Abstract

Abstrak: Studi ini menelaah respons organisasi keagamaan di Sumatera Utara: Al Washliyah, Al Ittihadiyah, Nahdlatul Ulama dan Muhammadiyah, terhadap peran publik perempuan. Bagaimana agama dan budaya dimaknai serta dipraktikkan pada tataran empiris dalam bentuk norma, fatwa dan sikap. Penelitian ini menemukan perkembangan signifikan fatwa kebebasan peran publik perempuan. Pada level fatwa respons ormas Islam di Sumatera Utara memperlihatkan aspek keterbukaan dan pem-baharuan. Fatwa telah merespons persoalan-persoalan praktis di samping persoalan hukum. Meskipun terdapat varian pemikiran tentang peran publik perempuan, tetapi secara kelembagaan respons tersebut menjadi bagian upaya pemecahan permasalahan relasi gender. Temuan ini menjadi pemikiran kritis bagi kalangan yang berpandangan bahwa isu ketimpangan gender dalam Islam bersumber dari pandangan ulama yang tidak sensitif gender.Abstract: The Responses of Islamic Societal Organization Figures Towards Women’s Public Role. This study focuses on the response of such religious organizations in North Sumatra as Al Washliyah, Al Ittihadiyah, Nahdlatul Ulama and Muhammadiyah, towards women’s public role. This study also analyses the extent to which religion and culture could be interpreted and practiced at an empirical level in the form of norms, fatwas and attitudes. This study found the significant fatwa developments in the freedom of women’s public roles. At the fatwa level the response of Islamic organizations in North Sumatra shows the openness aspects and renewal. Fatwa has responded to practical issues in addition to legal issues. Although there are thought variants about the public role of women, the institutional response is part of efforts to solve gender relations problems. This finding is being a critical thinking for those who believe that the issue of gender inequality in Islam comes from the views of scholars who are not snsitive to gender.Kata Kunci: feminisme, fatwa, sosio-kultural, perempuan, ormas Islam, gender

Abstract

Abstract: The Strategy of Curriculum Developt and Islamic Religious Education Learning. Islamic education is frequently criticized for not producing the desired attitudes and behaviors. Many factors have been suggested as being behind this problem, the most important being related to curriculum and methodology. In addition to design problems, Islamic education curriculum is too cognitive in nature and unable to adapt to changes. The prevalent methodology is not effective in processing cognitive knowledge into well internalized values that guide attitudes and behaviors. Our present author strongly suggests that any program to develop Islamic education must start with or at least take curriculum and methodologyinto serious consideration.Kata Kunci: kurikulum, pembelajaran

Abstract

The Ability of PAI Teachers in Developing Teaching Materials for Islamic Religious Education at MAS Nurul Furqoon Binjai. The purpose of this study was to determine the development of teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education at Mas Nurul Furqoon. This study uses a qualitative approach with the CIPP technique, then the instruments used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the development of teaching materials is very important for learning activities in the classroom, because the development of teaching materials is able to make students more easily understand in understanding the material and are more active in knowing more about the material being taught. This research shows that PAI teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Furqoon Binjai have good competence in the field of PAI and seek to continuously improve their abilities through training and supervision conducted by the school. This shows the school's commitment to ensure that PAI teachers remain professional and ready to face the times in the world of education. The conclusion of this study is that the teacher's ability to develop teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education at Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Furqoon Binjai is quite good. PAI teachers at the school have good competence in various aspects of learning and are constantly working to improve their skills. In the context of PAI learning, these teachers are able to create positive and effective learning experiences for students, as well as contribute to the formation of students' personalities and morals in accordance with Islamic teachings. Abstract

By using the CIPP evaluation model at SMP Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan, this study attempted to study the application of the CIPP evaluation model (Context, Input, Process, Product), student learning outcomes in the PAI field of study, and the effectiveness of PAI evaluation. learning process. The level of achievement of learning objectives that have been set at the beginning of the learning process reveals how effective a process is. This test is a subjective exploration using the CIPP model by assessing each part of the setting, information, interactions, and items to achieve a continuously evolving experience. PAI teachers, curriculum representatives, and school principals at SMP Shafiyyatul Amaliyyah Medan were used as research data sources. Observational instruments were used to collect primary data, and interviews and photography were used to collect secondary data. After that, the observation data were analyzed quantitatively, while the interviews and data analysis were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results of the study show that the requirements for implementing learning and learning activities are said to be quite effective when learning is carried out.
