<![CDATA[ABSTRAK: Penelitian ini bertujuan, (1) untuk mengetahui persepsi guru terhadap penerapan lima hari sekolah (full day school) di SMKN 1 Pinrang. (2) untuk mengetahui persepsi siswa terhadap penerapan lima hari sekolah (full day school) di SMKN 1 Pinrang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan dekskriktif kualitatif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang terdiri dari tiga yaitu : observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Selain itu sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu terdiri dari 6 guru dan 10 siswa sedangkan data sekunder yaitu dokumen pendukung lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) persepsi guru mengenai penerapan lima hari sekolah (full day school) pada umumnya guru setuju dengan diterapkannya di SMKN 1 Pinrang karena SMKN adalah sekolah kejuruan yang menggunakan waktu yang cukup panjang untuk melakukan kegiatan praktek kejuruan dan perilaku siswa bisa terawasi selama dilingkungan sekolah. (2) persepsi siswa mengenai penerapan lima hari sekolah (full day school) di SMKN 1 Pinrang pada umumnya siswa tidak setuju karena siswa merasa kelelahan, mengantuk dan bosan sehingga aktivitas kelas tidak kondusif dan motivasi belajar siswa menurun serta waktu istirahat siswa tidak menentu. Kata Kunci : Persepsi, Guru, Siswa, 5 Hari Sekolah ABSTRACT: This study aims, (1) to determine the teacher's perception of the application of five school days (full day school) at SMK 1 Pinrang. (2) to find out students' perceptions of the application of five school days (full day school) at SMK 1 Pinrang. This study uses a qualitative dexcctive approach. The data collection technique consists of three, namely: observation, interviews, and documentation. In addition, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data consists of 6 teachers and 10 students while secondary data is other supporting documents. Based on the results of the study showed that: (1) the teacher's perception of the application of the five school days (full day school) in general, the teacher agreed with the application in SMK 1 Pinrang because SMKN is a vocational school that uses a long time to conduct vocational practice and student behavior can be supervised during the school environment. (2) students' perceptions of the application of five school days (full day school) at 1 Pinrang Vocational School in general, students did not agree because students felt tired, sleepy and bored so that class activities were not conducive and students' learning motivation decreased and students' rest periods were erratic.
