Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan: (1) pemahaman dan penerapan konsep biologi antara siswa yang mengikuti model  Reciprocal Teaching dan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, (2) pemahaman konsep biologi antara siswa yang belajar dengan  Reciprocal Teaching dan kooperatif tipe STAD, (3) kemampuan penerapan konsep biologi antara siswa yang belajar dengan Reciprocal Teaching dan kooperatif tipe STAD. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Amlapura pada siswa kelas X semester genap tahun pelajaran 2010/2011. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan rancangan. “The Post test Only Control Group Design”. Populasi penelitian adalah berjumlah 220 siswa dan sampel penelitian yang digunakan adalah 121 orang. Dua instrumen pokok penelitian yaitu tes untuk mengukur penguasaan pemahaman konsep dan tes untuk mengukur kemampuan penerapan konsep siswa. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dalam dua tahap, yaitu analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial. Untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan analisis varians multivariate dengan MANOVA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : Pertama, pemahaman konsep dan penerapan konsep antara siswa yang diajar dengan model Reciprocal Teaching lebih baik daripada yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran STAD, dengan nilai Fhitung = 10,450 (p < 0,05). Kedua, pemahaman konsep siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model Reciprocal Teaching lebih tinggi daripada yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran STAD, dengan nilai Fhitung = 11,611 (p < 0,05). Ketiga, penerapan konsep siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan model Reciprocal Teaching berbeda secara signifikan daripada  yang diajar dengan model pembelajaran STAD, dengan nilai Fhitung = 8,918   (p < 0,05).  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa model Reciprocal Teaching sangat baik digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerapan konsep siswa. Kata-kata kunci: model Reciprocal Teaching, model STAD, pemahaman konsep, penerapan konsep.         ABSTRACT   THE COMPARISON BETWEEN IMPLEMENTATION OF RECIPROCAL TEACHING AND STAD COOPERATIVE TYPE TOWARD THE UNDERSTANDING AND CONCEPT APPLICATION IN BIOLOGY LEARNING PROCESS. ( EXPERIMENTAL STUDY  AT SMAN 2 AMLAPURA)     The purposes of research is to know the differences of: 1. Understanding and applying biology concepts between the students who followed reciprocal teaching and STAD cooperative type of learning process., 2. Understanding of biology concepts between students who learned with reciprocal teaching and STAD cooperative type learning process.3. the ability to apply biology concepts between students who learned with reciprocal teaching and STAD cooperative type learning process. The research is done at SMAN 2 Amlapura for the X grade students in the second semester of 2010/2011.The research was a false research using “The Post test Only Control Group Design”. The students population was 220 and the sample students population was 121. There were two main instruments of the research  namely: a test to measure the mastering of concept understanding and a test to measure the application of the student’s concept. Data was analyzed in two stages they were : descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis.  Multivariate variation analysis with MANOVA was used to test the hypothesis. The results of the research were as followed: (1) understanding of concept and application concept of the students who were taught using reciprocal teaching was better than the students who were taught using STAD learning process with the value F =10,450 (p < 0,05); (2) the concept understanding of the students who learn using reciprocal teaching was higher than the students who learn using STAD learning process, with the counting value F=11,611 (p < 0,05): (3) concept application of the students who followed learning process using reciprocal teaching significantly different from the students who were taught using STAD model with the counting value F =8,918 (p < 0,05). The results of the research showed that reciprocal teaching model is very good to us to enhance the concept understanding and application concepts of the students.   Key words: reciprocal teaching, STAD model , concept understanding and concept application.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Archives Section at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Central Sulawesi Province. This research uses descriptive qualitative type, with the number of informants involved as many as 5 informants through Purposive Sampling techniques. In addition, in the data collection technique in this study through observation, interviews and documentation. With the method of analyzing data through the stage of condensation of data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions or verification.Judging from the results of the study, it was concluded that the performance of the Archives Section at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Central Sulawesi Province was still considered to be not maximal, this is due to the quality aspects of the Archives Department's performance at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Central Sulawesi Province. maksimal, this is clearly illustrated in the results of research that show that employees at the archives sometimes still not able to complete several tasks in a timely manner, and employees at the archives at the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Central Sulawesi Province also sometimes still unable to work carefully. In addition, other causes are also caused by aspects of responsibility that are considered still not running maksimal, where the results of the study show that employee discipline is still low, this is clearly illustrated in research that shows that sometimes employees are still late to the office and sometimes employees do not use appropriate service attributes or clothing, and sometimes employees are too relaxed in dealing with the assigned work completed.

