Abstract

ABSTRACTThe survey about coordination in hospital showed that the coordinaton between units have low score including the lack of communication and problem solving between units. The objectives of this study is to describe coordination in hospital considered by high performance practices that consist of 5 items : selection for cross-functional teamwork, rewards for cross-functional teamwork, cross-functional teamwork conflict resolution, cross-functional meetings, and cross-functional boundary spanner. This research is descriptive study using cross sectional design. Samples or respondents are 16, selected using purposive sampling according to the units which their function and job still related with the medical service in the hospital. The result showed that there are a specific criteria to select their employee. The most responden said that education level is the most important criteria for the selection. There is a reward for the best employee those are trophy and some money given to the best employee and the best group of the months. There is conflict resolution through the meeting with the supervisor and director to discuss their problems. There is functional meeting that is weekly report, and there is boundary spanner to coordinated with the other unit if they have problems. This study conclude that coordination in hospital can complete four items of performance work practice, but aspect cross-functional meetings still not working properly. Therefore, it needs to be repaired because this meeting is important to discuss about development of the medical service in this hospital.Keywords :Coordination, high performance work practices, medical service

Abstract

Graha Amani Laksana is the company which prioritize public health service for maternity. Day to day, the increasing of population has straight effect with the amount of Graha Amani Clinic patient. The effect for Graha Amani Clinic is they need to have sophisticated system. They need to handle the massive transaction. In the end of the month, they have to make financial reporting. It takes much time to make a simple financial reporting. Based on those problems, Graha Amani Clinic needs a new system which have solve they problem. The system which solve they problem can help the Director to take decision for company. By implementing new system can be the evaluation for company

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang video animasi 2 dimensi berbasis motion graphic, sebagai salah satu media edukasi pengenalan bahaya zat adiktif yang ditujukan pada remaja. Video animasi 2 dimensi berbasis motion graphic merupakan salah satu media visual gerak (dinamis) satu arah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan model komunikasi SMCR dan pendekatan Health Belief Model. Semakin berkembangnya konten multimedia dan media komunikasi visual gerak (dinamis) memberikan peluang bagi peneliti untuk menyampaikan informasi kesehatan yang menarik, dinamis dan mudah dipahami dengan memanfaatkan media visual gerak berbasis animasi motion graphic. Video animasi ini bisa menjadi pengenlan informasi tentang bahaya zat adiktif, jenis-klasifikasinya, dan dampak dari zat adiktif tersebut.

Abstract

Banyaknya data yang tercipta dan konten yang disebarluaskan dalam Abad Informasi telah secara mendasar mengubah cara kita berkomunikasi, terutama pada generasi digital saat ini. Ensiklopedia digital merupakan sebuah kamus yang menghimpun informasi secara teratur, memberikan penjelasan lebih mendalam, dan dilengkapi dengan Informasi visual. Penelitian ini mengevaluasI web based HTML5 sebagai perangkat digital yang tepat untuk penyampaian informasi songket tradisional pada ensiklopedia digital interaktif. Sehingga dapat mendukung penyampaian informasi yang menarik dan pemahaman informasi yang lebih cepat. Penulis menentukan empat penelitian sebelumnya yang berkaitan dengan songket tradisional ditinjau berdasarkan tujuan, kelebihan, dan keterbatasannya. Diharapkan hasilnya dapat menentukanperangkat digital terbaik sebagai wadah infomasi songket tradisional pada ensiklopedia digital interaktif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to describe reading skills, writing skills and describe the contribution of reading skills to the description of text description skills in writing description texts of class VII students of SMP Negeri 13 Padang. This type of research is quantitative with descriptive method. The population of this study was Grade VII students of SMP Negeri 13 Padang, which were 224 students. The sample in this study was determined by proportional random sampling of 15% of the population, namely 35 students. The results of the study on reading skills in understanding the description text of students are in good qualification (B) with an average of 82.71. In writing description text skills students are in good qualification (B) with an average of 83.10. On the contribution of reading skills, the understanding of the description text towards the students' writing text writing skills is 94.48%. The better the reading skill of understanding the description text, the better the writing skills of the text description. Thus, to be skilled in writing the description text of class VII students of SMP Negeri 13 Padang, good reading comprehension skills are also needed. Kata Kunci: Kontribusi, keterampilan membaca pemahaman teks deskripsi,  keterampilan menulis teks deskripsi

