Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk, harga, dan endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian sepatu olahraga specs di Medan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada konsumen yang menggunakan dan memakai sepatu olahraga merek specs. Sampel ditentukan dengan metode Nonprobability Sampling, dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk secara parsial berpergaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga, endorser, secara parsial berpergaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Harga, atribut produk, citra merek secara simultan berpergaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel-variabel harga, kualitas produk, endorser, mampu menjelaskan variabel keputusan pembelian yang sangat besar dan dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam penelitian. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Produk, harga, endorser, Keputusan Pembelian, Produk Specs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain the teaching materials based on theory and practice for the Business Introduction course. This study use the ADDIE model for research and development, which consists of five stages: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (4) Evaluation. Validity, practicability and effectiveness, are the data analysis approaches used in this reserach. This book was validated by three validators, and the results reveal that it has good feasibility but should be revised. The results of the practical test also show that the book has a high level of practicality. According to the test findings, students' post-test scores are greater than their pre-test scores.

Abstract

The Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Medan is one of the educational institutions that plays an active role in organizing Entrepreneurship education. The problem found in the Entrepreneurship Study Program is the lack of teaching materials owned by lecturers to teach courses. Another problem is the lack of optimal implementation of practice in Entrepreneurship learning. This study aims to compile teaching materials in the Business Introduction course based on Theory and Practice. This research is a Research and Development (RnD) using the ADDIE development model which consists of 5 (five) stages of implementation, namely: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development (4) Implementation, and (4) Evaluation. The data analysis techniques used in the study include 3 (three) types, Validity, Practicalis, and Effectiveness. The results showed that the resulting book was in the very decent category with a validity score of 99.34%. The results of the practicalist test show that books are very practical to use in learning with a score of 90.79%. Based on the effectiveness test, the average score of the student pretest is lower than the postest score, and the significance value obtained is 0.00

Abstract

Strategi adalah alat untuk mencapai tujuan. Pemasaran adalah proses fungsional yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor sosial, budaya, politik, ekonomi dan administrasi.Strategi pemasaran yang sistematis terdiri dari tiga tahapan, dimulai dengan strategi segmentasi pasar, strategi pendefinisian target pasar, dan strategi penentuan posisi pasar. Bauran pemasaran juga termasuk dalam bauran pemasaran yaitu produk, harga, tempat dan promosi.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis strategi pemasaran untuk meningkatkan penjualan produk pada toko “Donatawa” Jl. Willem Iskandar No.117, Indra Kasih, Kec. Medan Tembung, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara 20221. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari tahap pengumpulan data, tahap analisis dan tahap pengambilan keputusan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa segmentasi berpengaruh terhadap penjualan karena kualitas jaringan bervariasi di berbagai wilayah dan penargetan tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil karena tingkat penjualan yang berbeda. Positioning ini sangat mempengaruhi tingkat penjualan, keuntungan dan pertumbuhan perusahaan, karena “Donatawa” tidak hanya fokus pada penjualan uang kertas Internet, tetapi juga menyediakan layanan transfer ATM antar bank, suplemen uang digital dan berbagai alat untuk kebutuhan mobile dan lainnya. . membutuhkan kebutuhan elektronik. strategi pemasaran, ada 4 poin penting Strategi adalah alat untuk mencapai tujuan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek-aspek dalam studi kelayakan bisnis yang terdiri dari aspek hukum, lingkungan, pemasaran, manusia dan SDM, teknologi, dan keuangan dari usaha Kak Neng Craft. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan wawancara secara langsung, yang dimana narasumber dari topik yang diangkat adalah Nelli Sefrika Sinaga atau yang sering dikenal dengan panggilan Kak Neng. Kak Neng Craft berawal dari hobi kak Nelli dalam membuat barang-barang kerajinan tangan dari barang-barang bekas.

Abstract

Islamic banking is currently on the rise and has become a community reference, one of which is financing using a profit-sharing system. For this reason, various Islamic banking products must be understood by the public, one of which is the application of murabaha contracts to financing products at PT. PUDUARTA INSANI Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS). This article discusses the Application of Murabaha Contracts in Financing Products at PT. PUDUARTA INSANI Sharia People's Financing Bank (BPRS). The results of this study are that the application of the contract used in financing is a murabaha contract, namely the sale and purchase of goods at the original price with an additional agreed profit. In technical terms, Murabahah Islamic banking is defined as an agreement agreed upon between an Islamic bank and a customer, in which the bank provides financing for the purchase of raw materials or other working capital needed by the customer.

Abstract

The partners in this Community Partnership Program (PKM) activity are the Maju Tani Group located in Boangmanalu Village, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The problems found in partners are in the production sector, namely the size of the pineapple chips is irregular and the partners do not understand how to determine the selling price of the product. Improvements to the pineapple chip business need to be done to improve and maintain business continuity. Handling of this problem is also important because the Maju Tani group are farmer-based entrepreneurs who need to be equipped with business knowledge so they can advance their business. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to provide a pineapple slicer tool and provide business financial management training. The method of implementing this activity is training and mentoring.

Abstract

This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of handbooks to improve the quality of learning in the Entrepreneurship Study Program, Universitas Negeri Medan. This study uses a 4D Model that is defined, designed, developed and disseminated. The data analysis techniques used is practicality. Practical tests were carried out on research samples, consist by 60 students of the 2nd semester entrepreneurship study program. The practicality test measured from student questionnaire obtained 90,5%, which means it is very practical.

The Entrepreneurship sector plays an important role in the nation progress. The partner in this Community Service is Maju Tani Group in Pakpak Bharat Regency. The purpose of this activity is to improve the pineapple chips business of the Maju Tani group in order to maintain business continuity. The problem found is the product less recognized by the community. The solution offered to overcome this problem is to conduct digital marketing training and endorsement of pineapple chips on social media. The method of implementing this activity is training and mentoring. In this service activity, the service team helped partners create business social media and make a video endorsement of chips.
