Abstract

The results of the research indicate that (1) the implementation ofPUG policy seen from the RPJMD prioritizes the improvement of women'scapacity and role in development, especially the participation of women in thegovernment, private sector, labor force and improvement of genderdevelopment index. While the PUG policy contained in BPPKB strategic planshows that the enactment of strategies such as increasing participation ofwomen in private institutions and government.There is a description of the activities that run optimally such as theExhibition of Women's Works in the Field of Development in addition thereare also activities that have not run optimally such as Building a WomenAwakening Activity in Politics, this activity needs to be maximized again byBPPKB. (2) the factors influencing the implementation of policies such asenvironmental conditions indicate that the community is still less concernedwith women's participation in public decisions and public policy.Then in the inter-organizational relationship factor, the action plan ofGender Mainstreaming (PUG) in each Unit of Regional Work Unit isimplemented in harmony so that requires cooperation between the SKPD andcross-sectoral involvement. Furthermore, the Resource factor shows that thequantity of women in BPPKB has more number than men. In addition, supportin the form of equipment and equipment is sufficient and the characteristicfactor of the implementing agency capability shows the commitment ofBPPKB employees in socializing gender responsive development.

Abstract

The aim of this research is willing to know the solution of the regional fund (BOSDA) for the public senior high school and special department of senior high school given by the Provincial gevernment in East Kalimantan in the studying year 2017.The method of the research is libray one through the dalay newspaper Tribun Kalimantan Timur.The results of it are (1)The budget of the province has been deficit,(2)The authority of the management of the senior high school has been transfered for the local government to prvincial government based on teh regulation Number 23 /2014 on the regional government,(3)The Provincial government are not ready to fund the cost of the schools,(4.The local government break the relation with the schools concerned,(5)The schools have been suffered from the lack of the fund wehereas the parents supports has been stoped since 10 years ago based on the regulation of 12 years study’s must free study from primary schools to senior ones.The suggestions are The suggestions of it are (1)The senior high schoolsparents have to support the schools budget,(2) The authority of the management of the senior high school has to mananged by both either the local government or provincial government,(3)The Provincial government discussed with the local governments to pay the cost of the schools,(4)The local government does not break  the relation with the schools concerned,(5)The education of the senior high schools has to pay school-fee.

Abstract

The the general aims of the Political party are to get the national ideas as written in preambule of the Republic Indonesia 1945 Constitution   ,(2).To develop the democrcy life based on Pancasila and to glorify the soveirinity of the people the united of the Indonesia Republic .Based on those discription above so the objective of this research is to know the preparation of the Political Party to Appoint the candidate of the Mayor and his Vice in Samarinda .The proble is who the competitor is .The location of it is in Samarinda and the method is qualitative by taking the news from Kaltimpost daily news based on the regulation of Political Party and Regional Decree.The results are (1).The candidates are one pair only,(2).The competitors like PDIP ,PAN and others still doing coordination (3).The Condition of Samarinda while facing General Election is condusive . The suggestions are (1).The local government of Samarinda has to keep the city condusive ,(2).It has to arrange the decree of one pair of candidate ,(3).The other political Party as the promotors have coordinate as soon as possible in order to not stagnant

Abstract

In the current era of regional autonomy, the concept of development should be implemented in every region in Indonesia is development that involves the public in any process. The process is meant in this case, ie not only at the planning stage, but also at the stage of development project implementation, monitoring and evaluation stages of development results. With the issuance of regulations by the government to support the concept, it is expected to generate development in accordance with the needs of society as well as the construction of object subject development practitioners.With the implementation of research Makroman Sub Samarinda, Samarinda Ilir. This is expected to provide an overview of how community participation in the implementation of regional development so that the concept of participatory development that has been applied to measuring and can be used as a reference in future studies related to the substance of the discussion.From the research that has been carried out, it can be illustrated that the application of participatory development in the Village Makroman if musrenbang refer to the results that have been recorded on BAPPEDA of Samarinda, the results obtained are in the planning stages, although people still participate, but at this stage of the implementation of community participation expected No not at all because it was found by the implementation phase of the project carried out by the contractor winning bidder. However, if we refer to the development projects undertaken by the three empowerment program that runs in the Village Makroman, primarily by PNPM Mandiri Village in the study found that people's enthusiasm to participate in every stage of development that started in the planning, implementation, until the evaluation phase the project is very high. It can be concluded in the implementation phase are still many things that must be addressed.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know about the role of the politics towards the good governance.The background of it is that the state offIcer has not executed the good governance well in serving the public.The theory of the good governance shows the behaviours namely : cooprative, participative, transparant, accountable,and reliable.The method of the research is library one by finding-out data from the mass-media.The results of the research are that the most of the state oficers are not carrying out the priciples of good governce.The suggestions of the researcher are (1). To have the good examples of the elites (2).The superviser has to work hard to control (3).To give punishment and reewards as well to the staff..

