Abstract

oengkono, Anggri Puspita Sari; This study departs from the failure of the Development Community Forests (Judg.) which until now had never been able to open completely and still keep problems lingering. Based on such phenomena, research aims to revitalize the economic potential of the resource-based local economy and protected forest sustainability through appropriate integrated technological innovation to increase productivity, added value and sustainable market access. This research is designed to be completed during the 2 (two) years by combining two approaches, namely, the economic development and economic sustainability of downstream subsystem sub-system upstream agribusiness to protect and preserve the integrity of protected forest ecosystems. To achieve the goal of this research is to use PRA approach (Participatory Rural Appraisal), qualitative, and action (action research). Information obtained through in-depth interview techniques (indept interview), observations, focused group discussions (Focus Group Discussion) and brainstorming (brainstorming) in the classical media. Data analysis was carried out simultaneously with the process of data collection (on going analysis) and the applicable techniques techniques in qualitative penelitihan. Appropriate technology development Model used adapted, arranged with the potential of existing human resources, natural resources, the potential existence of a team of experts, as well as the potential of the existing business environment. Model development is directed to the formation of groups of people of productive coffee farmers, the development of appropriate technology module production of coffee processing and packaging printing business. Community groups geared to business establishment production of coffee processing and packaging printing business through structured training activities, the establishment of business units, business management, coaching and coaching development effort. The research team gave assistance technology consulting, product certification, as well as coaching development marketing. On these activities will also be developed to support business partner role in enterprise development, including support of the Government, employers, and sources of capital. Key words: Revitalization, Economic, Technology, Productivity, Sustainability

Abstract

Abstract

Anggri Puspita Sari; Sumber daya manusia sebagai salah satu faktor yang memainkan peran penting dalam keberhasilan atau kegagalan organisasi dalam mencapai tujuannya. Setiap organisasi tentu saja selalu ingin bergerak maju dengan keterlibatan anggotanya untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerjanya, termasuk setiap organisasi harus memiliki etos kerja. Etos kerja adalah pandangan seseorang dan sikap terhadap pekerjaan dipraktekkan. Etos kerja yang dimiliki oleh seseorang atau karyawan akan menjadi sumber motivasi bagi tindakannya. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan penerapan etos kerja karyawan di Kelas II KIPM Stasiun Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di SKIPM Kelas II Bengkulu berjumlah 24 orang. Metode sensus metode sampling yang digunakan, sehingga total populasi unit analisis. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Secara umum, hasil analisis deskriptif statistic menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor etos kerja rata-rata karyawan KIPM Stasiun Kelas II Bengkulu telah di kedua kategori. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum etos kerja karyawan KIPM Stasiun Kelas II Bengkulu telah melakukan tugas dan fungsi yang memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku mereka. Each organization is of course always want to move forward with the involvement of its members to improve the quality of its performance, including every organization should have a work ethic. The work ethic is a person's view and attitude towards work is practiced. Work ethic is owned by a person or employee will be a source of motivation for his actions. The goal in this research is to analyze and describe the application of the work ethic of employees in Class II KIPM Station Bengkulu. The population in this study are all Civil Servants (PNS) in SKIPM Class II Bengkulu numbered 24 people. The sampling method used census methods, so that the total population of the unit of analysis. The analytical method used is descriptive qualitative. In general, the results of descriptive statistical analysis showed that the factors of employee work ethic KIPM Station Class II Bengkulu average has been in both categories. This shows that in general the work ethic of employees KIPM Station Class II Bengkulu have done their duties and functions that provide services to the public in accordance with applicable regulations.Key Word: Work Ethic, Civil Servants

Abstract

The fact that there is still work in the field that can hamper the performance of human resources, such as contraproductive behavior. Behavioral contraproductive behavior is a serious problem that can also harm the organization as a whole. At Indomaret in Kota Bengkulu it self, some time ago there had been cases of price differences listed on the shelf of goods and on the scanner machine connected at the checkout counter. In addition, the cashier there is a mistake to record the goods purchased by consumers into two pieces causing a double payment. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior on Indomaret employees in the city of Bengkulu. The sample of research is Indomaret employee in Bengkulu city. Data collection technique in this research is hand delivery by using questionnaire. The data has been collected and then analyzed using qualitative analysis approach. The result of research shows that there is a negative correlation between distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior to Indomaret employees. The relationship between distributive justice and contraproductive work behavior which is a negative relationship means that if distributive justice is perceived by the employee, then the likelihood of employees engaging with contraproductive behavior will be small.Keywords: Distributive justice, contraproductive work Behavior, Store leader, Indomaret Employee.