Abstract

Pasteurisasi merupakan proses pemanas yang terjadi pada produk dibawah titik didih untuk membunuh bakteri agar tetap terjaga kualitas susu. Pada pasteurisasi ini kita bisa memakai LTLT (Low Temperature Long Time) dengan proses pemanas dilakukan selama 30 menit dan HTST (High Temperature Short Time) proses pemanasnya dilakukan selama 15-16 detik. Dengan pasteurisasi diharapkan bisa menghambat bakteri agar tidak masuk ke susu  dan mengontrol perkembangan bakteri agar tidak merusak kualitas susu. Sehingga jika dikonsumsi tidak membahayakan kesehatan manusia dan dampaknya bisa menjadi banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan manusia. Didalam susu ada berbagai macam nutrisi (seperti kalsium, protein vitamin, magnesium, fosfor dan masih banyak lagi) jika dikelola secara baik dan benar. Jadi didalam penelitian ini dikembangkan alat untuk menjaga susu agar tetap stabil dalam proses pasteurisasi susu. Pada penelitian ini akan membuat sistem kontroller yang tertanam di kontroller PI untuk mengontrol aktuator dalam bentuk pemanas listrik yang mendapatkan masukan dari sensor suhu MAX6675 K-Thermocouple. Dari hasil pengujian ini setpoint suhu maksimumnya 60°C diperoleh nilai P mencapai 63°C, nilai PI mencapai suhu 63°C, nilai PD mencapai suhu 69°C, nilai PID mencapai suhu 69°C. Hasil dari kontroler PI untuk menstabilkan suhu lebih cepat dan mampu mempertahankan suhu yang baik.

Abstract

Carbon electrode using an active carbon and poly(vinylalcohol) PVA binder  (a   water-soluble  polymer)  by   freezing thawing have successfully been synthesized and characterized. In this research, synthesis of carbon electrode was used freezing thawing method with 4 cycles.  For each one cycle is required 12 hours for freezing and 12 hours for thawing. Specific capacitance of carbon electrode has been observed and measured using cyclic voltammetry and resulted in a value of 9.1 F/g. Meanwhile, SEM image of the cross-section of electrode showed that the electrode has enough pores so that can be used as electrode in a capacitive deionization system. . Desalination experiments were carried out in single-pass mode. KCl solution with an initial conductivity of 180μs/cm is pumped to CDI cell with flow rate of 25 mL/min at voltage source of 2 V. The result showed that the percentage value of the salt-removal was achieved at 64.95%. Keywords: PVA, activated carbon, capacitive deionization, cyclic voltammetry, desalination

Abstract

Issues concerning border areas are an interesting issue, especially when President Joko Widodo focuses on developing the 3 T (Outermost, Outermost, and Underdeveloped) region. So far, the border area has only been used as a fringe area that is not interesting to be studied. There is little attention given by the government to the border area because it is constrained by cost and not a priority of government development. Therefore, the border community can not depend its fate on the Indonesian government and exploit the ease of access to neighboring countries. This causes the level of dependence of Indonesian society on the border so great to neighboring countries. They are 'forced' to be able to live in the midst of limited and limited access and facilities. Almost all communities in the border region experienced similar things, including the Badau community in West Kalimantan. Abstract

Perilaku bullying pada remaja di sekolah menengah pertama memilki dampak yang serius terhadap pelaku maupun korban, dampaknya akan terasa hingga dewasa. Kasus bullying di Indonesia tahun 2018 sebesar 47.9%. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui perbedaan pendidikan kesehatan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan brainstorming dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang pencegahan bullying di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 Karangtengah Cianjur tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan penelitian two group pretest-postest design. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 300 remaja Sekolah Menengah Pertama kelas VII. Teknik besar sampel menggunakan rumus estimasi pada satu populasi, sehingga besar sampel sebanyak 15 responden untuk kelompok Focus Group Discussion dan 15 responden untuk kelompok brainstorming. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik systematic random sampling untuk menentukan sampel pada masing-masing kelas. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan Man Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada pengaruh metode Focus Group Discussion dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan bullying (p=0.001), ada pengaruh metode brainstorming dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan bullying (p=0.003) dan tidak ada perbedaan antara metode Focus Group Discussion dan brainstorming dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan (p=0.210). Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa metode Focus Group Discussion dan brainstorming tidak memiliki perbedaan terhadap pencegahan bullying . Saran untuk institusi sekolah agar dapat menerapkan metode Focus Group Discussion dan brainstorming dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa tentang pencegahan bullying.

Abstract

Protection is defined as protection provided by legislation regulated by this law, starting from someone who can be identified as a victim of trafficking in persons, the process of investigation, prosecution and social rehabilitation to the process of returning victims of trafficking in persons. Giving protection to victims by the police to provide security from the threats posed by perpetrators by the police still raises concerns that the police will act arbitrarily in conducting investigations, where the police agency in investigating this case is trying to protect the perpetrators of crime. Because in the case of trafficking women often blame the victims in a case. While the police still have a feeling of not sympathizing with the victims, this closes the possibility that there will be a neglect of the victims to get their rights they should get. Not infrequently, sometimes cases of criminal acts of trafficking go to court institutions, this is because the police cannot continue the case due to a lack of evidence. Even though the victim's information has been able to strengthen the evidence that the criminal act of trafficking occurred. In the protection given to victims of criminal acts of trafficking in people in Pekanbaru, there is still no concern. The connection is that victims are left to leave without getting the protection provided by the authorities, this is also due to the low education of the victims so that these victims do not know what rights they must receive. Whereas in the regulations governing the crime of trafficking in persons it has been explained. The police should provide protection by implementing and implementing women victims of trafficking in crime to protect victims from threats that will befall them, from investigations to after stages in the judiciary. In the future, the application of the law to the provision of assistance to victims of crime is not only limited to the legislation, but in its implementation it must also be realized for the sake of justice that must be upheld.Keywords: Protection - Police - Crime of Trafficking in Persons
