Abstract

At this time a lot of services the retailer presents his wares in cyberspace. The customer does not need to be pampered to move from its place if when they were working, relaxing at home, or even when the customers are on vacation, as long as they get an internet connection so they can view, compare and make decisions that ultimately what goods they buy. Customers are increasingly selective and increasing their comfort standards so that it becomes a challenge for businesses to provide services to meet the needs of its customers in an attempt to survive in a competitive competition in the world of business. In an effort to improve service to its customers, business organizations have a lot of implementing Customer Relationship Management by utilizing the WEB -based information systems. Generally CRM on the market of e - commerce Business to Customer in an effort to improve customer satisfaction requires careful planning of how the service will be provided to customers by considering the quality of the service, the level of trust that will be obtained, the level of security to be provided and Tertiary comfort will be offered, in order to customers feel comfortable and will always come back to the WEB site is provided for the purpose of it all. Keywords: Customer Relationship Management, e-Commerce, WEB site, Customer Satisfaction AbstrakPada saat ini banyak sekali layanan para peritel menyajikan barang dagangannya di dunia maya. Para pelanggan dimanjakan untuk tidak perlu beranjak dari tempatnya apakah ketika mereka tengah bekerja, santai dirumah, atau bahkan ketika para pelanggan sedang berlibur, selama mereka mendapatkan koneksi internet maka mereka dapat melihat, membandingkan dan membuat keputusan barang apa yang akhirnya mereka beli. Para pelanggan semakin hari semakin selektif dan standar kenyamanan mereka terus meningkat sehingga menjadi tantangan bagi para pelaku bisnis untuk menyajikan layanan yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan para pelanggannya dalam upaya bertahan dalam persaingan yang kompetitif didunia usaha. Dalam upaya meningkatkan layanan kepada para pelanggannya, organisasi bisnis telah banyak menerapkan Customer Relationship Management dengan memanfaatkan sistem informasi berbasis WEB. Umumnya CRM pada pasar e-commerce Business to Customer dalam upaya meningkatkan customer satisfaction memerlukan perencanaan yang matang tentang bagaimana layanan akan diberikan kepada customer dengan mempertimbangkan mutu layanan, tingkat kepercayaan yang akan diperoleh, tingkat keamanan yang akan diberikan serta tingakat kenyamanan yang akan ditawarkan, agar customer merasa nyaman dan akan selalu kembali kepada WEB site yang disediakan untuk keperluan itu semua. Kata Kunci : Customer Relationship Management, e-Commerce, WEB site, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The swift progress of technology has yielded numerous advantages, particularly for organizations engaged in vocational education, such as E-learning Marketplace in Bandung (Luarsekolah). One of the advantages of technology in vocational education is the use of attendance system technology. Luarsekolah's attendance system employs a conventional fingerprint recognition method, which frequently encounters difficulties when employees attempt to clock in, as their fingerprints are occasionally not acknowledged. Hence, creating a system that facilitates and streamlines employee attendance without requiring physical interaction is imperative. To address this, a facial recognition system utilizing the eigenface approach, with a development methodology based on the waterfall method, is suggested. Using the Eigenface PCA (Principal Component Analysis) technique, this system can function in real time. The research findings demonstrate the efficacy of the eigenface approach in real-time applications. The eigenface approach incorporates multiple validations to ensure the system's accuracy when employees utilize it. The approach incorporates several validations, such as presenting a message when an employee's face is near the camera and indicating a message when the employee's face is not directed toward the camera. If the camera misses adequate lighting, the system will automatically modify the lighting conditions to enable the camera to capture the employee's facial features.

Abstract

Keratip Design, a design agency specializing in creative services such as graphic design, encounters intense competition in the expanding design market. Presently, corporations depend on social media as a means of promotion. However, the outcomes could be more optimal. Moreover, Keratip Design encounters challenges in engaging with prospective customers, impeding the company's capacity to establish robust connections with potential clients. In order to address these problems, it is imperative to create and construct a contemporary, engaging, and appealing company profile application utilizing Laravel as the development framework. By utilizing Laravel as the underlying framework for constructing the company profile application, Kereatif Design can enhance the program's performance, bolster its security measures, and facilitate future expansion of its functionality. The app will allow Keratip Design to effectively showcase its portfolio, outline its design services, and furnish clients with the company's contact information in an immersive and dynamic manner. This project aims to develop a corporate profile application utilizing Laravel as a promotional instrument for Keratip Design. By utilizing this program, Keratip Design aims to enhance its online presence, attract prospective consumers, and improve user experience. This study's results can significantly enhance a company's visibility, enhance company reporting, foster more substantial engagement with potential consumers, and enhance presentations.

Abstract

Application of a Popularity-Based Ranking Model in a Web-Based Augmented Reality Furniture Marketing Information System: A Case Study of D FURNITUR. This marketing information system is essential for delivering pertinent information to consumers and aiding them in purchasing decisions. This research aims to develop a web-based furniture marketing information system incorporating Augmented Reality (AR) and a popularity-based ranking model, employing the Rapid Application Development (RAD) methodology, with D FURNITURE as the case study. The RAD technique was selected to expedite development and facilitate ongoing enhancement based on user feedback. The research encompasses system design and development phases, commencing with needs analysis via surveys and interviews with D FURNITURE management and potential users, culminating in system implementation. The resultant solution enables customers to visualize product designs online via an interactive interface augmented by AR. Prominent features encompass an augmented reality display of products in the user's surroundings, product selection informed by popularity rankings, and a cohesive ordering mechanism facilitated via WhatsApp. The findings yield tangible benefits through a robust and efficient furniture marketing information system, minimizing faults in product display, improving user experience in information retrieval, and augmenting satisfaction via a popularity-based rating system. Implementing the RAD approach facilitates flexible and adaptive development to meet future requirements.
