Abstract

Tulisan ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui “Bagaimana komunikasi antarbudaya etnis Sunda dalam masyarakat multikultur?” Untuk mengungkap fenomena tersebut penulis menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan model interaksionisme simbolik untuk melihat perilaku dan interaksi manusia yang dapat diperbedakan karena ditampilkan melalui melalui simbol dan maknanya. Untuk mendapatkan data, penulis menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam dan telaah dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan telah terjadi adaptasi timbal balik antara etnis Sunda sebagai pendatang dengan etnis Rejang sebagai pribumi. Adanya sikap saling menghargai dan menghormati antara etnis pendatang dan pribumi memungkinkan setiap kelompok etnis tersebut untuk menjalankan kebudayaannya masing-masing. Masyarakat dari etnis Sunda dengan Rejang saat berdialog dapat menggunakan bahasa Sunda, bahasa Rejang atau bahasa melayu dialek Bengkulu. Hubungan antara kedua etnis tersebut sejauh ini telah berlangsung tanpa hambatan yang berarti karena masing-masing etnis telah saling menerima apa adanya.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Policy Evaluation of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education Regulation No. 24 of 2019 aims to encourage The University (PT) to manage innovations that impact people's lives. The management of innovation in State Universities (PTN) is not optimal as expected. For this reason, the implementation of Higher Education Innovation Management (MIPT) is expected to play an optimal role in facilitating and realizing the improvement, development, and utilization of research results in PTN. Steps and strategies are taken by the Ministry of Research and Technology (Kemristek)/National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) to realize research innovations in PT, specifically by encouraging the implementation of Innovation Management in their respective PT. In addition, they are providing technical guidance in measuring innovation performance to provide the expected results, namely strengthening innovation at PT. The implementation of MIPT in PTN has been effectively implemented and has become the primary goal of PTN, but there are still obstacles in its implementation. Several factors of emphasis in increasing the productivity of innovation performance are related to the number of researches, inventions, innovation products, strengthening innovation management institutional policies, and organizational arrangements that require the formation of innovation management institutions. The challenges of PTN in MIPT are related to the stages of commercializing innovation products to the industrial world, managing Intellectual Property Rights and Patents. Some recommendations that need to be considered are the need for continuity of socialization, the availability of technical modules that provide detailed explanations of what PTN must do in managing innovation and clarity of authority over the Regulation No. 24 of 2019 concerning MIPT. Abstract

Abstract: For the realization of employee performance in an organization or institution, of course, it is very much influenced by the leadership. The leader or leader is the highest symbol for an institution that can run the wheel of power. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style and work motivation simultaneously on improving the performance of BKKBN Aceh Province employees, to test and analyze the effect of leadership style on employee performance improvement and to examine and analyze the effect of work motivation on employee performance improvement. The location of this research was conducted at the BKKBN Provisni Aceh Office, with a total of 56 respondents. Methods of data analysis in this study using quantitative analysis methods and qualitative analysis methods. Quantitative analysis in this study uses multiple linear regression, namely to determine the relationship (association) between two variables, namely variable X (independent) and variable Y (dependent). The results of the research jointly prove that leadership style and work motivation together have an influence on improving the performance of the employees of the Aceh Provincial BKKBN Representative Office, this is evidenced by the Fcount value of 35.839 and Ftable of 3.171, thus Fcount> Ftable, so that the hypothesis the proposed alternative (Ha) is accepted and rejects the null hypothesis (Ho). While the results of the research that partially the leadership style will have an impact on improving the performance of the employees of the Aceh Provincial BKKBN Representative Office, this is evidenced by the tcount value of 6.546, so that the proposed alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and rejects the null hypothesis (Ho). As for the work motivation variable also has an impact on improving the performance of the employees of the Aceh Provincial BKKBN Representative Office, the t-count value is 2.973, so the proposed alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and rejects the null hypothesis (Ho).

