Abstract

The background of this research is the existence of massive infrastructure development by the government, one of which is the construction of the Gempol-Pasuruan Toll Road. The construction process of the Gempol-Pasuruan Toll Road passes through the land and buildings owned by residents and including to waqf land. One of the waqf land affected by the construction process of the Gempol-Pasuruan Toll Road is the Al-Mukmin Mosque. This phenomenon encourages researchers to conduct research that discusses how the waqf istibdal process, both in terms of changes in waqf assets and in the administration process of licensing. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study strategy. Data is collected through interviews with relevant parties and documentation of related documents. The results of this study indicate that the process of changing the waqf assets of the Al-Mukmin Mosque is in accordance with statutory procedures. The waqf istibdal process consists of the process of changing the waqf property and the administrative licensing process. The process of changing waqf property consists of planning, implementation, coordination between toll management and nazir, searching for replacement land, replacing land replacement processes, and the process of building a new mosque. Abstract

This study aims to know about the optimization of the zakat empowerment concept in the food security sector in East Java. This research uses qualitative descriptive and the analysis technique uses Creswell theory. The object in this study is Wayahe Tanhdur program from LAZ Nurul Hayat which is located at krangkong village Bojonegoro East java. The results of this study are Wayahe Tanhdur program from LAZ Nurul Hayat has successfully carried out an empowerment process as evidenced by each member of the farmer who is part of the Wayahe Tanhdur program that has successfully carried out the harvest process with a term of the agreement. Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the utilization of zakat infaq shadaqah funds at LAZISMU Surabaya to empowerment the poor community. The Impact is measured by indicators of success and failure of business, success and failure of empowerment, and welfare of the perspective of maqashid sharia. Those indicators were measured from before and after mustahik received assistance from LAZISMU Surabaya. The method used is qualitative-descriptive with case study methods. The results of this study are that there informants/mustahik who experienced better changes and did not experience better changes than before. Abstract

ABSTRAKJumlah pengunjung di wisata Sunan Giri sejak tahun 2017 hingga 2019 mengalami peningkatan, sehingga membuat pendapatan rata-rata harian yang diperoleh pengemudi dokar cukup tinggi yaitu kurang lebih 400.000 rupiah di hari kerja, sedangkan di akhir minggu atau musim libur bisa mencapai dua kali lipatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan anggotan paguyuban di wisata religi Sunan Giri berdasarkan prinsip ashabiyah melalui circle of equity Ibnu Khaldun. Penelitian ini menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dalam menganalisis permasalahan. Wawancara dilakukan kepada lima anggota paguyuban di wisata Sunan Giri, yang terdiri dari kusir dokar, wakil ketua paguyuban, dan informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa tingkat keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan paguyuban wisata Sunan Giri menurut teori Ibnu Khaldun melalui ashabiyah dan circle of equity yang masih rendah. Hasil penelitian diperkuat diperkuat dengan penambahan analisis penelitian melalui triangulasi dengan teori Al Ghazali.                Keywords: Kesejahteraan Islam, Ibnu Khaldun, Circle of Equity, Ashabiyah ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to find out how the welfare of traditional public transportation service providers in the Sunan Giri religious tourism area in the perspective of Ibn Khaldun. The approach used in this study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is a case study method. The results showed that Ibn Khaldun's thought in the Circle of Equity theory of a person's level of welfare could be measured through Sharia values, so that when the providers of doctoral services in the Sunan Ampel religious tourism area performed obligatory prayers at the mosque and performed alms. Ashabiyah badawah-based economies are also applied in this community, because people tend to have a goal to save for the future in the hope of providing something more for their offspring later. The value of their wealth has not been able to share their wealth with fellow believers because it is only enough for themselves and is still classified as a prosperous family in stage III. in fact the circle of equity theory experienced a setback which increasingly troubled and kept the community from the word prosperous because the government did not want to be involved in the process of welfare for its people.Keywords: Islamic Welfare, Ibnu KHaldun, Circle of Equity, Ashabiyah

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kesejahteraan guru atau ustadz di Pondok Pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas dalam Perspektif Maqashid Syari'ah. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ustadz yang bekerja sebagai guru di Pondok Pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas sudah sejahtera, karena indikator-indikator dalam maqasid syariah seperti agama, jiwa, budi, keturunan, dan kekayaan sudah terpenuhi. Syukur adalah kunci bagi para ustadz yang bekerja di pondok pesantren Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas. Kesejahteraan yang diberikan pondok kepada ustadz sudah sangat mencukupi yaitu dengan memberikan bantuan kepada ustadz meskipun pondok Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas juga memiliki keterbatasan dalam berbagai hal, namun selalu berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk mencapai kesejahteraan para ustadz.Kata Kunci: Kesejahteraan Islam, Pondok Pesantren, Maqashid Syariah. ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the welfare of teachers or ustadz at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school in the perspective of maqashid syari'ah. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach using the case study method. The results of this study indicate that the ustadz who works as a teacher at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school has been prosperous, because the indicators in the maqasid of sharia such as religion, soul, mind, descent and wealth have been fulfilled. Gratitude is the key for the ustadz who work at the Assalafiy Al-Ikhlas Islamic boarding school. Abstract

