Abstract

AbstractThis research was investigate the influence of STAD Strategy and Learning Styles toward reading comprehension achievement to the Tenth grade students of The State Islamic Senior High School Number 1 of Palembang. In carrying out this research, the writer selected two groups randomly: The experimental group and the control groups with six subjects each group and writer used factorial design. In analyzing the data, writer used statistic analysis and two-way ANOVA in SPSS15. Based on the result of calculating using independent t-test, it was found as follows: First, There was a significant difference in reading comprehension achievement between students who have visual learning styles and those who have auditory learning style taught using by STAD of State Islamic Senior High School Number 1 of Palembang. Second, There was a significant difference in reading comprehension achievement between studentswho have visual learning styles and those who have auditory learning style taught using by conventional class of State Islamic Senior High School Number 1 of Palembang. Third, There was a significant difference in reading comprehension achievement between students who have visual learning styles and those who have auditory learning style taught using by STAD and conventional class of State IslamicSenior High School Number 1 of Palembang. Fourth, there were significant interaction effects of STAD and learning styles toward reading comprehension achievement of State Islamic Senior High School Number 1 of Palembang.Keywords : STAD, Learning Styles, Reading Comprehension Achievement

Abstract

ABSTRACKThe purpouse of this study was to determine whether there is a correlation between religious independence and the character building based on Pancasila at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri Colomadu in 2019/2020 Academic year. This research was a quantitative research. In this study, the population was 298 students in class X SMA Negeri Colomadu. The sampling technique used was proportional rondom sampling technique. The documentation technique was used to collect data on students at SMA Negeri Colomadu. The questionnaire technique was used to collect data on religious independence and character formation based on Pancasila. The data analysis technique used the productmoment correlation technique. The annalysis results showed thah the value of = 0,742 > r = 0,312 at the 5% significance level. Thus the hypothesis which stated that “There is a positive correlation between religious independence and character formation based on Pancasila at the tenth grade students of SMA Negeri Colomadu in 2019/2020 academic year” was proven true.

Abstract

Purpose: The Dr. Soetomo University Lecturer and Employee Cooperative supports member welfare through goods and services but faces challenges in inventory due to manual records prone to errors. To address this, a community service team introduced an Inventory Information System to automate stock tracking and improve efficiency. Method: Activities included assessing equipment and data needs, digitizing manual records, presenting the system, and conducting initial training for cooperative staff. Practical Application: The program aimed to introduce the system, solve data recording issues, and improve staff competency in system operation. Conclusion: The initiative was well-received, with management committing to appoint two new system operators. Key features and the implementation plan were appreciated. However, adjustments to the item master data are still needed for optimal integration.

Abstract

The objectivites of the research is to find out empirical evidence of the determine audit quality in mediating the relantionship between KAP size, KAP tenure and earnings managemen. The population of this study was listed companies in the manufacturing sector at the Indonesia Stock Exchange, and the sample was determined based on following criteria: (a) the annual report ended 31 December, (b) not include in financial secto, ect. There were 355 companies meeting the criteria. The technique used is the analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). The result of this research show that (1) KAP size have significant effect on audit quality; (2) KAP tenure have significant effect on audit quality; (3) Audit quality have significant effect on earning management; (4) KAP size capable of being mediating variabel in the relantionship between KAP size with earning management; (5) KAP Tenure does not capable of being mediating variable in the relantionship between KAP tenure with earning management.

Abstract

Interaksi obat yaitu adanya pengaruh dari pemberian zatu jenis atau lebih obat terhadap obat lain. Interaksi obat terjadi jika obat diberikan secara bersamaan atau hampir bersamaan. Di Rumah Sakit Umum Sembiring Deli Tua interaksi obat sering terjadi khususnya bagi pasien penderita hipertensi dan diabetes. Interaksi yang terjadi sering menimbulkan masalah terkait obat (drug related problems). Obat yang diberikan secara bersamaan dapat meningkatkan toksisitas atau mengurangi efektivitas terutama jika obat tersebut memiliki indeks terapi sempit. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengamati adanya interaksi obat bagi pasien hipertensi dan diabetes di RSU Sembiring Deli Tua. Metode penelitian ini yaitu secara analisis deskriptif retrospektif yang diujikan pada 171 pasien yang tercatat di RSU Sembiring Deli Tua pada periode Januari-April 2025, teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu menelusuri catatan rekam medik pasien diabetes tipe-2 dengan riwayat hipertensi. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu terdapat 150 potensi terjadinya interaksi yang terdiri dari 127 (74.27%) terjadi interaksi farmakodinamik, 23 (13.45%), interaksi farmakokinetik, dan 21 (12.28%) interaksi yang tidak diketahui. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya potensi interaksi obat bagi pasien penderita hipertensi dan diabetes di RSU Sembiring Deli Tua. Pasien banyak mendapatkan terapi lebih dari satu jenis obat. Interaksi yang terjadi berupa interaksi farmakodinamik dan interaksi farmakokinetik, interaksi obat yang paling banyak terjadi yaitu pada metformin dan amlodipin, potensi interaksi yang terjadi yaitu secara moderate dan mayor.

