Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of physical work environment and non-physical work environment to employee satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) South Sumatera region. Sampelyang used in this study is all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) region of South Sumatra which amounted to 82 people. The techniques in this study use methods in the form of data and numbers with a desktiptive approach that is to formulate and interpret data and numbers. As for the variables in this study is the physical work environment (X1) of the Non physical work environment (X2) and the bound variable (devenden) called the variable Y. Variable Y In this research work satisfaction. Data processed using software SPSS 23 for windows to produce a physical work environment to job satisfaction indicates that the value of T 4.944 significantly 0,000 < 0.05. Non Physical work environment variable on work satisfaction T value of 6.297 with significant 0,000 < 0.05. The hypothesis Examiner (test F) jointly 0,000 < 0, 05meaning that Ho is received, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between a variable of physical work environment and a non-physical work environment to employee work satisfaction at PT. Abstract

This research is a study of "The Effect of Wages and Incentives on Employee Productivity at PT. Tirta Bumi Raya Palembang ". The dependent variable in this study is Work Productivity and the independent variables are Wages and Incentives. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from data processing and questionnaires. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees, the method of determining the sample using the census method that is all the population into the study sample. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that have been tested first are tested using validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study, prove that partially and simultaneously wages partially have a significant effect on work productivity. Then partial incentives do not significantly influence work productivity. While simultaneously wages and incentives simultaneously have a significant effect on employee work productivity.  Keywords: Wages, Incentives and Work Productivity

Abstract

This research aims to analyse the factors that affect the performance of employees in the DPRD office of South Sumatera Province, the factors in this research are limited to the motivation of work and work discipline towards employee performance. This method of study uses quantitative methods that are methods in the form of data and numbers with a descriptive approach that is to formulate and interpret the existing data and methods of collecting it by spreading the questionnaire (poll). The samples in this study were as much as 50 employees. The data analysis in this research is using SPSS program (Stasistical Product and Service Solution) version 23. The instrument testing techniques in the study covered the validity test and the reliability test and the hypothesis testing criteria is the T test and F test.Based on data management, it is obtained that the multiple linear regression equation is Y = 77.076 + 0.262X1 + (-0.684)X2 + e. Based on the hypothesis test with the t test, the results showed that partially work motivation had no significant effect on employee performance, while work discipline had a significant effect on employee performance.