This research aims to study the meaning of motivation on how Islam in elections as an employee of Jatim Syariah Bank Surabaya in the critical study of the perspective of Phenomenology. The research method used is the method of qualitative perspective of Phenomenology. The results showed that Motivation has a meaning and a very decisive role for each employee in performing work activities such as the direction of the Organization's work. Fulfillment of necessities of life employees become main factors stemming from internal to themselves as encouragement to work in East Java of Islamic Banks, while the rotation work placements as main external factors that make each employee perform work that could encourage a variety of other expectations such as succession, as well as various allowances in their future. The meaning of motivation that already externalized in various forms of performance that could bring increased and progress for the organization of the company. Keyword: Islamic Motivation, Employee, Fenomenology

Abstract

Imbalancing between over labor with ability of absorption capacity happened in a long time. Since the construction decade era 1970’s had signed by labor problem (unemployment). The construction that wasn’t on proletariat’s side can be one of because rooted jobless problem. The construction program also became drift of citty and man caused happening of difference between man and women laborer was very significant. Drift of construction that caused difference between man and woman laborer, had effect on status movement of woman laborer. Gradually, it was true that there were rising Participation of Labor Generation Level (TPAK) of woman. But if we studied more trhough percentage comparison of Participation Labor Force Level (TPAK) of woman to woman citizen from the whole, it gave the low result. Based on quantity, infact the woman laborer had big potential was neglected and let trhough, it will have negative effect on acceleration of economy growth and development of construction process. According to SUSKERNAS notes, rising of Participation Labor Force Level (TPAK) of woman before crisis in 1980s era was absorbed in industry sector. But, the top of storm crisis in 1997 caused mass decrease in the labor world and Participation Labor Force Level (TPAK) of woman in this sector has gone down. As alternative, the over woman laborer lean expectation and their life on informal sector traditional market. This sector became main alternative because its characteristic that was flexible to accept whoever without seeing on gender, capital, skill and the access of labor information.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab data mengenai peran ekonomi kreatif dalam kesejahteraan wirausaha muslim yang ditinjau dari perspektif Maqashid Syariah. Ekonomi kreatif merupakan konsep ekonomi yang mengedepankan gagasan, ide, inovasi, pengetahuan dan sumber daya manusia sebagai faktor produksi dengan 16 subsektor industri kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus deskriptif. Objek penelitian yang di kajikan adalah Komunitas Sobat Hidup Berkah Kota Surabaya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah melalui kegiatan usaha ekonomi kreatif yang dijalankan oleh wirausaha muslim Sobat Hidup Berkah dapat mensejahterakan perekonomian mereka di tengah pandemi covid-19. Selain itu, program kajian yang diselenggarakan oleh komunitas Sobat Hidup Berkah turut membantu memberikan pembinanaan dan motivasi dalam mengatasi permasalahan usaha dihadapi oleh wirausaha muslim. Kegiatan ekonomi kreatif yang dijalankan tidak hanya meningkatkan kualitas dan omset usaha saja. Akan tetapi secara mandiri mampu mensejahterakan dengan terpenuhinya Maqashid Syariah terdapat lima hal penjagaan yaitu menjaga agama, jiwa, akal, keturunan, dan harta. ABSTRACT This research objective is to explore the role of the creative economy in the prosperity of Muslim entrepreneurs from Maqashid Syariah’s perspective. The creative economy is an economic concept that proposes the idea, innovation, knowledge, and human resources as the production factor with 16 sub-sector of the creative industry. This research used a qualitative approach with a descriptive study. The research object is the community of Sobat Hidup Berkah from Surabaya. The result of this research is through the creative economy business activity run by the Muslim entrepreneur Sobat Hidup Berkah, which brings prosperity to their economic condition during the covid-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the discussion program organized by the community of Sobat Hidup Berkah also helps to provide coaching and motivation to overcome the business problem faced by Muslim entrepreneurs. The creative economy activity runs not only aimed at increasing the quality and business turnover. However, it independently could bring prosperity by the fulfillment of Maqashid Syariah, involving five things to take care of; to keep religion, soul, mind, descendants, and wealth. Abstract

"Dakwah" not only speaks of religion, reading the Quran, but also concerns economic life, because this is one of the important factors in the life of Islamic households. Economic empowerment of women has a positive impact on improved family well-being. The economic resources women have, such as stable jobs and income, will be able to make a greater contribution to the family's economic needs. Therefore, economic empowerment should be one of the focuses of worship. So we need a women's empowerment-based strategy. This study is a library study of the efforts and strategies that can be taken to increase women's participation in economic empowerment. The results of this study show that economic empowerment of women can be achieved by providing education and training, broadening access to credit, building community networks and policies that favour women.

Abstract

Introduction: : The fundamental theory posits that Islamic values encompass all human activities, including work ethics as an essential component of organizational behavior. However, today’s society is facing a decline in work ethics, necessitating readjustment. This study aims to bridge the gap by examining prior research on Islamic work ethics in Indonesia. Methods: A systematic literature review method was used to delve deeper into the development of research topics over the past decade (2014-2023) through a search of Scopus-indexed articles. After a screening process, the final sample, consisting of 38 articles, was processed for further analysis using meta synthesis approach to explore more specific understanding of Islamic work ethics by using Nvivo software. Results: The results showed that Islamic work ethics were affected by three main factors: community patterns, role of Islam, and organizational concept. The relationship between these three factors can encourage positive behavior in the workplace in Indonesia. Conclusion and suggestion: Islamic work ethics in Indonesia are not limited to religious value, but also the culture of the community. Mapping ideas of the three categories of Islamic work ethics in Indonesia can be useful for future empirical research to analyze the relationship among factors in shaping Islamic work ethics in Indonesia. The mapping ideas could also be implemented by organizations in daily business practices.