Abstract

Dragon scales (Drymoglossum piloselloides L. Presl) is a plant that has antibacterial activity against the bacteria Propionibacterium acnes and Staphylococus aureus, Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, and Streptococcus pneumonia. The content of compounds that act as antibacterial are saponins, polyphenols, essential oils, sterols / triterpenes, phenols, flavanoids, sugars and tannins. This study aims to make a formula of dragon scales ethanol extract gel against the growth of propionibacterium acnes bacteria. The method used in this study was experimental laboratory. The formulation of dragon scales ethanol extract gel is made with a concentration variation of 5%, 10%, 15%. Antibacterial activity test is carried out with diffusion agar.

Abstract

This research aimed to identify the flavonoid compoxunds and test the antioxidant activity of the ethyl acetate extract of matoa leaves (Pometia pinnata). The extraction was performed xusing the maceration method with ethyl acetate as the solvent. Phytochemical screening was condxucted to determine the groxups of secondary metabolites, while specific identification of flavonoids was carried oxut xusing Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC). The antioxidant activity was tested xusing the DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl) free radical scavenging method, measxured with a XUV-Vis spectrophotometer to determine the Inhibitory Concentration 50 (IC50) valxue. The phytochemical screening resxults indicated that the extract positively contained alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, saponins, and triterpenoids. The TLC test also confirmed the presence of flavonoid compoxunds. The antioxidant test resxults showed that the ethyl acetate extract of matoa leaves possesses strong antioxidant activity with an IC50 valxue of 72.32 µg/mL. This valxue indicates that the matoa leaf extract has the potential to be developed as a soxurce of natxural antioxidants.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah agar menguji seberapa besar kebahagiaan kerja dan ruang kerja berdampak pada kinerja pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palembang. Dengan populasi 55 pegawai, penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kuantitatif. SPPS versi 26 digunakan untuk metode analisis data. Dengan nilai sig. 0,042 > 0,05, hasil uji-t penelitian ditunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja berdampak pada kinerja pegawai, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh fasilitas secara parsial. Kinerja pegawai Badan Pendapatan Daerah Kota Palembang dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh kepuasan kerja, sebagaimana dibuktikan oleh nilai sig. variabel kepuasan kerja sebesar 0,014 > 0,05, yang ditunjukkan bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Kinerja pegawai pada Badan Pendapatan Daerah juga dipengaruhi oleh fasilitas kerja dan kebahagiaan kerja, menurut hasil uji F dengan nilai sig. 0,015 > 0,05. Kota Palembang.   Kata Kunci: Fasilitas tempat kerja, kebahagiaan kerja, dan produktivitas pekerja     ABSTRACT   The goal of this study is to determine how much employee performance at the Palembang City Regional Revenue Agency is impacted by work amenities and job satisfaction. 55 employees made up the study's population, which used a quantitative methodology. SPPS version 26 was used for data analysis. There is a partial influence of work facilities on employee performance, according to the study's findings, which show that the t-test shows an influence of work facilities on employee performance with a sig. 0.042 > 0.05. It can be stated that job contentment has a considerable impact on employee performance at the Palembang City Regional Revenue Agency, even if the job happiness variable with a sig. 0.014 > 0.05 indicates that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Employee performance at the Palembang Caity Regional Revenue Agency is influenced by work facilities and job happiness, according to the F test result with a sig. 0.015 > 0.05.   Keywords: work facilities, job satisfaction and employee performance