Abstract

A party system is called solid and adaptable, if it is able to absorb and unite all the new social forces that arise as a result of modernization. From this point of view, the number of parties will only be important if it affects the capacity of the system to establish the institutional channels necessary to accommodate political participation.The purpose of this study is to find out how the Golkar Party holds consistency to reject the Perppu Pilkada according to the National Conference of Jakarta which is contrary to the attitude of the Chairman of the Golkar Party DPP. Inconsistent attitude Ical responded to the DPP Golkar Party's results Munas in Jakarta, Ace Hasan Syadzily, who then asked all cadres for level I and II to no longer believe in Ical and assume Ical has denied the confidence of participants in the event that Bali asked Ical refuse Perppu Pilkada.In this case we can imagine how Golkar will be managed over the next five years if party policy easily changes without the correct organizational mechanism. Ical underestimated the aspirations of Golkar officials who have supported him in Bali.The researcher suggests that the party must be consistent and what is decided in the National Congress must be obeyed and executed. With strong character, the Golkar Party will be solid. On the contrary if it is not consistent or mencla-mencle then the party becomes fragile and dissolved. Holding the principle for the party Is a law of nature means that if strong holds commitment he will be glorious and respected.

Abstract

The results of the research indicate that (1) the implementation of gender mainstreaming policy seen from the abolishment of Medium-Term Development Plan of East Kutai Regency prioritizes the improvement of women's capacity and role in development, especially the participation of women in the government, private sector, labor force and improvement of gender development index. While the gender mainstreaming policy contained in Women's and Family Empowerment Agency strategic plan shows that the enactment of strategies such as increasing participation of women in private institutions and government.There is a description of the activities that run optimally such as the Exhibition of Women's Works in the Field of Development in addition there are also activities that have not run optimally such as Building a Women Awakening Activity in Politics, this activity needs to be maximized again by Women's and Family Empowerment Agency. In addition, support in the form of equipment and equipment is sufficient and the characteristic factor of the implementing agency capability shows the commitment of Women's and Family Empowerment Agency employees in socializing gender responsive development.

Abstract

This research is entitled Application of the Family Hope Program and Dilemmas for Poverty Alleviation in Teluk Nilau Village. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this study were: (1) the mechanism for implementing the PKH program in Teluk Nilau subdistrict was carried out in several stages, namely, regional selection and selection of PKH participants, initial meeting and validation of prospective PKH participants, verification of eligibility, data updating and initial disbursement of funds. PKH in Teluk Nilau Village is aimed at improving the health quality of children under five, pregnant women and the elderly. For the education level of elementary, middle and high school children, the distribution of PKH funds is carried out once a month in 4 stages, namely in January, April, September and December through banks (BNI, BRI and Bank Mandiri). (2) The PKH program in Teluk Nilau sub-district plays an important role in increasing community economic poverty alleviation or KPM PKH including: First, reducing the poverty rate, from the data on the number of PKH beneficiaries from the data the number of recipients is 251 down to 224 in 2021. Second, in the field of education with the PKH program assistance is able to provide an increase in the level of education. Third, in the health sector, the existence of PKH program assistance is able to play a role in increasing poverty alleviation towards improving the level of public health. (3) Regarding the obstacles that were often faced before, it was often the case that recipient cards for the Family Hope program were blocked, but for now this obstacle has almost never happened. Again, this is because the PKH beneficiaries themselves collect the assistance at the post office or bank that has been determined. So for the constraints of the family program, hope has more or less been able to top it.
