Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Type Biochar on Growth and Yield Plant Green Mustard (Brassica juncea L) On The Contaminated Land Wastewater In Subak Cuculan Kepaon village". Field research was conducted in Subak Cuculan Kepaon Village, South Denpasar District for 35 days from the date of December 26, 2016 until January 31, 2017. The study aims to determine the type of biochar most good for the growth and yield of green cabbage grown on land contaminated liquid waste , Research using Random Design (RBD) with 5 treatments, treatment biochar rice husk (B1), biochar chicken manure (B2), biochar coconut (B3), biochar mahogany (B4) and control (B0) of each treatment was repeated 5 times that number to 25. Where all treatments of chicken manure biochar treatment (B2) with a dose of 15 ton / ha gives good results most growth compared with the treatment of other biochar and highly significant (P <0.01) to the control (B0) for all parameters of observations such as plant height maximum, the number of maximum leaf, wet weight of the total crop per plant, fresh weight plant roots per plant, dry weight oven total crop per plant, dry weight oven plant roots per plant and treatment biochar chicken manure (B2) an increase of 35.6% against the results of the parameters total plant fresh weight per plant, and the resulting increase 153.6% to the total oven dry weight of plants per plant compared to the control (B0).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul ?Pengaruh Pemberian Jenis Biochar Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kangkungdarat(IpomeareptansPoir)PadaLahan yang Tercemar Limbah Cair Di Subak Cuculan Desa Kepaon?. Penelitian lapangan ini dilaksanakan di Subak Cuculan Desa Kepaon, Kecamatan Denpasar Selatan selama kurang lebih 35 hari dari tanggal 26 Desember 2016 sampai 31 Januari 2017. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis biochar yang paling baik digunakan untuk pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kangkungdarat yang ditanam pada lahan yang tercemar limbah cair. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan menggunakan 5 perlakuan yaitu dengan menggunakan perlakuan biochar sekam padi (B1), biochar kotoran ayam (B2), biochar batok kelapa (B3), biochar kayu mahoni (B4) dan kontrol (B0). Perlakuan biochar kotoran ayam (B2) menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda sangat nyata (P<0,01) dibandingkan dengan kontrol (B0) terhadap semua parameter pengamatan seperti tinggi tanaman maksimum per tanaman, jumlah daun maksimum per tanaman, berat basah total tanaman per tanaman, berat basah akar tanaman per tanaman, berat kering total tanaman per tanaman dan berat kering akar tanaman per tanaman.HasilpenelitianmenunjukkanbahwaPemberian biochar kotoran ayam (B2) dengan dosis 15 ton/ ha dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat basah total tanaman, berat basah akar tanaman, berat kering total tanaman dan berat kering akar tanaman kangkung darat.

Abstract

Green Open Space (GOS), especially Public Green Space (PGS), plays an important role in implementing an urban area's sustainability. Until now, there has been no study of determining the PGS Availability in the Semarapura Urban Area. The study aims to determine PGS Availability in the Semarapura Urban Area based on the type, area, percentage, and area distribution of PGS. Data collection techniques in this study were field observations and secondary data surveys. The data analysis technique in this study is the Geographic Information System (GIS) or mapping. The results showed that Public Green Space (PGS) availability in Semarapura Urban Area was only 8.92 percent of Semarapura Urban Area's total area. This study's results can be used as a basis for determining the strategy of providing PGS in Semarapura Urban Area.

Abstract

Abstract

This study entitled "The Effect of Cattle Biourine on Growth and Yield of Green Spinach (Amaranthus spp) in Hydroponic Systems. The hydroponic method used in this research is the wick system. The research implementation stage was using a randomized block design (RBD) of 6 treatments and 4 replications of biourinesapi, consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications in order to obtain 24 treatments. The results of this study indicate that the provision of biourine 300 ml / liter of water is sufficient to provide good growth and yield of spinach, although with the increase in the growth of bovine biourine to 600 ml / 1 liter of water, there is no significant increase in growth and yield. The difference in biourin administration is giving 100 ml / 1 liter of water; giving 200 ml / 1 liter of water; giving 300 ml / 1 liter of water; giving 400 ml / 1 liter of water; giving 500 ml / 1 liter of water and giving 600 ml / 1 liter of water to spinach plants with a hydroponic system had a significant effect on the growth and yield of spinach plants, the highest growth and yield of spinach in the hydroponic system was obtained by administering biourin by administering cow biourine. 600 ml / 1 liter of water but not significantly higher than the growth and yield of spinach in the administration of 300 ml / 1 liter of water, 400 ml / 1 liter of water; 500 ml / 1 liter of water, giving 300 ml / 1 liter of bovine biourine is the right provision to provide the best growth and yield of spinach on hydroponic systems compared to higher and lower yields

