Abstract

“This study aims to determine the process of buying and selling fertilizer in Laccori Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency and to find out an overview of Islamic law on the practice of buying and selling fertilizer with payment after harvest in Laccori Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency. In this study using a description method with a qualitative approach. This research was conducted by collecting data and information obtained directly from informants by observing directly. The results showed that the first sale and purchase transaction of agricultural fertilizer with payment after harvest in Laccori Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency had been carried out for a long time. Farmers will take agricultural fertilizer first and then farmers will pay for it after harvest. Fertilizer buying and selling transactions with payment after harvest in Laccori Village, Dua Boccoe District, Bone Regency are in accordance with Islamic law. There is no element of gharar, transactions are carried out voluntarily without any coercion between the seller and the buyer.” Keyword: Buying and selling, fertilizer, Islamic law

Abstract

Current technological developments can no longer be denied, various innovations are continuously present to pamper consumers in the transactions they make. The innovations that are present include a payment system that can already be done through a digital system called a digital wallet. The presence of these various digital wallet platforms must compete very tightly to win the hearts of consumers. To win the hearts of consumers, of course, you have to know what the needs and expectations of consumers are for these new innovations. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the public perceptions of using digital wallets in digital transactions. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that people have a tendency to use a digital wallet platform for the reason of getting more convenience and security in transactions they make with digital wallets compared to transactions with other systems.
