Abstract

These days, it has become a necessity for the property industry businesses for developing. These property businesses are usually marketed by a property broker. These growths in the property industry had made people starting to realize property as an opportunity for business, therefore the number of property businesses increasing. In order to compete, property marketing human resources need to have soft skills. This research is conducted using three independent variables, consists of self-leadership, self-efficacy and achievement motivation. The data obtained by distributing questionnaires to marketers in BSD property. Research questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. The data were processed using validity test, reliability test, Principal Component Analysis method and multiple analysis regression. Results of the study shows that the Selfleadership has a positive influence on the level of sales per year that is equal to 3 times against property units sold. Self-efficacy has a positive influence on the level of sales per year, which is 2 times of property units sold. Motivation is not proven to have significant influence on the level of sales.

Abstract

Educational games are essential in explaining theories to students as such activities create a fun learning environment. Most educational games in supply chain management (SCM) are focused on SCM or logistics theories. In the last decades, the research in environmentally conscious SCM has increased. However, the educational games related to such SCM are limited. This work is the first to use the detailed life cycle assessment (LCA) approach in teaching students SCM. The research output is a game called “Robo Factory,” which involves a simulation of a robot production supply chain. The research objective is to educate undergraduate students about the SCM structure, the duties and responsibilities of SCM actors, the LCA approach, and the cost types in SCM and LCA. The paper describes the game design process. The game design entails three steps: (1) game conceptualization and prototype design; (2) prototype trial, evaluation, and finalization of game rules; and (3) final games. Evaluation results indicate that the game successfully teaches undergraduate students about the theory of LCA in SCM in an enjoyable manner. The posttest shows an overall increase in students’ knowledge. The paper presents the future research directions and implications for scholars to enhance their contributions.

Abstract

Diketahui bahwa terdapat masalah terkait kesehatan dan kebersihan lingkungan di sekitar Kelurahan Bencongan Indah, Kabupaten Tangerang. Salah satu masalah yang diidentifikasi adalah adanya tumpukan sampah di beberapa lokasi. Kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan menjadi salah satu penyebab utama masalah ini. Selain itu, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang jenis sampah yang bisa didaur ulang dan memiliki nilai ekonomis juga turut menjadi faktor yang memperparah situasi. Oleh karena itu, suatu program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dirancang dengan tujuan memberikan edukasi kepada warga Kelurahan Bencongan Indah tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan praktik pemilahan sampah yang bisa didaur ulang. Program ini terintegrasi dengan mata kuliah industri ramping dan hijau, dimana mahasiswa bekerja dalam kelompok untuk membuat poster dan video edukasi. Selain poster dan video, juga dikembangkan permainan kartu pemilahan sampah. Materi edukasi difokuskan pada penekanan pentingnya kebersihan lingkungan dan praktik pemilahan sampah yang efektif. Selanjutnya dilakukan sesi edukasi langsung kepada warga tentang pentingnya menjaga kebersihan lingkungan dan metode pemilahan sampah yang tepat untuk didaur ulang, serta pemanfaatan sampah organik sebagai media dalam budidaya maggot lalat hitam yang bernilai ekonomis.

Abstract

Kegiatan PkM ini adalah kelanjutan dari PkM sebelumnya yang berjudul “Pelatihan Penggunaan Aplikasi Penyetoran Sampah Berbasis Web dan Pengumpulan Tabungan Sampah Ke 9 Bekerja Sama dengan Mitra Sampahqu”. Pada kegiatan PkM terdahulu telah dilakukan pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi berbasis web: “SampahQu” kepada mitra SampahQu dan beberapa pengurus bank sampah sehingga memudahkan mitra untuk mendokumentasikan jenis dan jumlah sampah yang disetor beserta harga jualnya. Selama penggunaan aplikasi tersebut diketahui terdapat beberapa menu yang perlu diperbaiki seperti penambahan fasilitas untuk koreksi input item yang salah, penambahan menu cetak laporan untuk bank sampah. Oleh karena itu dalam kegiatan PkM ini dilakukan perbaikan aplikasi sampahqu berdasarkan masukan pengguna. Selain itu sebagai bentuk kepedulian prodi Teknik Industri dalam rangka melestarikan lingkungan, para dosen dan mahasiswa Teknik Industri melakukan pengumpulan dan pemilahan sampah yang dapat didaur ulang, baik di lingkungan kelas dan lab maupun di lingkungan rumah masing-masing. Kegiatan ini juga merupakan bagian terintegrasi dari mata kuliah Ekologi Industri serta Industri Ramping dan Hijau, dimana mahasiswa mempelajari tentang konsep 3R dan aliran material dan energi pada aktivitas industri dan konsumen serta pengaruhnya terhadap lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial, dan transformasi sumber daya dengan mengintegrasikan aspek lingkungan dalam aktivitas ekonomi. Sampah yang terkumpul pada kurun waktu September 2023-Juni 2024 sebanyak 340 kg telah disetorkan sebagai tabungan sampah.

Abstract

The digitalization era has brought about substantial transformations across various facets of business operations, rendering telecommunication services indispensable in supporting nearly all existing business processes. To stay competitive, businesses need to maintain a steady supply of products to satisfy customer needs, take into account customer preferences when choosing suppliers and partners, and continually improve their production methods and supply chain operations based on customer input. This study aims to examine the interrelationships among supply chain management, organizational culture, and organizational innovation, as well as their influence on organizational performance, with competitive advantage positioned as a mediating variable, within the context of PT. XYZ. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving a sample of 512 employees from PT. XYZ. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings demonstrate that supply chain management, organizational culture, organizational innovation, and competitive advantage significantly affect organizational performance, including several mediated effects through competitive advantage. Specifically, competitive advantage is found to mediate the relationship between supply chain management and organizational performance. However, it does not mediate the effects of organizational culture and organizational innovation on organizational performance.
