Abstract

Tito Irwanto, Herry Novrianda, Aji Purnomo; This study aims to determine the positive effect between atmosphere and price suitability on purchasing decisions for consumers visiting the Peak of the Bengkulu City Department Store. The number of samples is 100 visitors using the multiple linear regression method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results of this study are that there is an influence of the atmosphere on purchasing decisions on consumers visiting the Peak of the Bengkulu City Department Store, this is evident in the value of tcount>ttable of 12.839> 1.66 and there is an influence of price suitability on purchasing decisions on consumers visiting the Peak Department of Store of the City of Bengkulu, this is evident in the value of t> t table of conformity of the price of 2.267> 1.66. Based on the comparison of the value of Fcount with Ftable, it is known that the Fcount value is greater than the Ftable value that is 114.992> 3.09, then the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a simultaneous influence between the atmosphere and the suitability of prices towards purchasing decisions on consumers at the Top of the Department Store Store in Bengkulu City. Abstract

The background of the problem in this research is that there is still an indiscipline of students towards school regulations, especially in Islamic Education learning. The indiscipline raises the Muraqabatullah concept that is applied by schools in helping to improve student discipline, namely through Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) in the classroom. This research is a qualitative research by taking place at SMK Negeri 3 Wonosari. Data collection is done by conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The validity test of the data used is triangulation with the source. The results of this study indicate that (1) Discipline learning of class XII students at Vocational High School 3 Wonosari takes place quite well, and school regulations run quite well in disciplining students. (2) The effectiveness of CCTV in improving student discipline in Islamic Education learning is considered quite effective. Student‟s discipline is not only due to CCTV factors. (3) The main problem in using CCTV in the classroom is that there is no special attention in supervision. Solution from school; convey to the teacher concerned at a certain time that there are students who are not disciplined in class, additional CCTV monitoring, and periodic maintenance.

Abstract

Judul penelitian ini adalah Analisis Model Budaya Pada Film Dokumenter Kampoeng Kunyit Sutradara Dwi Chita Suci. Film adalah suatu bentuk seni yang mengandung informasi dan hiburan Ini berisi representasi atau makna dari apa yang ditampilkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merepresentasikan atau memaknai budaya lokal Melayu yang terdapat pada film Kampoeng Kunyit melalui mise en scene yang menampilkan budaya Melayu. Jenis pendekatan penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dan menggunakan analisis isi berdasarkan model budaya Edgar H. Schein. Edgar H. Schein membagi model budaya ini menjadi dua kategori, seperti Budaya Benda dan budaya bukanlah benda. Sementara hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya bahwa pada film documenter Kampong Kunyit Sutradara Dwi Chita Suci ditemukan adanya representasi dua tanda kebudayaan antara lain: (a) budaya dan seni (b) bahasa (c) kekayaan budaya yang terdiri dari makanan Minuman lokal (papeda dan sopi) dan budaya tak berwujud, yaitu: (a)kepercayaan/ritual tradisional (b) hubungan pribadi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the mediating role of customer satisfaction in the relationship between trust, commitment, and customer loyalty, with a case study on consumers at Pasar Agrobis Babat, Lamongan Regency. A quantitative approach was applied using a survey method, and the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results indicate that trust and commitment are the main factors influencing customer loyalty. Trust has a positive and significant effect on both customer satisfaction and loyalty, suggesting that the higher the level of customer trust in the company, the greater their satisfaction and loyalty. Commitment also has a positive and significant direct effect on loyalty, and it is found to be the most dominant factor in shaping customer loyalty, meaning that emotional attachment and long-term relationships play a key role in maintaining customer loyalty. Meanwhile, the effect of satisfaction on loyalty is weakly significant (approaching 0.05), indicating that satisfaction does not always guarantee customer loyalty. Furthermore, commitment does not significantly affect satisfaction, implying that satisfaction does not mediate the relationship between commitment and loyalty. However, the analysis shows that customer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between trust and loyalty, meaning that trust influences loyalty both directly and indirectly through increased customer satisfaction. In conclusion, customer loyalty is primarily determined by trust and commitment rather than satisfaction alone. Therefore, companies should prioritize strategies that strengthen customer trust and commitment to foster long-term loyalty.
