ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui proses produksi dan besar biaya produksi ikan asin, menganalisis tingkat pendapatan bersih produsen ikan asin serta menganalisis viabilitas finansial produsen ikan asin di daerah penelitian. Metode penelitian dilakukan secara purvosive (sengaja), dengan metode sensus sebanyak 15 responden produsen ikan asin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu analisis viabilitas finansial. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa proses produksi ikan asin di daerah penelitian dilakukan secara sederhana dengan biaya produksi yang cukup besar, pendapatan bersih produsen ikan asin di daerah penelitian yakni Rp 22.527.000/bulan, lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan Upah Minimum Kota (UMK) Sibolga sebesar Rp 2.057.000/bulan. Viabilitas finansial produsen ikan asin di daerah penelitian adalah viabel. Kata Kunci : Viabilitas, Finansial, Ikan Asin.

The menstrual cycle is the duration of time from the first day of menstruation until the next menstruation. One of the factors that can influence the menstrual cycle is body mass index (BMI). This research has a purpose, namely to see the correlation of BMI with the menstrual cycle in adolescent girls at SMA N 1 Bangorejo, Banyuwangi district in 2022.This study used a crosssectionaldesign. Purposive sampling wasused, thetechniquewasused as a sampling technique, thenumberofsamplesusedwas 67 respondents. The instrumentsused were BMI observationsheetsandmenstrualcyclequestionnaires. ThisresearchusestheSpearmanranktest.The results of the study, if most of the young women have a BMI which is in the normal group (43%), and almost all of the young women have menstrual cycles in the normal category (46.3%). The results of the Spearman rank test using the SPSS version 24 application, obtained a p value of 0.000 <0.05 with an r of 0.456, then Ho is rejected, which means that there is a correlation in the direction of BMI and menstrual cycles for adolescent girls in SMA N 1 Bangorejo with moderate strength of relationship.Thisresearchcanbesaidthatadolescentgirlswith normal BMI haveanimpactontheirmenstrualcycle. Therefore, teenagers are advisedtomaintainbodyweightsothatmenstruationisregular.

Persentase ASI eksklusif di Indonesia menurun dari 69,7% pada 2021 menjadi 67,96% di 2022. Salah satu alasan yang membuat sulit untuk mencapai target cakupan ASI eksklusif adalah kelancaran produksi ASI yang terhambat atau bahkan tidak keluar. Salah satu alasan mengapa ibu tidak memberikan ASI adalah karena produksi ASI yang tidak lancar. Salah satu metode mengatasi ketidaklancaran produksi ASI yaitu melakukan pijat oksitosin. Pelatihan pijat oksitosin ini dilakukan pada tanggal 15 Maret 2024 di Kelurahan Kemiren Banyuwangi. Sasaran pada pengabdian masyarakat yaitu kader kesehatan sejumlah 20 orang dan 8 ibu hamil. Sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan dilakukan test untuk mengetahui pengetahuan kader dan ibu hamil tentang ASI eksklusif. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan, nilai rata-rata sebelum pelatihan adalah 31, sementara setelah pelatihan diberikan, terjadi kenaikan sebesar 52 poin sehingga mencapai 83. Pelatihan pijat oksitosin bisa sangat membantu para kader kesehatan dalam meningkatkan jumlah ibu yang memberikan ASI eksklusif. Selain menjadi kesempatan untuk bertukar informasi, pelatihan ini juga bisa menjadi sarana kolaborasi antar komunitas. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk mengembangkan program pelatihan serupa bagi para kader kesehatan di berbagai wilayah, terutama di daerah yang mengalami penurunan dalam praktik pemberian ASI eksklusif.

Chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis often face significant psychological challenges. Resilience, the ability to adapt and recover from difficulties, can influence post-traumatic growth in these patients. This study aims to identify the relationship between resilience and post-traumatic growth in chronic kidney disease patients in the hemodialysis unit of RSUD Blambangan in 2023. To determine the relationship between resilience and post-traumatic growth in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. This quantitative study used a cross-sectional approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 65 respondents undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Data analysis was performed using the Spearman test with the assistance of SPSS for Windows. The analysis results showed a significant relationship between resilience levels and post-traumatic growth in chronic kidney disease patients (ρ value = 0.001). Most respondents exhibited high resilience levels (58.5%) and moderate post-traumatic growth (96.9%). There is a positive relationship between resilience and post-traumatic growth in chronic kidney disease patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Higher resilience levels in patients are associated with a greater likelihood of experiencing post-traumatic growth. Keywords: Chronic Kidney Disease; Hemodialysi; Post-Traumatic Growth; Resilience.

Introduction : Disease transmission can be at risk for all health workers if during the action the patient does not pay attention to preventive measures by using PPE. The application of the use of personal protective equipment that is not optimal can be caused by the low compliance factor of the nurse herself in doing it. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between motivation and nurse compliance in the use of personal protective equipment in the Internal Medicine Room of Blambangan Hospital Banyuwangi in 2024. Methods : The research design used is analytical by design cross sectional. The population in this study is all nurses in the Internal Medicine Room of Blambangan Hospital Banyuwangi 2024, as many as 34 people, with techniques total sampling. Research instruments using questionnaire sheets are then analyzed using tests rank spearman. Results of the study found that most of the 26 respondents (76.5%) in the high motivation category, and most of the 28 respondents (82.4%) in the compliant category used PPE.
