Abstract

Melaksanakan Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah dengan judul “Penerapan supervisi Klinis Kepala Sekolah Untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Guru Pada Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar Melalui Model Role Playing di SMA 1 Percut Sei Tuan. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal-hal sebagai berikut: (1) ) Untuk mengetahui penerapan model Bermain Peran dalam memahami materi pelajran; 2) Untuk mengetahui peningkatan pemahaman siswa dalam memahami materi melalui penerapan model Bermain Peran; (2) Deskripsi besarnya peningkatan kemampuan guru di SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan dalam mengembangkan Model Bermain Peran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan sekolah, yang dilaksanakan untuk memperbaiki kompetensi guru dalam mengembangkan Model pembelajaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 1 Percut Sei Tuan, pada semester I tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu menguraikan fakta dan hubungan antar fakta penelitian secara tekstual sehingga mudah dipahami pembaca secara umum.Berdasarkan atas hasil penbelitian tindakan sekolah yang dilakukan, dapat dibuat kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Pelaksanaan supervisi dengan Pembinaan Kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru mengembangkan Model pembelajaran dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan utama, yaitu tahapan (a) Penanaman konsep Model pembelajaran dan indikator pengukuran kualitas Model pembelajaran. Hal ini diselenggarakan pada pertemuan pra observasi; (b) Pelatihan dan pengukuran Model pembelajaran. Hal ini diselenggarakan pada pertemuan observasi; (c) Evaluasi dan problem solving permasalahan dalam pengembangan evaluasi pembelajaran guru; (2) Terjadi peningkatan kemampuan guru mengembangkan Model pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan konsep-konsep di dunia kependidikan

Abstract

Sebuah studi kelayakan bisnis diperlukan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang kemungkinan sebuah bisnis untuk dijalankan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah restoran Chicken Crush yang terletak di Tuasan, Medan layak dijalankan atau tidak. Setiap aspek yang menjadi indikator dalam studi kelayakan bisnis harus memenuhi standar tertentu, namun penilaian tidak hanya dilakukan pada satu aspek saja. Penilaian untuk memutuskan kelayakan harus didasarkan pada beberapa aspek. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif berdasarkan aspek-aspek Studi Kelayakan Bisnis, yaitu, Aspek Hukum, Aspek Pasar dan Pemasaran, Aspek Teknis/Operasi, Aspek Manajemen & SDM, Aspek Ekonomi, Sosial dan Politik dan Aspek Analisis Mengenai Dampak Lingkungan (AMDAL). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa restoran Chicken Crush, Tuasan Medan layak untuk dijalankan dan memiliki prospek yang bagus.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a Digital Business Laboratory as a pre-business incubator. The research was conducted in a series of stages, including needs identification, mentor mobilization, module development, in-lab training, orientation, and assessment. The initial stage of the research was identification, in which students were given the opportunity to identify their wants and expectations regarding research and entrepreneurship programs. The next stage is mentor mobilization, in which experienced mentors from industry and academia are involved. Next, a module was developed, which included learning materials related to the managerial, financial, and marketing aspects of the business. Training in the laboratory was conducted using the prepared e-modules, supported by statistical software, social media, and adequate hardware. The results of this study indicate that the Digital Business Laboratory contributes significantly to enhancing the entrepreneurial creativity of student of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Medan. Students gave a positive assessment of the insights and knowledge provided by the laboratory, as well as its influence on understanding the managerial, financial, and marketing aspects of business. The use of media, such as Google Trends and social media analysis, is also considered beneficial in gaining relevant market insights. In addition, training in the laboratory and the assessments conducted provided a clear picture of students' entrepreneurial abilities. Students also felt that the Digital Business Laboratory met their expectations as a pre-business incubator and helped them develop skills and knowledge that could be applied in the business world.

Abstract

The development of teaching materials into film form and based on podcast media is a novelty. This step is an innovative idea to deal with relatively easy learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to determine the level of feasibility and effectiveness of Poodton animated film-based teaching materials in the introduction to macroeconomics courses that can improve student learning outcomes. This study uses research and development (R&D) methods using the ADDIE model. This research was conducted on third-semester students taking an Introduction to Macroeconomics course in the economics study program in the 2023/2024 academic year. The data analysis technique used is quantitative data analysis techniques. The results of the research showed that the teaching materials developed received good ratings from experts with an average feasibility score of 4,21 which is in the appropriate category. In the practical test, students also gave a positive response with an average overall score of 5,80 entering the practical category as well as the effectiveness test using the t-test table for a significant level α= 5% = 0,05 and df = 19, then t was obtained at tcount = 17,72 and ttab = 1,729 with the conclusion that tcount > ttab so that it can be said that there is effectiveness (significance). The development of teaching materials for introduction to macroeconomics courses based on Poodton animated films with a significance level of 5% is very effective.

