Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui 1). Peranan PGRI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar. 2). Mengetahui faktor pendorong PGRI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar. 3). Mengetahui faktor penghambat PGRI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengurus PGRI Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar. Jumlah informan sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik dalam menentukan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang digunakan yaitu Pengurus inti sebanyak 6 orang yang aktif dan 4 orang guru Kecamatan Manggala. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tiga tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik  pengabsahan data yaitu member check. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). Peranan PGRI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan guru-guru, meningkatkan sumber daya manusia anggota,  meningkatkan karier guru, serta pemberian advokasi guru. 2). Faktor pendorong PGRI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar adalah meningkatkan kualifikasi pendidikan guru, adanya sertifikasi guru. 3). Faktor penghambat PGRI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi guru di Kecamatan Manggala Kota Makassar adalah guru yang ketinggalan dalam dunia IPTEK, serta pengembangan kompetensi guru yang tidak berjalan sesuai tujuan, Kata kunci : Peranan  PGRI, Kompetensi Guru

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive study that aims to study and describe the income and profits of Bolu Cukke's business in Jennae Village, Liliriaja District, Soppeng Regency. The population in this study were all Bolu Cukke business owners in Jennae Village, Liliriaja Subdistrict, Soppeng District. The research conducted is to collect data that is related to the variables studied through library research and field research. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data testing techniques include revenue, revenue, R/C ratio analysis, and Break Event Point (BEP) analysis. The results showed that the Bolu Cukke Home Industry business in Jennae sub-district, Liliriaja sub-district, Soppeng district gained profits and deserves to be developed as income for the local community. This can be seen from the revenue ratio of Bolu Cukke business owners which is greater than the costs incurred during the period or production period.

Abstract

ABSTRAK - Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, yang bertujuan  untuk mengetahui 1) Desain mukena anak dari usia 8-10 tahun pada penerapan motif teknik tie dye menggunakan daun pepaya dan pemutih pakaian, 2) Teknik pengolahan daun pepaya menjadi ekstraksi pewarna alami, 3) Pembuatan motif teknik tie dye menggunakan daun pepaya pada pembuatan mukena anak, 4) Pembuatan motif abstrak menggunakan pemutih pakaian pada pembuatan mukena anak, 5) Teknik pembuatan mukena anak menggunakan daun pepaya dan pemutih pakaian 6) Pendapat panelis terhadap penerapan motif teknik tie dye menggunakan daun pepaya dan pemutih pakaian pada pembuatan mukena anak. Panelis  dalam  penelitian  ini  sebanyak  5 orang  dosen Tata Busana PKK, 15 orang mahasiswa Tata Busana. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan metode observasi,  Focus Group Discussion (FGD),  dokumentasi, angket dan teknik analisis data menggunakan persentase dan skala likert. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa, 1) Desain mukena anak ini berbentuk siluet A yang terlihat kecil dibagian atas dan melebar dibagian bawah, terdiri dari dua potongan atau biasa disebut two piece. Desain busana ini menggunakan kerutan di bagian ujung mukena atas dan rok mukena, dengan motif tie dye dan dikombinasi dengan pemutih pakaian, 2) Proses pengolahan daun pepaya menjadi ektraksi pewarna alami 3) Proses pembuatan motif teknik tie dye ikat tunggal dilakukan dengan cara, a) Proses mordant b) Proses pencelupan c) proses fiksasi, 4) Menggunakan teknik motif tie dye (ikat tunggal) dikombinasi motif abstrak dari pemutih pakaian, 5) Proses pembuatan mukena anak sesuai dengan desain rancangan yang terdiri dari dua bagian 6) Hasil uji panelis di laboratorium PKK FT UNM dengan presentase tertinggi 95% pada item penilaian motif tie dye dikombinasi pemutih pakaian. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tanggapan responden terhadap penerapan motif teknik tie dye menggunakan daun pepaya dan pemutih pakaian pada pembuatan mukena anak secara keseluruan terletak pada persentase 92% yang kebanyakanresponden menyatakan sangat baik. Kata kunci: Motif, Tie dye, Daun pepaya, Pemutih Pakaian, Mukena anak

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the diction in the news regarding the vaccination campaign Covid-19 reported on various news portals online affects the perception and psychological condition of the readers by analyse the content of the news using a qualitative approach to the method of discourse analysis and critical discourse analysis of the Teun A. Van Dijk model. The data in this study are qualitative data in the form of word selection (diction) from the news of the covid-19 vaccination campaign which is the result of discourse analysis and qualitative descriptive data from reader responses from interviews. The results of this study are that there are several outlines of topics that often appear in the news of Covid-19 vaccinations. But the most dominant is the news that emphasizes the quality and effectiveness of the vaccine. In addition, in the 2 news titles that have been analysed for diction, there is a tendency to use words that tend to be positive, such as effective, superior, drastic, prevent, reduce, protect, prove, and save lives. Furthermore, it also uses words that have scientific meaning such as research, clinical trials, and studies. Then tend to use words that sound scary like death, serious condition, serious illness, and so on. In addition, the two news reports state the effectiveness of the vaccine by using a percentage of numbers, and finally make relevant research results as a benchmark for the validity of the news as well as a reinforcement for news when it is read by readers. Based on the results of interviews from the respondents and the interpretation of the data above, it can be concluded that the diction in the news regarding the Covid-19 vaccination does not have a significant influence on the psychological condition of some readers.Keywords: Diction, Word Choice, Psychological Condition, Vaccination Campaign News

