Abstract

Abstrak - Dalam Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan internet di Universitas Dr. Soetomo sudah menyediakan berbagai aplikasi layanan berbasis web seperti Sistem Informasi Mahasiswa, Sistem Entri Nilai, Sistem DPAM, Sistem Siakad unitomo, Sistem SKPI, Sistem E-learning dan sistem Tagihan. Layanan web memiliki keunggulan karena dapat diakses kapan saja dan di mana saja. Dengan mengimplementasikan Single Sign-On (SSO), pengguna hanya perlu mengotentikasi sekali untuk mengakses seluruh layanan yang terhubung dalam jaringan. Di sisi lain, melalui protokol OAuth, pengguna dapat memberi otorisasi kepada klien untuk mengakses data yang dilindungi di server dengan menyediakan token, sehingga mengeliminasi kebutuhan untuk memasukkan username dan password berulang kali. Sistem otentikasi yang diterpakan adalah sistem akses tunggal dengan menggunakan protokol OAuth2, yang beroperasi melalui kode tangan sebagai metode verifikasi identias pengguna, bukan melalui penggunaan nama pengguna dan kata sanadi secara konvensional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam mengautentikasi aplikasi melalui penyedia akun yang kompatibel dengan Protokol OAuth2. Berdasarkan uji penerimaan kepada mahasiswa dan dosen memilih 80% sangat mudah dan inovatif sehingga dapat menjadi dasar dilakukan evaluasi untuk meningkatkan sarana prasarana layanan pada Universitas Dr. Soetomo. Aplikasi ini telah dilakukan uji validasi terhadap kesesuaian fitur dengan metode Black Box Texting.   Kata Kunci: Oauth 2.0, Single Sign-on Sistem, SSO

Abstract

Purpose: The Dr. Soetomo University Lecturer and Employee Cooperative supports member welfare through goods and services but faces challenges in inventory due to manual records prone to errors. To address this, a community service team introduced an Inventory Information System to automate stock tracking and improve efficiency. Method: Activities included assessing equipment and data needs, digitizing manual records, presenting the system, and conducting initial training for cooperative staff. Practical Application: The program aimed to introduce the system, solve data recording issues, and improve staff competency in system operation. Conclusion: The initiative was well-received, with management committing to appoint two new system operators. Key features and the implementation plan were appreciated. However, adjustments to the item master data are still needed for optimal integration.

Abstract

The Student Evaluation of Lecturers (EDOM) at the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Dr. Soetomo has historically been conducted via Google Forms and processed manually, resulting in slow response times, repetitive recap procedures, and insufficiently documented reporting validity. This study aims to design, build, and evaluate a web-based EDOM system using the Prototype Model (MODEL PROTOTYPE) to improve data collection efficiency, recap accuracy, and the effectiveness of feedback for teaching quality assurance. The development method comprises requirements elicitation with the Quality Assurance Unit through a review of SPMI documents and brief interviews, architectural and interface design (Laravel, MVC pattern, and MySQL), staged prototyping, and rapid iterations based on stakeholder feedback until functional conformity is achieved. The resulting system provides authentication and role-based authorization (Admin, GPM, Lecturer, Student), odd/even period management, a question bank employing a Likert scale, anonymous questionnaire submission, score recap per lecturer and per category (pedagogical, professional, personal, social), dashboard visualizations, and report export to support governance needs. Functional evaluation was conducted through black-box testing on core scenarios (login, period scheduling, submission, recap, and export) and indicated conformance to specifications. User acceptance evaluation employed the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to examine perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward use, and behavioral intention; the results indicate positive acceptance and potential for operational adoption. Practically, the prototype approach accelerates requirement alignment, reduces the risk of mis-specification, and facilitates change control, while the Laravel-based implementation supports maintainability, role-based access security, and further feature development. The study is limited to a single faculty; future work may include SSO integration, audit trails, and longitudinal, cross-semester analytics for more comprehensive monitoring of lecturer performance.

Abstract

System used by the university. Soetomo surabaya for the selection of prospective students who are eligible to receive a scholarship is still using the manual way. Given the enormous number of submissions by scholarship recipients will make it difficult for universities in selecting students who are eligible to receive scholarships. Therefore it is necessary that there is a system that can be used as supporting decision-making to determine the students who are eligible to get a scholarship at the University Dr Soetomo Surabaya in order to facilitate the University. The problem that occurs is the absence of a system used for the selection process of scholarship recipients at Dr. University. Soetomo Surabaya. This selection is done using Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) method, it will simplify the way the system to perform the selection, the work concept of Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) is able to determine the best alternative choice in determining a goal. Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP) will determine the right student to get a scholarship viewed from several attributes that exist. With this decision support system, it will facilitate the University's work to determine the students who are eligible for a scholarship in terms of some existing attributes. The result of this decision support system is the obtaining of scholarship recommendation data in the form of value with percent form where this value which will be the management consideration to determine the scholarship recipient.

Abstract

This study addresses the challenges faced by PT. Java Abadi Sejahtera in matching customer needs with available property products and the frequent data loss caused by manual recording processes. A web-based recommendation system was developed using the Profile Matching method, where criteria such as property type, location, size, price, payment method, and facilities are weighted according to their importance and processed using GAP calculations to determine the suitability between customer requirements and product data. Black box and white box testing results indicate that the system functions correctly and is able to process product data, customer member data, and follow-up data accurately. The system generates ranked product recommendations based on suitability calculations. The findings demonstrate that the recommendation system effectively supports marketing decision-making, improves the efficiency of the matching process, and enhances the overall quality of marketing strategies implemented by the company.
