Abstract

Jackfruit seeds are one of the foods that have not been used so far. Jackfruit seeds contain carbohydrates which can be used as bioethanol. Research on the manufacture of ethanol from jackfruit seed flour (Artocarpus heterophyllus Lam.) Using Saccharomyces cerevisiae with the addition of tofu pulp as a source of nutrition for microorganisms at the time of fermentation. This research was conducted to determine nutrient concentration and fermentation time to produce optimal ethanol concentration. The hydrolysis process is carried out enzymatically using α-amylase at the liquefaction stage at pH (6 - 6.5) and gluco-amylase at the saccharification stage at pH (4- 5). Then carried out the fermentation process with a variation of time (6; 8 and 10) days using yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae with a nutrient concentration of tofu pulp (0.75; 1.5 and 2.25)% (w / v). Then the distillation process on the results of the fermentation was carried out to produce the most ethanol distillate on day 8 of 14.5 mL. Abstract

Penggunaan Media  audio visual untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar siswa kelas VI  SDN Islam Terpadu Syech Walid Thaib Saleh Idragiri Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka Kabupten Idragiri Hilir. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh belum maksimalnya hasil belajar siswa Kls VI  di SDN Islam terpadu Syech Walid Thaib Saleh Indragiri Desa Teluk Sungka Kecamatan Gaung Anak Serka Kabupaten Indragiri  Hilir. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa hanya 60% siswa yang mencapai KKM ; 65. Penelitian melibatkan siswa kls VI SDN .IT .SWTSI yang berjumlah 16 orang, terdiri dari 9 orang laki-laki dan 7 orang perempuan. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kls VI. Aktivitas siswa dan guru dilihat dalam  lembar observasi guru. Hasil belajar semakin meningkat dari skor awal dibanding pada siklus 1 dan lebih meningkat lagi pada siklus 2. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan media gambar dan  audio visual dapat meningkatkan motivasi dan  hasil belajar siswa kelas VI di SDN Islam Terpadu Syech Walid Thaib Saleh Indragiri.

Abstract

The implementation of SIMRS is very important to work together on all information generated in the health service process. SIMRS can also encourage increased efficiency and effectiveness of services in hospitals in line with the smooth flow of information from hospital operational activities. To support this, the application of SIMRS must be in accordance with the needs of each room so that it can run well. The purpose of this research is to find out how the Hot-Fit method affects the implementation of SIMRS. This research is a quantitative research. The research variables are System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, System Use, Use Satiaction, Structure, Net Benefit, the sample is SIMRS users. The success of SIMRS implementation at Putra Waspada Hospital is influenced by human, organizational, technological aspects, and the benefits of having a positive influence.

Abstract

The high number of people suffering from mental health disorders in the current era of globalization means that every individual must increase their understanding and awareness of the importance of mental health. Individuals who have mental health make them able to develop their potential to be able to solve problems faced in their environment. Based on the results of previous research, data was obtained that one in twenty Indonesian teenagers experienced mental disorders in the last 12 months. These figures equate to 15.5 million and 2.45 million teenagers. The large demands faced by teenagers and their inability to adapt to these demands means that teenagers will experience pressure which has an impact on mental health disorders. Based on UU No. 18 of 2014 concerning Mental Health, it is stated that mental health efforts are every activity that aims to create an optimal level of mental health for each individual, family and community through promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative services which are carried out in an integrated, sustainable and comprehensive manner by the Government, Regional Government, or Community. So, this can be interpreted as saying that the importance of mental health awareness is very necessary to increase adolescent awareness. The aim of this activity is to broaden insight and increase awareness of mental health for teenagers. The method used is to provide outreach regarding mental health for teenagers. Based on these activities, the results obtained were that 109 of the 120 teenagers who were respondents or around 90.3% understood and were aware of the importance of mental health.