Abstract

Salah satu tujuan pembelajaran matematika adalah agar siswa memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa ditinjau dari perbedaan gender. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah kelas XI TLM A SMK Maarif NU 2 Ajibarang Kab Banyumas. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu dengan pemberian soal pada seluruh siswa kelas XI TLM A. Kemudian diambil 8 siswa sebagai sampel karena memenuhi sesuai indikator  kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Indikator kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika yang diambil adalah memahami masalah, melaksanakan rencana, merencanakan penyelesaian dan memeriksa proses dan hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada tingkat memahami masalah, siswa laki-laki lebih baik dari pada perempuan sehingga siswa laki-laki mampu mencapai tingkat memahami masalah dengan baik sehingga mampu menyebutkan apa yang diketahui dan ditanyakan pada soal dengan jelas. Siswa pada tingkat melaksanakan rencana, Siswa perempuan dan laki-laki pada tingkat ini sudah dapat dikatakan mampu mencapai dengan baik karena terbukti pada jawaban siswa yang menunjukkan bahwa siswa mengaplikasikan apa yang telah guru ajarkan. Siswa pada tingkat merencanakan penyelesaian siswa siswa laki-laki dan perempuan belum mampu menyimpulkan sesuatu yang ada menurut hasil yang telah diketahui maka belum mampu mencapai tingkat merencanakan penyelesaian. Siswa pada tingkat memeriksa proses dan hasil, siswa perempuan lebih mampu mencapai tingkat memeriksa proses dan hasil terbukti dengan ketelitian yang ada pada jawaban siswa. Siswa laki-laki kurang teliti saat menghitung bilangan pada matriks pengurangan.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Pemeriksaan antenatal care (ANC) merupakan strategi yang baik untuk meningkatkan perawatan Kesehatan ibu hamil di pelayanan kesehatan. Munculnya aplikasi monitoring ANC Ibu Hamil dengan perangkat mobile membantu manajemen memantau dan meningkatkan kepatuhan ibu hamil dalam melakukan pemeriksaan ANC sehingga mengurangi angka kematian ibu hamil dan bayi di pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan: Mereview literatur terkait penggunaan aplikasi monitoring ANC ibu hamil dengan perangkat mobile di pelayanan kesehatan. Metode: Menganalisa data secara sistematis dengan meninjau hasil literatur tentang Aplikasi Monitoring ANC Ibu Hamil Dengan Perangkat Mobile. Hasil: Penggunaan aplikasi monitoring ANC ibu hamil dengan perangkat mobile di pelayanan kesehatan memiliki banyak kegunaan dalam pelayanan ANC pada ibu hamil. Kesimpulan: Terdapat banyak manfaat dari penggunaan aplikasi monitoring ANC ibu hamil dengan perangkat mobile. Saran: Diharapkan seluruh fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang memberikan pelayanan antenatal care dapat menggunakan perangkat mobile untuk melakukan monitoring pada ibu hamil.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and explain whether the independent variables (price discounts, product displays and product quality) have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (purchasing interest). The method used in this research is quantitative which is associative. The subjects of this research are customers who shop at Alfamart Raya Cibatok. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study show that (1) the significance value is 0.03 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between price discounts and buying interest. (2) A significance value of 0.00 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between product display and purchase intention. (3) A significance value of 0.00 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that there is a significant influence between product quality and purchase intention. (4) Simultaneously FCount is 85.607 with a significance result of 0.000 and F table = F (k; n-k) ‎‎= F = (3;97) = 2.70 results show that FCount is 85.607 greater (>) than 2.70 and a sig value of 0.00 which is smaller (<) than 0.05. This means that price discounts, product displays, and product quality simultaneously have a significant influence on purchase intention. Furthermore, how much the independent variable explains the dependent variable is shown in the value of the coefficient of determination of 0.719 or 71.9%, buying interest can be influenced by price discounts, product displays and product quality and the remaining 28.1%, buying interest is influenced by variables other.‎

Abstract

The MSME sector plays a very important role in supporting the economy of Cibitung Village. The factors that make it difficult for MSMEs to access Islamic bank financing are that MSME managers do not yet have a good financial management system, manual and traditional business management, and household and company operational funds, so that they cannot be separated. Due to these technical limitations, MSME owners do not really think about business goals and long-term strategic plans. In Cibitung Village in the Bogor Regency area, most of the population still depends on the MSME sector for their livelihoods. This service aims to provide MSME stakeholders with an understanding of financial management, sharia accounts, sharia bank funding rules, financial reporting, and sharia bank funding proposals. The method of implementing this activity is to use the RRA (Rapid Rural Appraisal) method. This assistance has increased our understanding of our partners' material.
