Studi ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pendapatan mergin jual beli murabahah terhadap tingkat profitabilitas dan seberapa besar pengaruh pendapatan margin jual beli murabahah tersebut terhadap profitabilitas perbankan yang menjadi objek penelitian. Sehingga dalam penelitian ini bersifat perbandingan antara profotabilitas dan sumbangsi keuntungan dari pendapatan margin jual beli murabahah. Variabel yang diteliti dibagi kedalam dua kelompok yang berkaitan, yaitu independent variables dan dependent variables. Penelitian ini nenyatakan margin keuntungan sebagai independent variables. Sedangakan dependent variables dalam penelitian ini menyataka profitabilitas sebagai dependent variables.Seluruh data primer yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui beberapa instrument berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memenuhi data yang dibutuhkan. Seluruh data yang terkumpul selanjutnya diolah dan dianalisis rnenggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini merrbuktikan bahwa margin bay al-murabahah nernberikan pengaruh terhadap tingkat profitabilitas PT. Bank Sulselbar Cabang Syariah Maksassar. Dengan tingkat persentase keuntungan yang signifikan.Kata kunci: Margin Bay al-Murabahah, Profitabilitas, Bank Syariah

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh quality service dan promosi terhadap keputusan nasabah memilih jasa bank syariah di Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan dokumendasi untuk mendapatkan data pendukung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yaitu 1) analisis deskriptif variabel, 2) uji kualitas data melalui uji validasi dan realibilitas, 3) uji asumsi klasik, 4) uji hipotesis melalui uji regresi linear berganda dengan memperhatikan koefisien determinan (R2), uji t, dan uji F. Analisis data dilakukan dengan alat bantuan software SPSS versi 25 tahun 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan uji t (parsial), faktor lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan jasa bank syariah, hasil ini disebabkan oleh penerapan nilai-nilai religious pada bank syariah yang dapat dirasakan oleh nasabahnya. Faktor Quality service berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan jasa bank syariah, hasil ini disebabkan oleh penampilan karyawan perbankan syariah yang sangat santun dan ramah dalam melayani konsumen. Faktor Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah menggunakan jasa bank syariah, hasil ini disebabkan oleh kemampuan bank syariah di kota Makassar dalam memanfaatkan berbagai media seperti iklan, brosur dan sejenisnya untuk menginformasikan produk-produk yang dimilikinya.

The use of the internet every day has increased. This is something that must be realized by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). One of the marketing media that is currently in great demand by SMEs to support sales promotions is digital marketing. This progress is considered very useful as a business marketing strategy that is also carried out by MSMEs. The use of E-business, E-commerce, social media, social chat and even advertising really supports MSMEs in promotion, marketing and sales. The purpose of this study is to identify the business income obtained by MSMEs in Makassar City after using digital marketing. This research method uses a quantitative approach, where data collection is done by distributing questionnaires through google form. The data was processed using the SPSS 22 application. The results of this study found that digital marketing significantly affects the income of MSME actors in Makassar City. This finding illustrates to micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that the use of digital media is very effective in running a business.

Praktik mappakatenni galung (gadai sawah) yang dilakukan umumnya berupa perjanjian secara lisan antara kedua belah pihak tentang luas sawah dan jumlah uang gadai, dengan tidak menyebutkan masa gadainya oleh masyarakat di Kel. Fakkie Kec. Tiroang Kab. Pinrang dan terlihat saling menguntungkan. Yang menjadi persoalan dalam sistem pelaksanaan gadai sawah ini adalah petani akan sulit mengembalikan uang kepada pemilik uang dikarenakan tanah tersebut masih dalam perjanjian gadai, sawah yang menjadi pendapatan pokok keluarga digarap oleh pemilik uang. Pelaksanaan gadai ini juga seringkali menyebabkan petani terpaksa menjual tanahnya dengan harga murah, karena petani tidak memiliki daya tawar kepada si pemilik uang. Hal ini mendorong petani untuk mencari pinjaman dan mengakibatkan petani tidak memiliki pekerjaan lagi, padahal tanah itu adalah satu-satunya penghasil keluarga. Tujaun dari pelaksanaan Pk Mini yaitu: 1) Membentuk komunitas masyarakat untuk mengawal pelaksanaan mappakatenni galung (gadai sawah) di Kel. Fakkie Kec. Tiroang Kab. Pinrang; 2) Melaksanakan seminar sosialisasi praktik mappakatenni galung (gadai sawah) yang sesuai prinsip syari’at di Kel. Fakkie Kec. Tiroang Kab. Pinrang; 3) Melakukan pendampingan kepada komunitas masyarakat yang telah dibentuk secara berkelanjutan.