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh latihan lempar shuttlecock terhadap peningkatan keterampilan pukulan lob pada atlet bulutangkis BKMF FIK UNM.  Dengan metode penelitian ini adalah experimen. Variabel bebas dari penelitian ini adalah Latihan Lempar Shuttlecock sedangkan variabel terikatnya Peningkatan Keterampilan Pukulan Lob Pada Atlet Bulutangkis BKMF FIK. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah seluruh anggota Atlet Bulutangkis BKMF FIK. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah pemain berjumlah 12 orang dengan teknik penarikan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Data yang didapat pada penelitian ini, diperoleh dengan memberikan tes keterampilan pukalan lob dari latihan melempar shuttlechock berupa post test dan pre test. Analisis data yang dipakai menggunakan paired sampel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis inferensial diketahui P= 0,000 lebih kacil dari α = 0,05 hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan melempar shuttlecock terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keterampilan pukulan lob pada atlet bulutangkis BKMF FIK UNM. Kata Kunci : Latihan, Lempar Shuttlecock, Keterampilan, Pukulan Lob

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of Good Governance-based services in the Investment and Integrated One-Stop Service Agency of South Sulawesi Province. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The focus of this research is on the implementation of the principles of good governance, which refer to five indicators: Accountability, Transparency, Rule of Law, Responsiveness, and Effectiveness and Efficiency. Based on the research findings, it is known that in terms of accountability, the rule of law, responsiveness, and effectiveness and efficiency, the standards have been met. The accountability principle is considered good because the agency has operated according to the plan and continuously evaluates and reports accountability. The rules and regulations regarding employees are also sufficiently strict. The responsiveness to public complaints is also good, as evidenced by the existence of a complaint section that accommodates all public grievances. The services provided are considered effective and efficient because they are in line with the conditions and capabilities of both the service provider and the recipient, which greatly facilitates the public. However, in terms of transparency, the standard has not been met as the time and procedures do not adhere to the applicable service standards.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: how is the Village Fund Management Transparency in Mattiro Uleng Village. The variable of this research is Village Fund Management Transparency. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interviews and documentation. Data analysis technique is done by descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the transparency of the Mattiro Uleng Village government regarding the management of village funds is quite in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018, this is because the government still lacks information regarding the realization of village funds.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: bagaimana Transparansi Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Desa Mattiro Uleng. Variabel penelitian ini adalah Transparansi Pengelolaan Dana Desa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis Deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transparansi pemerintah Desa Mattiro Uleng terhadap pengelolaaan dana desanya cukup sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 20 Tahun 2018, hal tersebut disebabkanpemerintah masih kurang memberikan informasi terkait realisasi dana desa.Keywords: Transparansi Pengelolaan Dana Desa di Desa Mattiro Uleng

Abstract

This research is a descriptive research with a survey method. This study aims to determine the body parts and types of injuries that often occur in female soccer players at Rajawali Global Horizons (RGC) club with a total sample of 30 people by using a saturated sampling technique where saturated sampling is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used. as sample. The data collection technique in this study was to give a questionnaire to a number of respondents and the respondents filled out the questionnaire, after which the questionnaire was returned to the researcher. From the results of the descriptive analysis, it can be seen that cases of injury to the dominant body parts occurred in female soccer players at Rajawali Global Horizons, namely the legs and feet with a percentage of 53.11%, then the arms and hands by 27.55%, the head. 8.87%, spine 6.09%, and body part 4.37. The most dominant type of injury occurs in women's football at the Rajwali Global Horizons (RGC) club, namely bruises 27.54%, then sprains/ strain by 21.39%, fracture by 17.51%, dislocation 13.90%, abrasion by 10.70%, cramps by 6.68% , and the type of head injury (fainting) as the type of injury that is most rarely experienced, namely by 2.27%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemahaman kurikulum 2013 terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 8 Sinjai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru di SMA Negeri 8 Sinjai. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga seluruh populasi menjadi sampel sebanyak 30 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif persentase, uji instrumen, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh pemahaman kurikulum sebesar Y = 28,904 + 0,396 yang berarti setiap penambahan nilai pemahaman kurikulum maka nilai kinerja guru meningkat sebesar 0,396 satuan. Hasil uji t diperoleh bahwa pemahaman kurikulum berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.
