Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of information quality, product variety and delivery service on marketplace user consumer satisfaction Sociolla in Indonesia. This type of research is a quantitative research population of Indonesian people who make transactions on the marketplace Sociolla. This study used purposive sampling with a number of samples 186 respondents.. Data analysis technique using multiple regression to test the hypothesis using the t test. Results research shows that information quality and product variety significant effect in a positive direction on user consumer satisfaction the Sociolla marketplace in Indonesia, while the delivery service has no significant effect but has a positive direction towards consumer satisfaction using the Sociolla marketplace in Indonesia.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kemampuan pada pelaku UMKM Kelurahan Pangongangan Kota Madiun dalam foto produk, cara penyajian produk, desain kemasan, pembukuan sederhana serta pemasaran offline dan online. Mitra yang bekerjasama dengan tim adalah pelaku UMKM pada Kelurahan Pangongangan Kota Madiun. Metode yang digunakan adalah memberikan pelatihan serta pendapingan bagaimana membuat foto produk yang menarik jika akan dipasarkan melalui online. Pelaku UMKM diberi pelatihan terkait penyajian produk, desain kemasan agar memiliki tampilan yang lebih bagus yang dapat menarik konsumen. Selain itu juga dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam memasarkan produk baik secara online menggunakan whatsapp business, serta pelatihan pembukuan secara sederhana agar mengetahui perkembangan keuangan usahanya. Metode pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan praktek langsung, dibantu oleh mahasiswa untuk membuat foto, menampilkan foto-foto produk informasi produk, lokasi dan kontak bisnis UMKM pada brosur UMKM. Selian itu, tim juga memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan terkait dengan penjualan secara online agar pelaku UMKM mampu menjual secara online selain berjualan di lapak yang telah disediakan oleh Pemkot Madiun, sedang pembukuan sederhana bertujuan agar pelaku UMKM mampu mencatat setiap transaksi serta dapat mengevaluasi kemajuan usahanya. Hasil pelatihan berupa brosur masing-masing UMKM dan masing-masing UMKM memiliki whatsapp business yang dapat digunakan untuk berkomunikasi dan menyampaikan informasi kepada konsumen. Selain itu pelaku UMKM dapat mencata transaksi dan membuat laporan keuangan sederhana untuk mengetahui perkembangan usahanya.

Abstract

Flash sales present an opportunity for online marketplaces to stimulate impulse purchases. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of scarcity promotion on impulse purchases, with arousal serving as a mediating variable. This research employs a quantitative approach. The sample consists of individuals who participated in a live streaming flash sale by Toko Emas Semar Nusantara on TikTok Shop on November 11, 2024. Data were collected using a Google Form distributed via messages to respondents who had made purchases during the live streaming flash sale. The data analysis was conducted using Jeffreys's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP). The findings indicate that scarcity promotion has a positive and significant effect on arousal; arousal, in turn, has a positive and significant effect on impulse purchases. Additionally, scarcity promotion has a positive and significant influence on impulse purchases. Furthermore, arousal serves as a partial mediator between scarcity promotion and the tendency to make impulse purchases. The managerial implication of this study suggests that business owners should focus on scarcity-driven flash sales to stimulate consumer arousal, thereby enhancing impulse purchases. This study aims to provide business owners with insights into effective product marketing strategies on TikTok Shop, supporting increased sales.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is for teachers to create their own teaching and evaluation materials using iSpring. This ability is very necessary considering that students are now a generation that is already familiar with the internet since they were born. While the teachers are a part of the digital immigrant generation, which was born before the internet developed rapidly. The method used in the form of training and mentoring was carried out by two English Education Lecturers and a Lecturer from the Faculty of Engineering which was attended by 36 junior high school teachers from both the city of Tuban and from other sub-districts around Tuban and held for four meetings. To find out the level of satisfaction of the training, participants were given a quiz and interview. The results of this training showed that most participants felt very enthusiastic, and could make their own material and evaluation in teaching English. After that they also managed to publish it in a format compatible with Android. This is very important because it is a combination of CALL (Computer Assisted Language Learning) and MALL (Mobile Assisted Language Learning), which means that this project uses computer devices and the results can be applied in the form of mobile (HP).

Abstract

Ghe aims of this study to determine the implementation of inquiry based learning strategy in learning speaking on the materials speaking for specific purpose and analyze students' responses to the implementation of inquiry based learning strategy. This research is a type of field research, and the approach used is qualitative approach. The researcher obtained data by using the technique of observation checklist, questionnaires, and documentation. Then the researchers’ classified the data according to the identified problem. In addition, the data were compiled and then analyzed by using descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of inquiry based learning strategy in learning speaking can be implemented well in accordance with the existing concept. Implementation was done through the activities of students looking for or digging information about learning materials, teacher provide stimulus and motivation to students followed by giving questions to students by teachers. The next step teacher provide opportunities to students in turns to provide responses or practice a conversation have discussed by students in pairwork, and at the end of the lesson teacher provide learning conclusions and reinforcement of learning materials that have been implemented. Students’ response to the implementation of strategy inquiry based learning positive about the strategy applied in learning. It make student learning outcomes become increased.

Abstract

AbstractAs a mirror of real life, literature contains things happening in the life of human beings and their surroundings. A careful study of literary works represents a way to add experience about life and also to gain knowledge about human life with all of their problems. The two novels being discusses in this article are Oscar Wilde‟s The Picture of Dorian Grayand Robert Louis Stevenson‟s Dr. Jekyll and Mr.Hyde.This article will be analyzed by using Carl Gustav Jung‟s archetypes theory in order to make a comparative study through both of those novels. Thus, this study concerns to Jung‟s archetypes of persona and shadow. The method of the research is descriptive text analysis. At the same time, the article writer also used comparative study. It was due to the aims of this study, which was to compare two literary works of the same country.The results of this study show the different achievements of persona and shadow through the representation of the characters of Dorian Gray in The Picture of Dorian Gray and Dr. Henry Jekyll in Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. The similarity of the two novels lies on the theme namely ways on fulfilling one‟s desire toward physical condition, while the differences are lie in the ways to achieve the goals of the main characters. In Wilde‟s The Picture of Dorian Gray, the main character, Dorian Gray fails to achieve his physical perfectness of eternal youth because he did it in naturally, he trades his soul to get it. In Stevenson‟s Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde, Dr. Jekyll successes to achieve his insane experiment to release the good side and bad side of human in the form of different appearance. Then the writer comes to the conclusion that to attain his goal and desire. Firstly, he must be aware of the effect for the things he did. It means that an individual must be responsible for his own decision to do what he thinks is right. Secondly, one must sincerely accept the power of nature. It means that an individual has to be able to overcome the temptation that comes to him/her related to physical condition to achieve their acceptance toward nature‟s gift. By having these two factors, an individual will be able to achieve his or her acceptance toward the power of nature and accept what God has given him or her and live good life.Keywords: Archetypes, Persona, and Shadow.

Abstract

The economic crisis that is being experienced by several major countries in the world, including America, is indirectly affecting the economy in Indonesia. The weakening of the rupiah exchange rate against the United States dollar made the national economy worse. The effect is very influential on various sectors until the termination of labor. However, when the national economy became increasingly sluggish, small businesses were able to survive. This sector can be a savior because it is able to create new jobs for the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of customization, basic market orientation and competitive benchmarking on customer retention. The sample in this study was UMK sambel pecel in Madiun City, with accidental sampling technique. The results of the study found that customization has a significant effect on customer retention, while basic market orientation and competitive benchmarking have no effect on customer retention.