This study is intended to identify how the implementation of the village microfinance program by Baznas affects the development of micro-enterprises owned by mustahik in BAZNAS, Maros Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection methods include observation, face-to-face interviews, and documentation. Research findings show that the implementation of the Village Microfinance program by the National Amil Zakat Agency in Maros Regency contributes significantly to micro-entrepreneurs in developing their businesses, especially for those who have difficulty accessing capital. This program also helps micro-entrepreneurs to overcome the impact of declining income due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to financial support, mustahik engaged in the micro business sector also receive market access assistance from the Village Microfinance program by BAZNAS, making it easier for them to promote the business products they produce

The number of job vacancies in Indonesia is still far less than the number of job seekers every year. This shows the inability of both the government and companies to create job opportunities for generation Z in Indonesia and at the same time emphasizes that educational institutions are not able to create an easy generation that is careful about entrepreneurship, even though the level of young entrepreneurs is one of the benchmarks of a developed country. The aim of this research is to find a formula for increasing the entrepreneurial spirit of Generation Z through effective entrepreneurship learning. The type of research used is field research with a quantitative approach. The object of this research is students and graduates of the Unismuh Makassar Sharia Economic Law Study Program. The results of this study indicate that of the two variables studied, namely human resources in this case are lecturers (X1) and entrepreneurship learning (X2) it is known that the variable X1 does not influence the growth of student entrepreneurial spirit while entrepreneurship learning has a positive and significant effect on growth. student entrepreneurial spirit. So, it can be concluded that to build and foster the entrepreneurial spirit of students there needs to be improvement and great attention to the entrepreneurship learning process which is capable of being a means of creating Generation Z who are fond of entrepreneurship.

This study aims to evaluate the benefits and satisfaction provided by Amanah Products at Pawnshop Syariah Makassar Branch. This article uses a qualitative research approach with a focus on descriptive analysis. The results of this study reveal that the Amanah Product at Pawnshop Syariah offers easy, structured, and inclusive requirements and procedures, facilitating various groups of individuals such as civil servants, employees, and micro entrepreneurs to obtain vehicle financing without difficulty. The transparent application process also assists customers in fulfilling their vehicle needs. The quality of service presented has met customer expectations. The professionalism shown by the employees of Pawnshop Syariah Makassar Central Branch also gives a positive impression to consumers. Overall, both aspects of the process, transparency, service, and professionalism at the Makassar Central Branch Sharia Pawnshop have met the standards of Islamic law.

Kajian ini menyoroti peran penting media sosial, khususnya Facebook, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari umat Islam dan tantangan etika serta keadilan yang timbul seiring dengan kemunculannya. Dalam konteks ini, pemahaman mendalam terhadap pandangan hukum Islam terhadap konten digital menjadi sangat penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pandangan hukum Islam terhadap konten di platform Facebook, dengan penekanan pada batasan etika dan pencapaian keuntungan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif, melibatkan pendekatan deskriptif dan analisis teks untuk mengidentifikasi prinsip-prinsip etika Islam yang relevan dalam konteks konten Facebook. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandangan hukum Islam menekankan pentingnya memahami batasan etika dan pencapaian keuntungan ekonomi dalam konteks digital. Prinsip-prinsip seperti kejujuran, keadilan, privasi, dan kesopanan menjadi fokus utama dalam penilaian konten. Konten yang bertentangan dengan nilai-nilai tersebut dianggap tidak sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Selain itu, pentingnya harmonisasi antara nilai-nilai etika Islam dan pencapaian keuntungan ekonomi dalam penggunaan konten Facebook juga dipertegas. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemahaman terhadap pandangan hukum Islam terhadap konten Facebook menjadi landasan bagi praktik yang lebih bertanggung jawab dan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip agama Islam. Pentingnya menghormati privasi individu, mengendalikan diri dalam berbicara dan berinteraksi, serta memilih konten yang memberikan manfaat dan mempromosikan nilai-nilai kebaikan merupakan prinsip-prinsip yang harus dijunjung tinggi dalam praktik pembuatan konten online, sejalan dengan prinsip fiqh dalam bidang mu'amalah yang menyatakan bahwa segala sesuatu dianggap boleh sampai ada dalil yang jelas yang mengharamkannya.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are one of the main drivers of the development of the manufacturing industry. They are able to create jobs faster than others. The regional potential for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) is very large. However, the lack of working capital makes most MSEs unable to continue their creative business. So it requires convenience in obtaining capital injections from various parties, especially Indonesian Islamic Banks. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the role of the Indonesian Islamic Bank (BSI) in supporting the growth of MSEs in Bulukumba. This study uses a qualitative method with a normative approach. The results of this study show that Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk KCP Bulukumba plays a role in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises for the people of the city of Bulukumba. With the provision of capital, it can really help the community to develop their business and be able to reduce poverty as well as help increase income and open up opportunities for people who want to start a business. Although Islamic banks have various advantages and advantages in developing Small and Medium Enterprises, Islamic Banks have weaknesses and have obstacles in developing Small and Medium Enterprises such as capital problems, Human Resources, and government policies that are slow and detrimental to Islamic Banks.

Current technological developments can no longer be denied, various innovations are continuously present to pamper consumers in the transactions they make. The innovations that are present include a payment system that can already be done through a digital system called a digital wallet. The presence of these various digital wallet platforms must compete very tightly to win the hearts of consumers. To win the hearts of consumers, of course, you have to know what the needs and expectations of consumers are for these new innovations. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the public perceptions of using digital wallets in digital transactions. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that people have a tendency to use a digital wallet platform for the reason of getting more convenience and security in transactions they make with digital wallets compared to transactions with other systems.
