Abstract

Wabah Covid-19 menjadi pandemi global bagi seluruh dunia yang mengakibatkan kegiatan belajar mengajar ditiadakan secara tatap muka sehingga menggunakan pembelajaran daring. Media pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh dalam proses pembelajaran daring salah satunya Google Classroom. Dalam mengukur penerimaan Google Classroom yang sudah digunakan, dapat melakukan penggabungan dari Model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology dan Model Task Technology Fit dengan tujuan agar dapat memberikan pemahaman dalam pemberian kesimpulan pada penerimaan suatu sistem. Analisis statistika yang dipakai yaitu Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Data yang dikumpulkan melalui Google form sebanyak 90 responden. Hasil pengujian path coeffient jalur terhadap 11 jalur yaitu > 0,1 dapat dikatan memiliki pengaruh, sedangkan hasil pengujian t-test hanya terdapat 7 hipotesis yang diterima karena memiliki nilai > 1,65

Abstract

Procurement of the COVID-19 vaccination has led to diverse opinions among Indonesian people on Twitter. Sentiment analysis on Twitter can be carried out to find out public opinion, especially among Twitter users. The data was used in the form of tweets with the topic of the COVID-19 vaccine using the keywords covid 19 vaccine, covid vaccine, AstraZeneca, Sinovac, Moderna, Pfizer, Novavax and Sinopharm. analysis of the performance of the Naive Bayes Classifier, Support Vector Machine and K-Nearest Neighbors algorithms to determine the results of the accuracy level between the algorithms. The highest classification test is using the Support Vector Machine with an accuracy rate of 0.701. The results of the comparison of algorithms tested using tweet data on the topic of the COVID-19 vaccine found that the Support Vector Machine was better than the Naive Bayes Classifier and K-Nearest Neighbors. From the classification test carried out using COVID-19 vaccine tweet data with 2500 data. The amount of data after going through the data processing process is 1052 data. Neutral sentiment results in as many as 645 positive sentiments as many as 250 and negative sentiments as many as 157.

Abstract

Dinas Perhubungan Kota Singkawang merupakan instansi pemerintahan yang memiliki tugas pokok dan fungsi sebagai perumus dan pelaksana kebijakan bidang perhubungan, pelaksana evaluasi dan pelaporan bidang perhubungan, serta melaksanakan administrasi kedinasan. Dinas Perhubungan membutuhkan dukungan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi yang handal dan terintegrasi dalam rangka meningkatkan efektifas penyusunan program, pengolahan data dan informasi, serta evaluasi dan pelaporan bidang perhubungan. Implementasi Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi yang baik memerlukan sebuah rencana dan pedoman dalam bentuk Master Plan TIK yang memuat strategi organisasi dalam mengimplementasikan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi.  Dengan adanya Master Plan TIK, Dinas Perhubungan Kota Singkawang dapat membuat prioritas kebijakan investasi yang tepat terkait Teknologi Informasi, meminimalisasi resiko yang timbul akibat dari implementasi TIK, serta sebagai pedoman evaluasi dan pengukuran keberhasilan implementasi Teknologi Informasi pada organisasi. Dengan demikian Prodi Sistem Informasi Universitas Tanjungpura melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat yakni pengembangan Master Plan TIK Dinas Perhubungan Kota Singkawang. Dimana hasil akhir dari PKM yang dilakukan adalah dokumen Master Plan TIK yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan Dinas Perhubungan Kota Singkawang, sehingga dapat menjadi cetak biru didalam pengembangan Aplikasi dan Teknologi yang digunakan Dinas Perhubungan dalam rangka mendukung tugas dan pokok dan fungsinya selaku instansi pemerintahan. Hasil Kuisioner Evaluasi pelaksanakan PKM berada pada tingkatan yakni 81,63 % serta berada dalam rentang pelaksanaan baik sekali.

Abstract

ICT contributes to the sustainability of modern society, which demands effectiveness and efficiency in every activity carried out. One form of ICT is an application on Google Apps that can support the effectiveness and efficiency of the activities carried out. SMAN 1 Kakap is one of the schools in Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. SMAN 1 Kakap continues to improve quality, including improving students' abilities and skills in using ICT. Based on observations, there are problems by students of SMAN 1 Kakap, namely the lack of knowledge and skills of students in working together to complete group assignments effectively and efficiently through the application of ICT, they are not familiar with applications that can be used in completing collaborative tasks, besides that they do not know how to use Google Apps that can support activity efficiency. Community Service (CM) carried out by the Information Systems Department of Tanjungpura University aims to find solutions to problems faced by students of SMAN 1 Kakap. The form of PKM is in the form of knowledge transfer and training on using the Google Apps application to support collaborative tasks. The evaluation was carried out two times by administering questionnaires, namely before and after the activity, aiming to determine the level of success of the training provided. Based on the results of the evaluation, there was an increase in the knowledge and skills of SMAN 1 Kakap students in using Google Apps by 36.99%.

