Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan orangtua, penghasilan orangtua  dan minat belajar mahasiswa terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi stambuk 2014 Universitas HKBP Nommensen. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas HKBP Nommensen dengan sampel sebanyak 121 mahasiswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitan ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan angket (kuesioner). Teknik analisis data yang digunakan antara lain: uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji heterokedastisitas, analisis linear berganda, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis yaitu: uji t dan uji F.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari tingkat pendidikan orangtua, penghasilan orangtua dan minat belajar mahasiswa terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi stambuk 2014 Universitas HKBP Nommensen  baik secara parsial dan simultan. Kata Kunci : Tingkat Pendidikan Orangtua, Pendapatan Orangtua, Minat Belajar Mahasiswa, Prestasi Belajar Mahasiswa.

Abstract

Pemahaman terhadap manajemen modal dalam perusahaan ini menjadi dasar bagi mahasiswa dalam mengatur perputaran modal kerja dalam suatu entitas bisnis, sehingga memberikan kemudahan bagi mahasiswa untuk diterima dalam dunia kerja. Saat ini kemampuan kognitif saja tidak begitu atau kurang berperan di dunia kerja. Orang yang pintar belum tentu mampu berkerja secara team selain itu belum tentu memiliki afektif dan keterampilan yang menunjang keberhasilan kerja team (Junaidi, 2009). Model pembelajaran kooperatif pada dasarnya memberikan ruang yang lebih luas kepada mahasiswa untuk bereksplorasi dan saling bekerjasama. Dengan pembelajaran kooperatif mahasiswa didorong bekerja sama secara maksimal. Kerjasama di sini adalah setiap anggota kelompok harus saling membantu menguasai bahan ajar. Bagi mahasiswa yang memiliki kemampuan tinggi harus membantu teman sekelompoknya yang memiliki kemampuan rendah, karena penilaian akhir ditentukan oleh keberhasilan kelompok. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Universitas Negeri Medan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan documenter. Observasi dilakukan dengan melihat secara langsung proses belajar mengajar pada mata kuliah manajemen keuangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran Manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan dosen pada konsepnya sudah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif. Model Pembelajaran kooperatif yang diterapkan masih belum effektif terlihat dari hasil evaluasi mahasiswa yang masih rendah. Perlu adanya pengembangan model pembelajaran kooperatif yang sudah diterapkan pada bagian – bagian ; pembentukan kelompok diskusi, pemberian tugas dan kuis disetiap materi, pemberitahuan/pengumuman atas hasil tugas dan kuis serta memberikan hadiah bagi yang menjawab dengan benar dan tepat waktu, serta  adanya penggunaaan lembar kegiatan mahasiswa. Abstract

In general, this study aims to improve the quality of learning in microeconomic theory courses in students of the Economic Education study program, Faculty of Economics, Unimed. In particular, this study aims to develop a feasible and effective Android-based macroeconomic theory learning media for learning. Based on the research results, the application of ed classes in the microeconomic theory course has been validated by 3 media and material experts. The results of expert validation resulted in a decision that the Ed Classes mobile learning application had a very high level of feasibility with a note that revisions needed to be made. After all revision notes were corrected, the mobile learning was then tested in small groups on 20 class C students in semester 3 of the Microeconomic Theory course. Based on the results of these trials, it is known that to test the effectiveness of the elasticity material it is concluded that the posttest learning outcomes of students after using mobile learning Ed Classes are significantly higher than the results of student pretest. Whereas in the practicality test it is known from three indicators, namely ease, usability and time effectiveness, all of which show satisfactory results at the strong level of practicality category. The results of this study are expected to increase learning motivation and also to increase student learning independence. It is hoped that the preparation of mobile learning can be as practical as it will make it easier for students to learn. Mobile learning applications, of course, can trigger students to master technology that makes human life easier and supports the industrial revolution 4.0 in the world of education.A maximum 200 - 250 words abstract in English with book antiqua font 11 point, 1 spacing, justify, italic. Abstract should be clear, descriptive, and should provide a brief overview of the problem studied. Abstract topics include discipline area, the purpose of article, reasons for the selection or the importance of research topics, research methods, hipothesis, the results of research, research’s contribution in discipline area, and a summary of the results. Abstract should end with a comment about the importance of the results or conclusions brief.

Abstract

One form of offline learning transformations to the online is the conversion of the printing materials to web-based teaching materials. The hope is to facilitate and support the management of online learning. In general, the study aims to know the degree of worth and effectiveness of the teaching material in economic educationists can improve students' learning. It uses addie models. The study was done on student students of class a v-semester who took the economics course at prodi economic education in 2021/2022. For a small test sample taken 30 students. The effectiveness of test results concludes that students' learning after the use of economic etrica is higher than those of pretest students. This is significant if the teacher-based website on the resulting econometrical courses proves to be effective in improving student studies.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain the teaching materials based on theory and practice for the Business Introduction course. This study use the ADDIE model for research and development, which consists of five stages: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (4) Evaluation. Validity, practicability and effectiveness, are the data analysis approaches used in this reserach. This book was validated by three validators, and the results reveal that it has good feasibility but should be revised. The results of the practical test also show that the book has a high level of practicality. According to the test findings, students' post-test scores are greater than their pre-test scores.

Abstract

The Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan is one of the educational institutions that plays an active role in organizing Entrepreneurship education. The problem found in the Entrepreneurship Study Program is the lack of teaching materials owned by lecturers to teach courses. Another problem is the lack of optimal implementation of practice in Entrepreneurship learning. This study aims to compile teaching materials in the Business Introduction course based on Theory and Practice. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 (five) stages of implementation, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development (4) Implementation, and (4) Evaluation. The data analysis techniques used in the study include 3 (three) types, Validity, Practicalis, and Effectiveness. The results showed that the resulting book was in the very decent category with a validity score of 99.34%. The results of the practicalist test show that books are very practical to use in learning with a score of 90.79%. Based on the effectiveness test, the average score of the student pretest is lower than the postest score, and the significance value obtained is 0.00

Abstract

This research uses research and development (R&D) methods using the ADDIE model. For the small test sample, 10 college students were randomly selected. Porton Movie. tests on college students. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of research and development are educational materials based on Poodton cartoons that can be accessed from smartphones through YouTube and Google Drive applications which can also be downloaded offline.  In the practical test, students also gave a positive response with an average overall score of 5.80 included in the very practical category as well as an effectiveness test using the t-test table for significance levels α = 5% = 0.05 and df = 9, then obtained t at t hit = 17.72 and t tab = 1.833 with the conclusion The value of t hit > t tab, so it is said that there is effectiveness (significance) The development of introductory teaching materials for macroeconomics based on poodton animated films with a significance level of 5% is very effective.
