Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to examine shopping lifestyle, fashion involvement, store atmosphere as an antecedent of impulse buying behavior. The research population has made repeat purchases at the Matahari Department Store Malioboro Mall, Yogyakarta. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, with a total sample of 115 respondents. The data analysis method uses Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of characteristic of entrepreneur, social support, product innovation, on the development of business traders in the DIY Giwangan Market. The respondents were traders in Giwangan market as many as 100 traders. Technique sampling used is stratified proportional random sampling.  The methods of data analysis used is multiple regreession analysis. The results showed that the characteristic of entrepreneurship, product innovation partially does not affect the development of business. While social support is partially proven to influence business development. characteristic of entrepreneurship,social support, product innovation silmutanly affect the development of business.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis determine the effect of sales promotion, display product, and store atmosphere on impulse buying at the Ramayana Department Store Yogyakarta. This research was conducted at the Ramayana Department Store Yogyakarta in November 2018 until June 2019. This research was a quantitative study with 80 respondents. Data collection techniques is done by questionnaires and observation. The analysis technique used in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study concluded that sales promotion, display product, and store atmosphere has a positive and sign effect on impulse buying through partial testing and simultaneous testing.

Abstract

Anggota Kelompok Simpan Pinjam Perempuan Kapanewon Sewon, Kabupaten Bantul, DIY, merasakan dampak menurunnya tingkat pendapatan mereka dengan adanya Pandemi Covid 19, karena tidak berjalannya usaha yang sudah dilakukan. Menurunnya pendapatan dipicu karena usaha yang selama ini dijalankan masih bersifat tradisional, dengan menunggu pengguna mendatangi mereka. Adanya kebijakan PPKM, work from home, physical distancing yang ditetapkan pemerintah memperparah keadaan. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah dengan memberikan pelatihan tentang bagaimana menggali potensi perempuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian keluarga. Hal ini dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial seperti Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, dan berbagai aplikasi di Playstore sebagai alat untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menggunakan metode pelatihan dengan memberikan ceramah, dan dilanjutkan dengan praktik menggunakan peralatan ponsel. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan ini, perempuan anggota SPP sudah mulai menggunakan ponsel untuk menjangkau pengguna dari produk atau jasa mereka. Selain itu, beberapa perempuan sudah mencoba mencari peluang untuk meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dengan memanfaatkan hobi.

Abstract

Consumption of baby cucumbers in fresh form by the community is one of the factors driving the cultivation of environmentally friendly cucumbers so that they are safe for health and the environment. The use of PGPR (plant growth promoting rhizobacteria) and eco-enzymes to sufficient the nutrient needs of cucumber plants. This study aims to examine the use of PGPR and eco-enzymes in environmentally friendly baby cucumber cultivation. The study was arranged in an RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) design in 3 blocks with 6 treatments, namely control (without fertilizer), eco-enzyme concentration of 5 ml/l water, bamboo root PGPR 10 ml/l water, banana weevil PGPR 10 ml/l water, Eco-enzyme 2.5 ml/l water + PGPR bamboo root 5 ml/l water, eco-enzyme 2.5 ml/l water + PGPR banana hump 5 ml/l water. The research was conducted in Sawahan Hamlet, Pandowoharjo Village, Sleman DIY, alluvial soil type. The research data were analyzed using the Analysis of Variance at the 5% real level. To find out the real difference between treatments, Duncan's multiple distance test was carried out at the 5% real level. The results showed that the use of eco-enzymes could increase root dry weight, fruit number and fruit weight of baby cucumbers. The use of PGPR can increase the number of baby cucumbers. PGPR can increase cucumber fruit weight when applied with eco-enzymes.

Abstract

Brand loyalty is a company's goal to gain recognition from the community, so it becomes a challenge for companies to make customers loyal to a brand. This study will investigate the relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty, using brand trust as a mediation. The research respondents were 150 users of Kutus-kutus oil in DIY. The research data were analyzed using PLS-SEM. The results show no direct relationship between brand experience and brand loyalty. However, brand experience is related to brand trust, and brand trust is directly related to brand loyalty. Indirectly, brand experience is related to brand loyalty mediated by brand trust. Limitations/implications of the study: The research was conducted in the same province as the Special Region of Yogyakarta, so the generalization of the results had to be determined by completing additional studies elsewhere
