Abstract

Land plots can be one of land disputes because of rapid development of an area so that its sales value will be high. Therefore, if a person wants to buy a plot of land, he has to find out its physical condition, ownership status, and other important documents, and the most important thing is that it is free from dispute.[1] Land title transfer should be made in authentic certificate before a PPAT (official empowered to draw up land deeds). It has to contain the facts and it has to be registered. The validity of legal basis on land certificate is basically the same as land registration. Therefore, the aim of land registration, which used to follow Article 19, paragraph 1 of the Land Act, was merely to guarantee legal certainty. However, based on Article 3 of the Government Regulation No. 24/1997 the purpose of land registration was broadened by settling dispute in the ownership of land plots owned by groups of retired employees of the Department of Forestry in Kampar Regency. Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the parenting parents elementary school students who study in TPA ALBA, (2) the implication of parenting parents elementary school students who study at TPA ALBA toward academic achievement of students.This research is a qualitative descriptive study using 6 subjects selected by purposive sampling on students who study at TPA ALBA. The object of this study is parenting and its implications for students’ academic achievement. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research was data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The result of the data analysis can be concluded that: (1) Parenting style with authoritative type has a positive impact on children’s development. (2) Parenting style with authoritative type becomes a factor as an improvement student’s academic achievement.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pola asuh orang tua terhadap siswasekolah dasar yang berkegiatan di TPA ALBA, (2) implikasi pola asuh orang tua terhadapprestasi akademik siswa sekolah dasar yang berkegiatan di TPA ALBA. Penelitian inimerupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitataif dengan menggunakan 6 subjek yang dipilih secarapurposive sampling pada siswa yang berkegiatan di TPA ALBA. Objek penelitian ini adalah polaasuh orang tua dan implikasinya terhadap prestasi akademik siswa. Teknik pengumpulandata yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yangdigunakan penelitian ini adalah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikankesimpulan. Hasil analisis data memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa: (1) Pola asuh orang tuadengan jenis Authoritative memberikan dampak positif terhadap perkembangan anak. (2)Pola asuh orang tua dengan jenis authoritative menjadi faktor sebagai peningkatan prestasiakademik siswa.

Abstract

Community service activities related to community midwifery care aim to explore existing health and midwifery problems, find solutions with the community, and make promotive and preventive efforts for the problems found. The method started with interviews using questionnaire instruments with the people in Kampung Pinang, Lambung Bukit Village, Pauh District, Padang City. The next step was holding a Village Community Consultation (MMD) and intervene based on the results of the MMD decision. The activity resulted in 70% of people having the habit of disposing of waste by burning it, 40% disposing of wastewater into ditches/rivers, and 74% of couples of childbearing age not using family planning (KB) contraception. Health education about personal hygiene, environmental cleanliness, waste processing methods, and family planning contraceptives were provided. The method used was counselling and using leaflet media for further education. There needs to be cooperation in all sectors, assistance from the environmental cleanliness, health and midwifery sectors, and direct involvement from community leaders. The existence of a cooperation schedule and evaluation of activities will enable the continued application of the education provided in a better direction to improve the level of health and an optimal environment.
