Abstract

Studi mengenai manajemen atau pengelolaan kinerja suatu institusi/organisasi bisnis, telah banyak dikaji dalam berbagai riset/penelitian Terutama pengukuran kinerja pada sektor industri keuangan mikro dengan berbagai macam derivasi/turunannya yang sesuai dengan prinsip prinsip ajaran agama Islam, masih belum banyak dikaji dan dikembangkan oleh kaum Muslim. Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS) merupakan lembaga keuangan yang bergerak dalam pelayanan keuangan masyarakat, berbasis prinsip syariah. Berdasarkan perspektif TSR, dimana setiap variabel telah mengalami proses knowledge induced-(q), dan Wellbeing selalu sebagai dependent variable. Pada prinsipnya penerapan Pengukuran Kinerja BPRS Muamalat Harkat Bengkulu dengan menggunakan perspektif atau pendekatan metodologi Tawhidy String Relation (TSR), dimana ukuran “Moralitas”, “Etika” dan “Nilai nilai Sosial” (MEN).Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan sekunder melalui studi kepustakaan, interviewed para pelaku, observasi, kuesioner dan data sekunder indikator BPRS, Bengkulu. Secara umum hasil pengukuran nilai (θ) sangat baik, mendekati nilai 4 dengan skala Likert(5). Nilai terbesar pada variabel aspek komunitas 3,91 dan terendah pada aspek keberlanjutan bisnis 3,83. Penjelasan yang umum BPRS memang harus dekat dengan komunitas atau warga setempat. Dan kondisi terlemah adalah tentang keberlanjutan bisnis, sebagaimana bisnis ukuran kecil pada umumnya.Nilai (θ) terkecil juga ditunjukan pada nilai pencapaian rasional yang paling kecil yaitu hanya mencapai 50. Pertumbuhan keuntungan sangat tinggi, mencapai 39%, sedangkan NPF juga sangat tinggi, hal ini mengindikasikan suatu kebijakan yang kurang cocok. Seolah shareholders menginginkan laba yang tinggi, dengan tidak mencadangkan kerugian atas NPF yang juga tinggi. Akibatnya secara logis keberlanjutan usaha menjadi dipertaruhkan.

Abstract

Marketing a products needs an effective marketing strategy, with the aim that in addition to being able to meet the needs and wants of target consumers, also get positioning as well as reaching a broad market-share. Personally, everyone needs to "marketing yourself" to get a positive positioning and at the same time become top of mind in the minds of others. The process of "marketing yourself" activities can begin by building and promoting personal branding as a major part of the communication tools and processes with the target market and the general public, where their success is indicated by an optimal mind-share and heart-share; meaning the more extensive and in-depth attainment of mind-share and heart-share by a personal branding, the stronger personal branding will be, the higher the value of the person's existence and role in the mind of others, which in turn improves his performance. For example, just by mentioning a person's name, then someone else will immediately be able to imagine and explain who and how the person is. This research is a documentation study about the essence of personal branding which is analyzed by using descriptive-qualitative method.

Abstract

Kelurahan Teluk Sepang merupakan kelurahan di kecamatan Kampung Melayu kota Bengkulu yang memiliki luas 1.820 Hektar, tempatnya berada di pesisir pantai yang letaknya cukup jauh dari pusat kota. Kelurahan Teluk Sepang sebegian besar mata pencarian masyarakatnya adalah sebagai nelayan, sebagian besar masyarakat nelayan Teluk Sepang tidak begitu tersentuh akan pemenuhan kebutuhan rohani terutama pengembangan diri dan pengembangan potensi sejahtera. Untuk penyelesaian masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat dengan tim mengadakan penyuluhan pengembangan diri dan potensi sejahtera melalui bimbingan penyuluhan Islam pada komunitas nelayan Kelurahan Teluk Sepang melalui program pemberdayaan masyarakat pesisir dalam meningkatkan potensi dan kesejahteraan hidup. Model kegiatan pengabdian dengan melakukan Bimbingan penyuluhan Islam kepada komunitas nelayan di Kelurahan Teluk Sepang Kecamatan kampong Melayu, bentuk kegiatan berupa layanan informasi, layanan bimbingan kelompok, konseling kelompok dan konseling individu. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan ceramah, wawancara, diskusi dan kunjungan rumah. Hambatan yang dihadapi ada tiga yaitu motivasi masyarakat yang rendah, waktu pengabdian yang susah, dan medan atau lokasi pengabdian yang berat. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adanya pemahaman masyarakat tentang materi-materi pengembangan diri, dan pengembangan potensi berprestasi sejahtera. Selain itu hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat untuk mengikuti kegiatan kemasyarakatan dan adanya pengentasan masalah di masyarakat baik secara individu maupun kelompok.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of Compensation on Work Morale, analyze the influence of Work Facilities on Work Morale, analyze the influence of the Effect of Compensation and Work Facilities on Work Morale. The population of this study is all the Bagan Jaya village officials, Enok sub-district, totaling 91 people. The data collection method used was using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses SPSS Version 26. Based on the research results, it is concluded that there is a significant influence of compensation on the work spirit of village officials. There is a significant influence of facilities on the work morale of village officials. There is a significant influence of the work morale variable on the compensation and facilities variables.

Abstract

Cooperative is an institution in the form of economic organization owned and operated by its members. The main goal of cooperatives is to improve the welfare of members through cooperation and active participation in economic endeavors. The sharia cooperative is a form of cooperative that operates based on sharia principles. These principles cover the aspects of finance, transactions and Islamic values that are recognized globally. In implementing sharia cooperative financing, it must comply with syar'i aspects and economic aspects, which means that in every realization of financing to members of sharia cooperatives it must still be guided by Islamic law, including not containing elements of gharar, maysir, and usury and the business sector is halal, while still considering the acquisition of profits for sharia cooperatives and the members themselves. This research is a field research that uses a qualitative descriptive method. Where the data sources are primary and secondary obtained by interviews, observation and documentation. Data processing begins with correcting the data, followed by rearranging the data and analyzing existing data in order to find results as answers to the problem formulation. Based on the research results, the Bengkulu City Sharia Berkah Bersama cooperative provides murabahah contract financing to its members in accordance with the DSN-MUI Fatwa which regulates the conditions for murabahah financing, such as making a contract that is free of usury, purchasing goods on behalf of the cooperative, and conveying information regarding purchases to members.

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the ethical values of Islamic business that have been applied to sharia hotels in Bengkulu City, and to find out whether Syari`ah Hotels in Bengkulu City have followed the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Regulation No. 2 of 2014 regarding guidelines for the implementation of Sharia Hotels. This type of research is a qualitative approach. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The population in this study were all managers and employees of sharia hotels in Bengkulu City. Based on research on the Analysis of the Application of Islamic Business Ethical Values at Syari`a Hotels in Bengkulu City, it can be concluded that sharia hotels in Bengkulu City have implemented Islamic business ethics principles, such as Unity (Tawhid/unity), Balance ( Equilibrium/fair), Free Will (Free Will), Responsibility (Responsibility), Truth (Truth, Goodnes, Honesty). However, from the aspect of products, services and management, they have not fully followed the Regulation of the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy No. 2 of 2014, there are still aspects that have not been fulfilled, as evidenced by the fact that they have not received a Sharia Hotel Business certificate from the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council.
