Abstract

Kendaraan beban berlebih dan kecepatan berlebih berdampak negatif bagi keselamatan dan keamanan dalam berkendara di jalan tol serta berpotensi memperbesar tingkat kecelakaan dan tingkat fatalitas. Salah satu cara mereduksi kecelakaan adalah menerapkan konsep Self Enforcement Road pada jalan tol dengan pemasangan Weigh in Motion dan Speed Camera yang diikuti dengan tindakan penegakan hukum berbasis elektronik. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis perubahan tingkat kecelakaan sebelum dan sesudah dipasangnya Weigh in Motion dan Speed Camera, menganalisis perubahan jumlah pelanggaran kecepatan berlebih dan beban berlebih sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya tilang elektronik, menganalisis pengaruh kendaraan beban berlebih dan kecepatan berlebih terhadap tingkat kecelakaan, menganalisis perubahan besaran biaya akibat kecelakaan dan kerusakaan fasilitas. Data dianalisis dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS dan Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kenaikan tingkat kecelakaan sebesar 2,21% pada tahun pertama diterapkan konsep Self Enforcement Road dan penurunan sebesar 15,6% pada tahun kedua, penurunan jumlah pelanggar kendaraan beban berlebih sebesar 6,48%, dan penurunan jumlah kendaraan kecepatan berlebih sebesar 19,7%. Kendaraan beban berlebih berpengaruh sebesar 33,5%, kendaraan kecepatan berlebih berpengaruh sebesar 32,1% terhadap tingkat kecelakaan, dan 34,4 % lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Besaran biaya kecelakaan setiap tahun terus mengalami kenaikan sesuai suku bunga terhadap rupiah yang disebabkan oleh faktor inflasi meskipun jumlah kecelakaan mengalami penurunan

Abstract

This intersection was formed as a result of the opening of toll road access, so careful planning is required to avoid any potential problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the performance of the RE Martadinata Road in Ciputat because of access to the Serpong-Cinere Toll Road, as well as the performance of the signalized intersection formed as a result of the toll access. The research process starts with field data collecting and analysis using the PKJI 2014. The examination of the 2/2TT road section's results reveals that the Ciputat and Pondok Cabe sections had the greatest saturation levels at 1,28 and 1,54, respectively. With the degree of saturation on Ciputat route 0,72 and 0,76 on Pondok Cabe route, the road is enlarging to 4/2T on the Pondok Cabe portion. The analysis of signalized junctions with the initial assumption of three phases complete and without the influence of bus pool traffic produced results with a degree of saturation in the north of 0,98 and a degree of saturation in the south of 1,11. The degree of saturation on the North half was 0,58 after the solution of changing APILL to two phases, setting green time, shifting the bus pool, and not turning right. With the influence of pool bus traffic, a saturation degree of 1,10 was obtained in the south part of 0,97, having completed the solutions for the South part of 0,60. With the influence of pool bus traffic, the Western portion of 0,96 reached a saturation level of 1,37, After completing of the West section of 0,46 solutions. The degree of saturation on the South section rises to 0,94 in the fourth year. To ensure that it still complies with the intersection's qualifying conditions, a review is required.

Abstract

Jalan penghubung antara RW 03 Kelurahan Beji Timur dan RW 09 Kelurahan Pondok Cina, Kota Depok, masih merupakan jalan tanah sehingga jika musim hujan dapat menghambat akses masyarakat. Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk meningkatkan jalan tersebut menjadi jalan beton dengan memanfaatkan limbah terak Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) sebagai substitusi material pada perkerasan kaku (beton). Sebelumnya, telah dilakukan penelitian pemanfaatan limbah terak SAW sebagai substitusi agregat kasar pada beton dan menunjukkan kinerja yang baik dalam meningkatkan kekuatan dan daya tahan beton. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat RW 03 Beji Timur, yang membutuhkan akses jalan yang lebih layak dan aman. Kegiatan ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan, yaitu survei lokasi, pengadaan material, pengecoran dengan beton ready mix, dan perawatan beton. Dampak kegiatan ini bagi masyarakat setempat sangat positif, yaitu mempermudah aksesibilitas, meningkatkan keselamatan pengguna jalan, dan mengurangi produksi limbah industri. Pemanfaatan limbah terak SAW ini tidak hanya berkontribusi terhadap pembangunan infrastruktur yang berkelanjutan tetapi juga memberikan solusi ramah lingkungan yang mendukung pengurangan emisi karbon. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan lebih lanjut dalam penerapan limbah industri sebagai bahan konstruksi alternatif yang lebih ekonomis dan berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, program PkM ini tidak hanya mendukung kesejahteraan masyarakat tetapi juga berperan dalam upaya pelestarian lingkungan.

Abstract

Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road (MBZ), formerly known as Jakarta-Cikampek Road (Elevated) and managed by PT. Jasa Marga, is a barrier-free road that must meet service quality standards to ensure user comfort and safety. The study aimed to analyze the satisfaction of 100 respondents using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. The results of the study showed a 92.05% correlation between interest levels and performance, indicating less satisfactory road performance. The Cartesian diagram identifies a critical service attribute with the highest average score as the available and clearly visible road security fence (4.36), while the less important attributes are officers being friendly and polite when on duty (3.94). For performance, the attribute with the greatest score is a clear sign before entering a curve; the user feels safe (4.77), whereas the attributes with the lowest score are convenient toll road surfaces when crossing (roads are considered flat and non-wavelets, so speed does not decrease) (3.02). Attributes included in the Key Priority Quadrant are convenient toll road surfaces when crossing (roads are considered flat and non-wavelets, so speed does not decrease), which require solutions such as routine inspection and maintenance, better paving technology, periodic resurfacing, and strict quality control.

Abstract

The construction and development of road infrastructure, especially toll roads in Indonesia, is often a national strategic project. The purpose of toll roads is to reduce congestion on main roads, and improve the distribution of goods and services. However, congestion also occurs on toll roads, one of which is caused by large low-speed vehicles as a mode for the distribution of goods and services. This study aims to analyse the impact of large vehicles on road performance on the Jakarta-Tangerang toll road. Congestion is expressed in degrees of saturation. Vehicle volume and average vehicle speed as secondary data in this study. Calculations using PKJI 2023 on Freeway. The data was analyzed using Microsoft Excel application and tested regression with SPSS application.  Based on the analysis results, the degree of saturation increases as the number of vehicles increases, so that the average vehicle speed decreases. The degree of saturation calculated on the volume of vehicles of all classes has a significant influence on the vehicles average speed that have the potential to cause congestion by 87% and the remaining 12% is influenced by other factors.
