Abstract

Abstrak Pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar.Penelitian ini bertujuan: 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar; 2) untuk mengetahui faktor mana yang lebih dominan berpengaruh diantara pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan maupun secara parsial kompetensi yang terdiri atas pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar.Dari ketiga variabel bebas yang signifikan, ternyata variabel keterampilan yang mempunyai pengaruh dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Balai Latihan Kerja Industri Makassar.Kata Kunci : Kompetensi, Sumberdaya Manusia, Kinerja. Abstract The influence of Human Resource Competency Concerning The Employee Performance in Vocational Training Centre of Makassar (BLKI Makassar),.The aims of this research are: 1) to determine and analyze the influence of knowledge, skill and attitude concerning the employee performance in vocational Training Centre of Makassar; 2) to determine which factor are more dominant among the knowledge, skill and attitude to employee performance concerning the staff performance in vocational Training Centre of Makassar. The result reveal that competency consist of knowledge, skill, and attitude have significance and the positive influence to employee performance in vocational Training Centre of Makassar simultaneously and partial. From the third variable, show that skill variable have a dominant influence to employee performance in vocational Training Centre of Makassar.Keywords : Competency , Human Resources , Performance.

Abstract

Purpose: The increase in issues among high school students tends to form their character (unproductively) negatively, and a lack of understanding of religion and leadership is suspected to be contributing. In response to this phenomenon, this program aimed to deliver a leadership development program based on Islamic values to the management of LPP UMI Makassar’s OSIS board. Research Methodology: This internal community service method combines lecture, discussion, and evaluation approaches to achieve the best results. The evaluation technique is collected through questionnaires covering elements pertaining to Islamic leadership based on Nabi Muhammad SAW. This questionnaire was then issued to ascertain their level of comprehension of the material presented. This program attracted 27 students, representing 81.8 percent of the total student council board of SMA LPP UMI, Makassar. Results: The program’s findings indicated that participants better understood the concepts and attributes of leadership in the Islamic paradigm. In addition, the results also showed that the dimension of Sidiq’s character (honesty) has the highest average score (4.48), meaning that the students of LPP UMI Makassar consider honesty as the most important thing that leaders must have in the concept of Islam. Conclusion: This outcome is designed to instill an Islamic leadership attitude in SMA UMI’s student council students, enabling them to contribute positively to Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh cyberloafing terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daera Kota Makassar, dan 2) mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daera Kota Makassar Kota Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Makassar. Waktu penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan Februari – Maret 2022. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai yang ada di Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Makassar. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode slovin dengan propbability sampling dengan insidental random sampling yaitu pengambilan secara acak dari populasi karena populasi dianggap homogen. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, verifiasi, uji instrument penelitian (validitas dan reliabilitas), uji asumsi klasi (uji normalitas, uji multikolinieirtas dan uji heterokedastisitas), uji regresi berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) cyberloafing berpengaruh negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Makassar, dan 2) stress kerja berpengaruj negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Daerah Kota Makassar Kota Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of human resource empowerment on the performance of PT employees. Molindo Inti Perkasa Makassar, and analyzing the influence of work commitment on the performance of PT employees. Molindo Inti Perkasa Makassar.This research was carried out at PT. Molindo Inti Perkasa Makassar, with a population and sample of all company employees of 65 respondents (full sampling). The data analysis used is descriptive to explain the research data, while to analyze quantitative data using the Multiple Linear Regression analysis tool. The research results prove that HR empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This means that the company PT. Molindo Inti Perkasa Makassar always empowers its employees in the form of developing a shared vision, educating employees, improving employee skills, eliminating obstacles, expressing desires, providing encouragement, providing equipment/facilities, conducting evaluations and hoping for work success, which contributes to improving employee performance. Work commitment has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. This shows the employees of PT. Molindo Inti Perkasa Makassar has made efforts to be total in implementing the provisions that apply in the workplace, by pledging to advance the company where they work, comply with the rules that apply within the company and continuously demonstrate the achievements achieved by the company, but this still has not contributed to improving performance employees because they are not oriented towards achieving work results in terms of quantity, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and loyalty