Abstract

Antrian merupakan suatu keadaan dimana seseorang harus menunggu gilirannya untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. Seringkali antrian menjadi suatu masalah bagi masyarakat ataupun sebuah perusahaan yang memberikan pelayanan. Hal ini terjadi pada PT. Citra Surya Sejati, dimana proses pemesanan taksi masih manual dan disana penumpang harus mengantri untuk mendapatkan pelayanan. Disisi lain PT. Citra Surya Sejati juga mengalami permasalahan dimana pencatatan laporan pemesanan taksi masih menggunakan cara manual dengan mencatatnya dibuku, sehingga diperlukan sebuah sistem untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Sistem yang akan dibuat oleh peneliti menggunakan algoritma First In First Out untuk konfirmasi pesanannya, sehingga penumpang yang pertama kali memesan akan pertama kali mendapatkan pelayanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi berbasis Mobile untuk penumpang, sedangkan admin berbasis Website. Sistem ini telah dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan metode black box testing. Seluruh fungsionalitas sistem berjalan sesuai dengan perancangan yang telah dibuat sebelumnya dan antarmuka sistem memperoleh persentase 81,64% yang masuk ke dalam kategori Baik Sekali.  Queuing is a situation where a person has to wait for his turn to get service. Often queues become a problem for the community or a company that provides services. This happened to PT. Citra Surya Sejati, where the taxi ordering process is where passengers have to queue to get service. On the other hand PT. Citra Surya Sejati also experienced a problem where the recording of taxi order reports still used the manual method by recording them in a book, so a system was needed to overcome this problem. The system that the researcher will create uses the First In First Out algorithm to confirm orders, so that passengers who order for the first time will receive service first. The results of this study are in the form of a Mobile-based application for passengers, while the Website-based admin. This system has been tested using the black box testing method. All system functionality goes according to the design that has been made before and the system interface gets a percentage of 81.64% which is in the Very Good category.

Abstract

Panji TV merupakan salah satu channel dakwah yang berada di Kota Pontianak yang memberikan siaran kajian keagamaan. Panji TV memiliki siaran konten melalui media sosial seperti youtube, facebook, dan Instagram. Kajian keagamaan Panji TV saat ini dinilai kurang efektif dikarenakan belum memiliki sistem penyiaran konten sendiri, keamanan yang kurang baik, penggunaan jaringan yang tinggi, dan biaya operasional yang mahal. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka dirancang sebuah Sistem Radio Streaming Berbasis Android menggunakan metode waterfall. Metode waterfall merupakan metode pengembangan sistem yang kebutuhan sistemnya dapat didefinisikan secara utuh dan bertahap diawal projek. Dan hasil penelitian kali ini telah didapatkan sebuah sistem radio streaming berbasis android dengan didukung proses live streaming audio melalui server agora dan server chat melalui firebase. Adapun fitur pada sistem ini meliputi broadcast live streaming,stop live streaming, hapus data pesan, input judul, input nama channel, input app id, input token, play live streaming dan kirim pesan. Kemudian telah dilakukan pengujian fungsi sistem secara keseluruhan menggunakan metode black box dan perhitungan metode skala likert untuk mengukur kepuasan pengguna, dimana hasil pengujian tersebut sistem dapat berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan sebelumnya dan hasil perhitungan metode likert menunjukkan penelitian kali ini tergolong sangat baik dengan hasil presentasi 96,66% dan 85,17%.

