Abstract

Proteksi terhadap pengaruh negatif radiasi ultraviolet (UV) matahari dapat dicapai melalui aplikasi functional apparel anti UV berbasis kain sintetik poliester. Dalam kegiatan penelitian ini telah dilakukan penyempurnaan kain poliester menggunakan suspensi seng oksida (ZnO) dengan metode padding untuk memperoleh sifat anti-ultraviolet. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suspensi ZnO dan metode immobilisasinya pada kain poliester untuk memperoleh performa proteksi UV dan ketahanan yang optimum. Metodologi penelitian meliputi optimasi konsentrasi zat pendispersi polietilen glikol (PEG), ZnO dan binder poliakrilat dalam suspensi yang digunakan dalam proses penyempurnaan kain menggunakan proses pad-dry-cure. Evaluasi dilakukan terhadap diameter partikel ZnO dalam suspensi, pengaruh konsentrasi ZnO dan binder pada morfologi kain dan performa anti-UV kain serta ketahanannya. Preparasi suspensi menunjukkan penambahan PEG 0,1% signifikan menghindari aglomerasi partikel ZnO, sehingga memungkinkan immobilisasi ZnO hingga konsentrasi 4,0% tanpa memberi efek perubahan warna pada kain. Penyempurnaan kain poliester menggunakan suspensi dengan konsentrasi binder 5,0% dan ZnO 4,0% dapat meningkatkan nilai ultraviolet protection factor (UPF) hingga 51,6% dengan tingkat ketahanan (durability) hingga 10 kali pencucian.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Pekanbaru City ManpowerOffice. The problem in this research is how to implement RegionalRegulation Number 13 of 2018 concerning the Placement of LocalWorkers in Pekanbaru City, what are the inhibiting factors and what effortscan be made by the Manpower Office in the future. Data collectiontechniques in this study were conducted by interview method which wasconducted to research subjects by taking the Coordinator for DomesticPlacements and Foreign Workers as Key Informants, the types andsources of this research were primary data and secondary data. Thisresearch is in the form of qualitative analysis using analytical techniquesby describing and presenting theories that are in accordance with theexisting problems in the study This research consists of one variable, namely the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2018concerning the Placement of Local Workers in Pekanbaru City by usingthree indicators. as a benchmark, namely mandatory reporting, Job SeekerRegistration and Supervision, research results obtained that theImplementation of Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2018 concerning thePlacement of Local Workers in Pekanbaru City has not been implementedproperly. There are still many companies that do not report any jobvacancies in their company to the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office. Thenin terms of providing guidance and supervision of job seekers, it has beenimplemented but has not been maximized, this is due to the lack of budget, lack of socialization guidance and limited resources. The power of theapparatus and the lack of Company Awareness are the inhibiting factorsfor the implementation of Regional Regulation Number 13 of 2018concerning the Placement of Local Workers in Pekanbaru City. For thisreason, it is hoped that the Pekanbaru City Manpower Office will alwayscarry out regular outreach developments to companies, carry outsanctions strictly in accordance with existing rules without exception andmaintain good cooperative relationships with companies in the city ofPekanbaru. Abstract

The village of Kuap in Pemayung Sub-district, Batanghari Regency, possesses a wide range of local potential, including the oil palm plantation sector, fisheries, areca nut production, and home-based micro-enterprises. However, this potential has not yet been fully utilised due to the community’s limited understanding of the basic concepts of export, product quality standards, and marketing opportunities in wider markets. This community service activity aims to enhance the awareness of the people of Kuap Village regarding the importance of human resource development and the strengthening of local potential as a first step towards accessing global markets. The activity was carried out using a qualitative descriptive observational approach, taking the form of an awareness-raising session featuring a guest speaker from Blantica Academy. The session utilised lectures, interactive discussions and a question-and-answer session, and was attended by around 20 participants comprising housewives, men, young people and local MSME operators. Observations revealed a high level of participation and enthusiasm among participants, reflected in the depth of the questions asked during the discussion sessions and the emergence of initial motivation to develop their businesses. The activity faced a number of challenges, including time constraints, varying levels of understanding among participants, and the lack of follow-up mentoring programmes; consequently, the sustainability of the programme’s impact still requires reinforcement through ongoing mentoring. It is hoped that this initiative will serve as a concrete first step towards strengthening the capacity of human resources and the competitiveness of Kuap Village’s local products in the global market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh literasi digital terhadap prestasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi di SMK Prima Maarif NU. Literasi digital mencakup kemampuan siswa dalam mencari, memahami, mengevaluasi, dan menggunakan informasi digital melalui berbagai perangkat teknologi. Dalam era digital yang berkembang pesat, kemampuan literasi digital menjadi faktor penting yang dapat memengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran dan prestasi akademik siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada siswa kelas XI dan XII SMK Prima Maarif NU yang mengikuti mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier untuk melihat sejauh mana literasi digital mempengaruhi prestasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Siswa yang memiliki literasi digital tinggi cenderung menunjukkan prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan siswa yang literasi digitalnya rendah. Literasi digital membantu siswa dalam mengakses informasi, memperluas pemahaman materi, serta meningkatkan efisiensi belajar. Kesimpulannya, literasi digital memainkan peran penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di SMK Prima Maarif NU pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi. Diharapkan sekolah dapat meningkatkan program-program pembelajaran berbasis digital guna mendukung perkembangan literasi digital siswa.