Abstract

This research uses research and development (R&D) methods using the ADDIE model. For the small test sample, 10 college students were randomly selected. Porton Movie. tests on college students. Data analysis techniques used are quantitative and qualitative data analysis techniques. The results of research and development are educational materials based on Poodton cartoons that can be accessed from smartphones through YouTube and Google Drive applications which can also be downloaded offline.  In the practical test, students also gave a positive response with an average overall score of 5.80 included in the very practical category as well as an effectiveness test using the t-test table for significance levels α = 5% = 0.05 and df = 9, then obtained t at t hit = 17.72 and t tab = 1.833 with the conclusion The value of t hit > t tab, so it is said that there is effectiveness (significance) The development of introductory teaching materials for macroeconomics based on poodton animated films with a significance level of 5% is very effective.

Abstract

Mug Souvenir merupakan jenis kerajinan berskala kecil yang khusus memproduksi berbagai macam Mug bertuliskan kata-kata motivasi atau gambar. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu meningkatkat produksi dan pendapatan mitra. Metode pelaksanaan yaitu meningkatkan pengetahuan mitra, pelatihan produksi, pelatihan penggunaan mesin sablon Mug Souvenir; pelatihan manajemen usaha, pemasaran melalui media online; dan pendampingan.  Sasaran/target pengabdian adalah Usaha Utama Jaya Com dan Usaha Bina Utama. Lokasi kegiatan di Kec. Beringin Kab. Deli Serdang Sumatera Utara. Kegiatan dilaksanakan bulan Maret-Mei 2024. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapat respon yang baik dari mitra terbukti dengan keterlibatan mitra secara aktif dalam mengikuti serangkaian kegiatan pelatihan yang diberikan. Mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat media promosi secara online. Manajemen usaha mitra semakin baik. Mitra mampu mencetak gambar pada mug dengan cara printing, dan mampu membuat desain gambar untuk dicetak pada mug sehingga pendapatan mitra semakin meningkat.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the health problems that is still prevalent in Indonesia. The problem of stunting is a concern for all government officials, from ministries to village heads. Regional Partnership Service Partners (PKW): Head of Pagar Jati Village and Village Midwife. The problem faced by the Head of Pagar Jati Village is that toddlers are categorized as stunting. The objectives of PKW: (1) to conduct socialization of stunting prevention, utilization of local food and understanding of nutrition; (2) training and assistance in preparing healthy and hygienic menus from local food sources, as well as practicing processing local food for family menus. The method of implementing PKW is through: socialization, training, and assistance. The results of the activity show that the community empowerment strategy through the DASHAT program has been implemented in accordance with the empowerment concept by the Unimed PKW team. It is hoped that mothers will have strong motivation in meeting toddler nutrition and improving mothers' attitudes and actions in providing balanced nutrition to stunted toddlers. So that Pagar Jati Village, Lubuk Pakam District, Deli Serdang Regency can be free from Stunting.

Abstract

Bahan ajar berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran, salah satunya adalah untuk mempromosikan pembelajaran mandiri. Bahan ajar memberi siswa kesempatan untuk belajar sendiri. Prestasi lulusan diperlukan untuk mata kuliah ini. Mahasiswa harus mampu memahami permasalahan ekonomi, kebijakan moneter yang relevan, dan langkah-langkah yang diambil oleh bank sentral untuk mengatasi permasalahan ekonomi, khususnya penerapan kebijakan moneter oleh bank sentral. Ruang lingkup pembahasan meliputi: pendahuluan, jumlah uang beredar, teori permintaan uang, Bank Indonesia sebagai bank sentral, dan kebijakan moneter. Bahan ajar yang inovatif dan ruang belajar mandiri diperlukan untuk mempermudah tujuan ini bagi siswa. Bahan ajar dibuat dalam bentuk augmented reality tiga dimensi. Penelitian ini mengadaptasi model pengembangan ADDIE. Karena keterbatasan waktu, studi ini tidak melakukan evaluasi akhir sebelum tahap formative evaluation. 3 validators telah memverifikasi bahan pelajaran yang berbasis augmented reality, dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa bahan pelajaran itu berguna, tetapi perlu diubah. Sebuah penelitian dilakukan pada sebuah kelompok skala besar yang terdiri dari 25 siswa di semester kelima, yang dipilih secara random. Material pembelajaran efektif dalam proses belajar berdasarkan hasil tes.