Abstract

The development of internet media and social networks from year to year has increased resulting in a lot of data and information that can be managed into useful information in the application of several analytical methods. One of the studies that studies the relationship of social interaction is Social Network Analysis (SNA). This research was conducted by visualizing the SNA method into a python program by retrieving data on Twitter to obtain information and explore interactions and opinion drivers on Twitter. Research using the keyword Indonesiamaju. The calculation results of the Bernadgh account program are keyplayers, with a value of degree centrality 228, betweenness centrality 0.99, closenness centrality 0.87, and eigenvector centrality 0.707. This program has been tested for blackbox testing by running program functions such as crawling twitter data, input data, datasets, making edges and nodes, displaying a graph, sorted degree centrality, sorted betwenness centrality, sorted closeness centrality, and sorted eigenvector centrality. The result of this research is a program that is able to run the social network analysis method in accordance with the program flow that has been made

Abstract

Teknologi informasi yang terus menerus berkembang pesat, Semakin majunya teknologi harus dibarengi dengan terjaminnya keamanan informasi yang sangat rentan terhadap ancaman. Sehingga diperlukan kesiapan keamanan dan teknologi informasi untuk menjaga data dan informasi dengan baik. Dengan menjaga keamanan informasi berarti pula diperlukan adanya usaha dalam memperhatikan faktor-faktor keamanan dari seluruh piranti pendukung, fasilitas serta jaringan dalam proses pengolahan keamanan informasi. Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Pontianak, menggunakan metode Indeks KAMI. Indeks KAMI merupakan alat yang disusun oleh tim Biro Keamanan Informasi Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika untuk mengukur dan menganalisis kesiapan atau kematangan keamanan informasi suatu organisasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa rekomendasi perbaikan dan hasil akhir berupa pengukuran keamanan informasi menggunakan Indeks KAMI hasil yang diperoleh adalah tingkat kematangan keamanan  informasi pada DISKOMINFO Kota Pontianak untuk divisi SE memiliki nilai 33 dengan kategori Tinggi, Divisi II Manajemen Tata Kelola Keamanan Informasi memiliki skor 51 dengan tingkat kematangan I+, Divisi III Manajemen Risiko Keamanan Informasi memiliki skor 36 dengan tingkat kematangan II+, Divisi IV Kerangka Manajemen Keamanan Informasi memiliki skor 65 dengan tingkat kematangan II, Divisi V Pengendalian Aset Keamanan Informasi memiliki skor 87 dengan tingkat kematangan II, Divisi VI Teknologi Informasi dan Keamanan memiliki skor 61 dengan tingkat kematangan III+ dengan hasil tersebut maka tingkat kematangan keamanan informasi berada pada (level) I+ s/d III+. Dengan demikian keamanan informasi pada DISKOMINFO Kota Pontianak masih memerlukan perbaikan keamanan.Kata Kunci : Indeks KAMI, , Keamanan Sistem Informasi, DISKOMINFO Kota Pontianak.

Abstract

Presidential Instruction No.3 Year 2003 on National Policy and Strategy for E-Government Development is being put into action via the creation of websites for Indonesian local governments. West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office is the organization that puts e-Government into practice. The West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office website serves to provide information about the profile and publication of data and public services from the West Kalimantan Provincial Health Office. However, in using the website, not all citizens as users have a good assessment of the website, including complaint services by the website manager who are less responsive, then loading the website takes a very long time when accessed so that users feel ineffective and hesitate to return to accessing the website. From these problems, an assessment of the quality of the website is very important to do. The method used in this research is E-GovQual and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). As for the results of the performance level questionnaire with an average value of 3.57 and the level of importance with an average value of 4.11. The average value of the conformity level is 87% and the average value of the gap level (Gap) is -0.54, which means which means the service quality of the West Kalimantan Provincial Health Service website is still not good. Based on the results of the IPA quadrant mapping analysis, indicators in quadrant I were obtained which were the main focus of improvement, namely the variables Realibility and Citizen Support.Keywords: Website, Quality, E-GovQual, e-Government, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA).

Abstract

The laboratory is one of the facilities owned by the FMIPA Laboratory, which is one of the facilities owned by Tanjungpura University to support tridharma activities. There are several problems in laboratory management, namely that management is carried out manually, so it takes a long time to apply for the loan of laboratory equipment and to prepare a free laboratory loan letter. In order to improve services, ensure data security, and accommodate all laboratory data, it is necessary to develop an FMIPA laboratory information system (SILABMIPA). The FAST framework is used in developing SILABMIPA to suit user needs. The analysis and development of SILABMIPA follows the FAST method with the stages Scope Definition, Problem Analysis, Requirements Analysis, Logical Design, Decision Analysis, Physical Design and Integration, Construction and Testing. With the construction of SILABMIPA, it can make it easier for managers to manage laboratories, assist students in applying for and borrowing equipment, as well as making laboratory loan-free certificates. Based on the results of system functional testing against SILABMIPA, it was found that the system operates well in accordance with the user's functional needs, while the results of system interface testing obtained a percentage of 82.60% in the very good category.
