Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja diperlukan untuk mengevaluasi dan mengetahui pencapaian target suatu organisasi. Program Studi (Prodi) Ilmu Pemerintahan Universitas Tanjungpura merupakan Prodi yang mendidik baik dari segi akademis maupun pembinaan karakter praja dengan konsep boarding school. Proses pembinaan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga organisasi kesulitan dalam memproses dan memantau kondisi praja yang dibina dan melihat hasil capaian pembinaan. Permasalahan tersebut mengakibatkan evaluasi kinerja pembinaan praja menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien karena tidak ada pemantauan kondisi pembinaan secara real-time. Metode Performance Dashboard dapat digunakan oleh organisasi untuk mengukur, memantau, dan mengatur kinerja organisasi dalam bentuk grafik kinerja berbasis Key Performance Indicator (KPI). Penelitian ini menghasilkan Sistem Informasi Pengukuran dan Pemantauan Kinerja pada Prodi Ilmu Pemerintahan Universitas Tanjungpura yang berguna untuk memantau dan mengukur kinerja pembinaan praja secara real-time. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menggunakan teknik pengujian Black-Box didapat bahwa Sistem Informasi Pengukuran dan Pemantauan Kinerja yang dibangun dapat diimplementasikan pada Prodi Ilmu Pemerintahan Universitas Tanjungpura.

Abstract

Tata kelola TI bagi Universitas membantu dalam proses tercapainya strategi universitas. COBIT 5 memiliki Process Reference Model yang terdiri atas domain EDM, APO, BAI, DSS, dan MEA. Untuk mengukur tata kelola TI Universitas Tanjungpura dalam hal pengelolaan manajemen dan strategi TI maka digunakan proses COBIT 5 yang berada pada domain APO yaitu APO 01 dan APO 02. Untuk melakukan penilaian maka ketiga proses tersebut dipetakan kedalam COBIT Process Assessment Model (PAM). Hasil penilaian tata kelola TI menyatakan bahwa Universitas Tanjungpura berada pada level kapabilitas 0. Hal ini dikarenakan dengan tidak tercapainya persyaratan Largerly atau Fully Achieved pada seluruh proses APO yang dinilai. Hasil penilaian kemudian digunakan sebagai acuan analisis Critical Success Factor, Key Goal Indicators, dan Key Performance Indicator yang dapat digunakan sebagai panduan bagi Universitas Tanjungpura untuk memperbaiki tata kelola TI khususnya pada pengelolaan manajemen dan strategi TI.

Abstract

OSS OPAC UNTAN is a joint catalog used to carry out the collection search process at the Tanjungpura University library. However, there are still many shortcomings of the system that are felt by users and librarians, such as a less interactive display and less accurate information. This indirectly affects users in using the system, so this research was conducted to determine the extent of user acceptance of OSS OPAC UNTAN and what factors influence users in using OSS OPAC UNTAN. The model used is the integration of the Task Technology Fit (TTF) model and the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT 2). The data analysis technique uses the Partial Least Square–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with the help of SmartPLS 3 tools. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 accepted hypotheses from 12 hypotheses that have been built with the Habit model factor, Task Technology Fit, Effort Expectancy, Performance Expectancy, and Technology Characteristics have a significant effect on user acceptance. The results of the research are an evaluation of the UNTAN OPAC OSS in the hope that it can be used as a decision-making for the developer in improving the characteristics of technology, features, and services so that they can be utilized by users and operate optimally.Keywords: User Acceptance, OPAC, PLS-SEM, TTF, UTAUT 2

Abstract

Procurement of the COVID-19 vaccination has led to diverse opinions among Indonesian people on Twitter. Sentiment analysis on Twitter can be carried out to find out public opinion, especially among Twitter users. The data was used in the form of tweets with the topic of the COVID-19 vaccine using the keywords covid 19 vaccine, covid vaccine, AstraZeneca, Sinovac, Moderna, Pfizer, Novavax and Sinopharm. analysis of the performance of the Naive Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Machine and K-Nearest Neighbors algorithms to determine the results of the accuracy level between the algorithms. The highest classification test is using the Support Vector Machine with an accuracy rate of 0.701. The results of the comparison of algorithms tested using tweet data on the topic of the COVID-19 vaccine found that the Support Vector Machine was better than the Naive Bayes Classifier and K-Nearest Neighbors. From the classification test carried out using COVID-19 vaccine tweet data with 2500 data. The amount of data after going through the data processing process is 1052 data. Neutral sentiment results in as many as 645 positive sentiments as many as 250 and negative sentiments as many as 157.

Abstract

Antrian merupakan suatu keadaan dimana seseorang harus menunggu gilirannya untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. Seringkali antrian menjadi suatu masalah bagi masyarakat ataupun sebuah perusahaan yang memberikan pelayanan. Hal ini terjadi pada PT. Citra Surya Sejati, dimana proses pemesanan taksi masih manual dan disana penumpang harus mengantri untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. Disisi lain PT. Citra Surya Sejati juga mengalami permasalahan dimana pencatatan laporan pemesanan taksi masih menggunakan cara manual dengan mencatatnya dibuku, sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem yang akan dibuat oleh peneliti menggunakan algoritma First In First Out untuk konfirmasi pesanannya, sehingga penumpang yang pertama kali memesan akan pertama kali mendapatkan pelayanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi berbasis Mobile untuk penumpang, sedangkan admin berbasis Website. Sistem ini telah dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black box testing. Seluruh fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya dan antarmuka sistem memperoleh persentase 81,64% yang masuk ke dalam kategori Baik Sekali.  Queuing is a situation where a person has to wait for his turn to get service. Often queues become a problem for the community or a company that provides services. This happened to PT. Citra Surya Sejati, where the taxi ordering process is where passengers have to queue to get service. On the other hand PT. Citra Surya Sejati also experienced a problem where the recording of taxi order reports still used the manual method by recording them in a book, so a system was needed to overcome this problem. The system that the researcher will create uses the First In First Out algorithm to confirm orders, so that passengers who order for the first time will receive service first. The results of this study are in the form of a Mobile-based application for passengers, while the Website-based admin. This system has been tested using the black box testing method. All system functionality goes according to the design that has been made before and the system interface gets a percentage of 81.64% which is in the Very Good category. Â
