
