Abstract

Tujuan dari penyelenggaraan kegiatan pelatihan pengelolaan keuangan desa yaitu untuk memberikan pengetahuan yang memadai tentang pelaporan keuangan desa sesuai dengan standar akuntansi yang berlaku dan memberikan pelatihan penyusunan laporan keuangan desa. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2020  di Desa Mlandi, Kec. Gerung, Wonosobo. Pelatihan diikuti oleh 10 peserta, meliputi kepala desa, sekretaris desa, bendahara, kasi, kaur, pendamping, tenaga administrasi dan perwakilan masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pelatihan yaitu ceramah, tutorial dan diskusi. Kegiatan pelatihan berjalan lancar dan para peserta antusias dalam mengikuti materi. Masyarakat juga merasakan pentingnya pelatihan ini karena akan meningkatkan akuntabilitas dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize database management for individuals with disabilities in Sukoharjo Regency, by utilizing a Management Information System (SIM) that uses the CodeIgniter framework. The case study was conducted at the SEHATI Disabled Community, involving 50 community members with various types of disabilities. An evaluation of member needs and expectations revealed a desire for better accessibility, efficient recording of activities, and better management of health information. The implemented system includes member registration, activity management, medical records, and responsive interface design to achieve universal accessibility. Testing and performance evaluations show increased efficiency and user satisfaction. Conclusions and recommendations involve continued training, feature improvements based on feedback, and further implementation of security policies. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the relationship between the level of student satisfaction with the academic program and their academic achievement at the AAS Indonesia Institute of Business Technology. The research sample consisted of 89 undergraduate students majoring in Accounting who filled out a survey with questions related to their level of satisfaction with various aspects of the academic program. The results of the statistical analysis show that there is a strong and significant relationship between the level of student satisfaction with the academic program and their academic achievement. The higher the level of student satisfaction with the academic program, the higher the academic achievement they achieve. This finding underscores the importance of academic program quality in influencing higher academic achievement. The results of this study have significant implications for education management at ITB AAS Indonesia and similar educational institutions. Improving the quality of academic programs, improving lecturer-student interactions, paying attention to student feedback, and open communication among education stakeholders are steps that can be taken to increase student satisfaction and academic achievement. This research contributes to further understanding of the importance of non-academic factors, such as student satisfaction, in achieving high academic achievement. Follow-up studies can expand this research by considering other factors that may influence this relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the effect of using adaptive learning applications on improving student learning achievement in English courses at the AAS Indonesia Institute of Business Technology. Adaptive learning applications are technologies that enable the delivery of learning materials tailored to the needs and level of understanding of individual learners. This research method uses an experimental design with a control group and a treatment group. The research sample consisted of two groups of students who enrolled in English courses in a particular semester. One group was given access to an adaptive learning application, while the control group used conventional learning methods. Learning achievement data was collected from the evaluation results of assignments, exams, and tests conducted during the research period. Statistical analysis was used to compare learning achievement results between the control and treatment groups after the learning period ended. The results of this study are expected to provide further understanding of the effectiveness of adaptive learning applications in improving student learning achievement in English courses. The implications of these findings can be an important reference for educational institutions and the development of adaptive learning technology in the future. Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of information technology on financial administrative order and tax compliance. We collected data through a survey on 136 digital business or startups owners/financial managers in Malang. The results show that the use of information technology has a positive effect on financial administration order; financial administration order has a positive effect on tax compliance; and the use of information technology has a positive effect on tax compliance mediated by the financial administration order. This research contributes to the knowledge by determining the relationship between the use of information technology and financial administration order as well as tax compliance to increase tax revenue in Indonesia. The digital businesses or startups use technology to maintain businesses’ financial administration order and hence, make easier calculation of taxable amounts. This research implies that the easiness of taxes payment through the online tax administration.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research using a type of phenomenology. This study aims to describe the use of the Ministry of Education and Culture's Learning House Portal in the learning process at Vocational High Schools. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling using the research subjects as teachers who had used the Ministry of Education and Culture's Learning House Portal in the learning process in class. The data collection technique used was through observation, containing the impact of learning observations and teacher interviews regarding the use of the learning house portal, learning activities and steps taken by teachers in utilizing the Ministry of Education and Culture learning home portal as an online learning model in Vocational High Schools. The research was conducted in the State Vocational High School 3 Sukoharjo. the impact of the research shows that the learning steps carried out by the teacher in utilizing the Ministry of Education and Culture's Learning House portal are started based on the preparation and implementation of learning which contains the opening activities, the core and the epilogue of learning. Some of the features that teachers have used in learning are learning resources, electronic school books (BSE), and question banks. The methods used by teachers in utilizing the learning home portal as an example of online learning during the learning process can be grouped into (1) Presentations/Demonstrations, (2) Small group discussions & (3) Individual Learning.
