Abstract

This research is entitled "Response of Growth and Yield of Spinach (Amaranthus tricolor L) Towards the Treatment of Organic Cashing Fertilizer". The study was conducted in the rice fields of Renon Village, East Denpasar, Denpasar City for two months starting from 23 October to 30 November 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect and the best dose of vermicompost organic fertilizer on the growth and yield of spinach plants Parameters observed in the study this is plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, stem diameter, fresh weight of plants above ground, fresh weight of roots, oven dry weight of plants above ground, and oven dry weight of roots. This study used a randomized block design (RBD) consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications so that 24 treatments were obtained. The results of this study indicate that the best dose of kascing organic fertilizer was obtained at a dose of 9 tons ha-1 (K3) with a fresh weight of plants above the ground of 170.74 g and the oven dry weight of plants above the ground, namely 18.17 g.

Abstract

The research is entitled "Growth and Yield of Shallots (Allium ascalonium L.) Using Guano Fertilizer Test in Renon Rice Fields". The study aims to determine the effect of the dose of guano fertilizer on the development of shallot plants. The research was conducted in Renon Village, South Denpasar District. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) method with the treatments studied: dosage of guano fertilizer (G), which include Go: without guano fertilizer, G1: 3 ton/acre (90 g/10 kg of soil), G2: 6 ton/acre (180 g/10 kg of soil), G3 : 9 ton/acre (270 g/10 kg of soil), G4 : 12 ton/acre (360 g/10 kg of soil), G5 : 15 ton/acre (450 g/10 kg of soil). Each treatment was repeated for 4 times to obtain 24 treatments. The result showed that guano fertilizer had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers and number of bulbs, total plants gross weight, total dry mass of plants, gross weight of bulb on shallot, air dried mass of bulb, oven net weight of bulb. The application of organik guano fertilizer 12 ton/acre (360 g/10 kg soil) shows best results on the growth and yield of shallots with the yield of fresh mass of shallot bulb was 34.91 g, air dried mass of bulb was 33.86 g, and oven dry mass of bulb was 31.62 g

Abstract

This research title is "Growth and Yield of ground water spinach  plants                                                                                    (Ipomoea reptans Poir) Due to Treatment of Kascing fertilizer was accepted on Tukad Oos street, Renon, south Denpasar City, Bali from 23 October until 2 December 2019. This research has been conducted to determine the effect and the best dose of Kascing fertilizer on the growth and yield of ground water spinach plants. This research used a randomized block design (RAK) with 6 treatments and 4 replications until obtained 24 treatments total. The result showed that the application of Kascing fertilizer at a dose of 15 tons ha-1 or equivalent to 75 g in 10 kg of soil was able to provide the best growth and results, with the highest fresh weight result of plants above the soil at P5 treatment that is 131.04 g and decreased significantly in P0 treatment that is 103.60 g

Abstract

Water henna flower (Impatiens balsamina L.) is a plant that is very easy to grow in the yard of the house. This plant is found in the northern hemisphere, India and mainland Southeast Asia, including Indonesia. The use of rice husk mulch is one of the most beneficial agricultural wastes. However, farmers often think that the husks are agricultural waste that can only be used as fertilizer, ash, or animal feed in addition to suppressing weed growth. The research objectives were : (1) To determine the effect of different weights of rice husk mulch on the growth and yield of water henna plants, (2) To determine the best weight of mulch on the growth and yield of water henna plants. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 6 treatments which were repeated 4 times. The data were analyzed by ANOVA or analysis of variance and if they were significantly different, the BNT test was continued with 5%. The use of rice husk mulch gave a very significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, total fresh weight of pane flowers, total oven dry weight of harvested flowers, total plant fresh weight, total oven dry weight of plants, and number of weeds. Rice husk mulch weight of 750 g (S5) gave the best results on total fresh weight of harvested flowers 121.55 g, total oven dry weight of harvested flowers 4.27 g total plant fresh weight of 1272.25 g, total oven dry weight of 3.75 g.

Abstract

Bali salak fruit is one of the preferred fruit plants and has good prospects for cultivation. and the production of salak fruit is very large. This study, entitled "Identification of the quality and shelf-life of several types of salak Bali (Salacca zalacca var. Amboenensis)" was carried out at the center of salak development in Sibetan Village, Karangasem Regency, Bali. This study aimed to identify the quality and shelf life of several types of Balinese salak in Sibetan Karangasem. And get the type of salak bali which has the best quality and weight of the shelf life of salak fruit. This study used randomized block design (RAK) using 8 treatments which were repeated 4 times so as to get 32 treatments, the results of the identification of the quality and weight of the shelf life of salak fruit gave a very significant effect on the number of bunches of fruit, fruit weight, shelf life weight, and had an effect on significantly on the weight of the bunch, the thickness of the flesh and the level of acidity in the medium, the low level of TPT (total dissolved solids), and the high level of vitamin C. And the salak fruit that has the best quality and shelf-life weight is sugar salak with a mass of 48.75 g, and the quality of salak acid content of granulated sugar with a value of 18.3 pH, TPT (total dissolved solids) with a value of 0.34, and vitamin C content with a value of 199.61 mg