Abstract

The research is entitled "Growth and Yield of Shallots (Allium ascalonium L.) Using Guano Fertilizer Test in Renon Rice Fields". The study aims to determine the effect of the dose of guano fertilizer on the development of shallot plants. The research was conducted in Renon Village, South Denpasar District. The study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) method with the treatments studied: dosage of guano fertilizer (G), which include Go: without guano fertilizer, G1: 3 ton/acre (90 g/10 kg of soil), G2: 6 ton/acre (180 g/10 kg of soil), G3 : 9 ton/acre (270 g/10 kg of soil), G4 : 12 ton/acre (360 g/10 kg of soil), G5 : 15 ton/acre (450 g/10 kg of soil). Each treatment was repeated for 4 times to obtain 24 treatments. The result showed that guano fertilizer had a very significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers and number of bulbs, total plants gross weight, total dry mass of plants, gross weight of bulb on shallot, air dried mass of bulb, oven net weight of bulb. The application of organik guano fertilizer 12 ton/acre (360 g/10 kg soil) shows best results on the growth and yield of shallots with the yield of fresh mass of shallot bulb was 34.91 g, air dried mass of bulb was 33.86 g, and oven dry mass of bulb was 31.62 g

Abstract

Pokcoy mustard is one type of horticultural plant that is easy to cultivate, can grow optimally if they are planted on land that has high enough macro and micro nutrients. This study aims to determine the "Response of Growth and Yield of Pkacoy Mustard (Brassica chinensis L.) Due to Dosage of Manure and Concentration of Cattle Biourine. The method used is a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with factorial treatment with 2 treatment factors. Factor 1: Dosage of cow manure with 5 levels, namely K0 (without cow manure), K1 (30 gr/10 kg of soil), K2 (60 gr/10 kg of soil), K3 (90 g / 10 kg of soil), and K4 (120 g / 10 kg of soil). Factor 2: concentration of bovine biorin with 5 levels, namely B0 (without beef biorin), B1 (bovine biorin 80 ml/1 liter of water), B2 (160 ml/1 liter of water), B3 (240 ml/1 liter water), and B4 (320 ml/1 liter of water). The results showed that treatment (K4B4) with a dose of cow manure 120 g/10 kg of soil with a concentration of biourin 320 ml/1 liter of water gave the best growth compared to other treatments for all observation parameters such as plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands). , leaf area (cm²), total fresh weight (g), total oven dry weight (g), fresh weight without roots (g), and oven dry weight without roots (g). and the lowest was in the K0B0 treatment without a dose of manure and cow biourin concentration.

Abstract

This study entitled the effect of a mixture of planting media on the growth and yield of land kangkung (Ipomoea reptans Poir). The effect of organic fertilizer is treated to increase growth and yield. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the type of planting medium on the growth and yield of land kangkung and to analyze gave the best growth and yield using cow manure, goat manure, chicken manure, vermicompost fertilizer, and mixed fertilizers (cow cage, goat cage, chicken manure, and vermicompost). with 6 levels K0 (without fertilizer), K1 (cow manure 50 g / 10 kg soil), K2 (goat manure 50 g / 10 kg soil), K3 (chicken manure 50 g / 10 kg soil), K4 (vermicompost 50 g / 10 kg soil), and K5 (mixed fertilizer 50 g / 10 kg soil). In the results of this study, all parameters gave good results, and for planting media the best results were using mixed manure 10 tons/ha or 50 g/10 kg of soil polybag for all observed parameters. The application of mixed fertilizer on land kangkung gave a plant height of 4 WAP which was 43.00 cm, the number of leaves was 25.50 cm, leaf area was 641.69 cm, the total fresh weight of the plant was 90.25 g, the fresh weight of the above-ground plant was 72.88 g, the dry weight of the above-ground plant was 7.51 g, and the total oven-dry weight of the plant was 11.55 g.

Abstract

Kelompok Wanita Tani merupakansalah satu wadah pengerak ekonomi keluarga karena hal tersebut perlu diberdayakan potensi yang dimilikinya. Salah satu upaya pemberdayaannya dalam usaha pemenuhan gizi keluarga dan menambah perekonomian keluarga adalah dengan budidaya sayuran secara hidroponik. Budidaya sayuran dengan Sistem Wick merupakan salah satu alternative dalam budidaya hidroponik yang baik bagi pemula, karena sistem ini mudah dibuat dan memiliki potensi hasil yang maksimal. Penyuluhan dan pelatihan Sistem Wick pada budidaya sayuran hidroponik bagi ibu KWT Sekar Wangi Desa Kekeran Kabupaten Badung telah dilasanakan dengan baik, peserta sangat antusias mengikuti pelatihan ini. Diharapkan dari hasil pengabdian ini dapat membuat ibu-ibu KWT Sekar Wangi membudidayakan sayuran Hidroponik dengan Sistem Wick sehinggan dapat memenuhi gizi keluarga dan mengurangi penggunaan botol plastic sehingga dapat menambah perekonomian keluarga.