Abstract

Abstract: The performance of Family Planning Extension Workers (PKB) has not been able to provide maximum service to family planning participants in Aceh District to obtain information and various services related to family planning, especially in Aceh Besar District.The purpose of this research isanalyze the influence of education and competency training and work motivation simultaneously or partially on the performance quality of Family Planning Extension Workers in Aceh Besar District.The population in the study were 61 people. In this study the entire population was sampled.The research results show thatjointly prove that competency education and training and work motivation jointly have an influence on improving the quality of PKB performance in Aceh Besar District, this is evidenced by the Fcount value of 50.242 and Ftable of 3.155 thus Fcount > Ftable, so the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which was proposed to get the results accepted and rejected the null hypothesis (Ho). While the partial results of the research on competency education and training have had an impact on improving the quality of PKB performance in Aceh Besar District, in this case the tcount is 3.679, so that the hypothesis (Ha) that has been proposed is accepted and rejects the null hypothesis (Ho). Then for the work motivation variable it also has an impact on improving the quality of PKB performance in Aceh Besar District.

Abstract

Patients with tuberculosis certainly have a desire to recover. The desire to healhy can be driven by various things and various factors. In this case the factors that encourage healing can arise from   internal and external sufferers. Health education provided by health workers in an effort to improve public   health    needs to be supported by the ability of health workers to carry out interpersonal communication so that government programs to nourish the community can be achieved according to the targets set.  Social reality in the form of values attached to the concept of healthy living behavior will be accepted by  people      with Tuberculosis from their environment through an interaction process. This stage is known as internalization. When internalizing these values, there are different meanings of symbols  of healthy living  behavior caused by various factors, so that tuberculosis sufferers have their own version of meaning of healthy living behavior, which is externalized through verbal and nonverbal expressions. It is this understanding of the symbol of healthy living behavior based on its version that ultimately forms a new  social reality of the concept and meaning of healthy living, this is called externalization. The results  of the externalization process carried out by tuberculosis patients will slowly be legitimized institutionally and socially, so objectification occurs in the form of a process of mutual acceptance of the meaning  of clean     and healthy living behavior for tuberculosis patients and the environment they interact with. Pasien penderita penyakit tuberkolosa tentunya mempunyai keinginan untuk sembuh. Keinginan untuk sembuh dapat didorong oleh berbagai hal dan  berbagai faktor. Dalam  hal ini faktor-faktor yang mendorong untuk kesembuhan dapat muncul dari internal dan eksternal penderita. Pendidikan Kesehatan yang diberikan oleh Nakes dalam upaya meningkatkan Kesehatan masyarakat perlu ditunjang oleh kemampuan Nakes dalam melakukan komunikasi interpersonal sehingga, program pemerintah dalam menyehatkan masyarakat dapat tercapai sesuai target yang sudah dicanangkan. Realitas sosial      berbentuk nilai-nilai yang melekat pada konsep perilaku hidup sehat akan diterima oleh para   pengidap Tuberkolosa dari lingkungannya melalui proses interaksi. Tahapan ini disebut sebagai internalisasi. Pada saat melakukan internalisasi nilai-nilai tersebut, terjadi pemaknaan yang berbeda atas simbol perilaku hidup sehat yang disebabkan oleh beragam faktor, sehingga para penderita tuberkolosa memiliki makna perilaku hidup sehat menurut versinya sendiri, yang dieksternalisasikan melalui pengekspresian secara verbal dan nonverbal. Pemahaman tentang simbol perilaku hidup sehat berdasarkan versinya inilah yang pada akhirnya membentuk realitas sosial yang baru akan konsep dan arti hidup sehat, ini  disebut eksternalisasi. Hasil      dari proses eksternalisasi yang dilakukan oleh pasien tuberkolosa secara p erlahan akan terlegitimasi  secara institusional maupun sosial, maka terjadilah obyektivikasi berupa proses penerimaan bersama atas makna perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat bagi para pasien tuberkolosa serta lingkungan yang berinteraksi dengan mereka.
