Abstract

The objective of this research is to know: The learning process to increase elementary student learning critical thingking skills outcomes in science study through “inquiry based learning methods”. About thirty three students of  SD Terpadu Al Qudwah Rangkasbitung Banten are the subject of these research. The research uses action research method by Kemmis and Mc Taggart that consist of four steps: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collecting technique uses field notes, interview, documentation, and observation. This research also uses quantitative analysis. The result of the research describes that ”inquiry based learning methods” in science study gives impact for increasing elementary student learning critical thingking skills outcomes in science study. The research result showed that the student’s outcome of critical thinking skill was 93,94% in the second cycle. Keyword: student’s outcome of critical thinking skill, inquiry based learningmethods

Abstract

Permasalahan riset ini berkaitan dengan cara siswa yang memiliki kemampuan daya ingat yang tinggi menangani pembelajaran di lingkungan sekolah dasar yang memiliki kekhasan tersendiri. Metode penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan terhadap siswa yang memiliki daya ingat tinggi, dapat diambil beberapa hasil penting. Kesimpulan utama dari riset ini adalah bahwa siswa dengan daya ingat tinggi memiliki karakteristik yang mencakup memori ingatan yang kuat, partisipasi aktif dalam kelas, kemampuan mengekspresikan diri dengan baik, mampu mengingat secara detail, memiliki konsentrasi tinggi, kreativitas dan imajinasi kuat, rasa ingin tahu tinggi, dan mampu meemcahkan masalah dengan baik. Pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang karakteristik ini dapat membantu pendidik dalam merancang pembelajaran yang lebih efektif dan mendukung perkembangan potensi siswa secara maksimal. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the mobilizing teacher program on teacher performance at SDN Bhayangkari Serang City, then to determine the performance of mobilizing teachers facing obstacles in leading teacher colleagues and the results of the mobilizing teacher program at SDN Bhayangkari Serang City. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive qualitative type. Data collection in this study used observation, interview and documentation techniques. It was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of this study can reveal that from the implementation of mobilizing teachers at SDN Bhayangkari Serang City providing many changes and developments in schools through programs designed by mobilizing teachers to run a positive culture in schools with fellow teachers, mobilizing teachers also have good performance through programs that have been run and in leading and helping fellow grade 1 teachers, 2, 4 and 5 implementing the independent curriculum and the implementation of coaching as well as from the implementation of the mobilizing teacher program at SDN Bhayangkari Serang City provides many changes and developments in the school, so it can be concluded that this mobilizing teacher program is very good for school development and progress so that with the existence of this mobilizing teacher program it becomes an evaluation for the mobilizing teacher program in schools and for the program itself.

Abstract

The development of technology is very good for every field area of life. However, the development of technology makes education needed to make new innovations to follow the current development. One of the challenges for education is to fuse every technology into an attractive medium for learning. Therefore, the purpose of the research in this article is toproduce learning media that innovate following technological developments. The research was conducted using Research and Development method. The methods used were analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (ADDIE). After implementing interactive learning and producing learning multimedia based on an articulate storyline 3. After implementing the evaluation, it was carried out to find out whether the purpose of the research was running or not. The media in the research succeeded in getting the "decent" category and the media helped to improve the students’ learning outcomes by 0.81%, which was included in the "high" N-Gain category.
