Abstract

The result of analysis showed that the members, cooperation scale, and total liabilities of simultaneous impact significant to service requisition audits external. Members partially impact significant to service requisition audits external, meanwhile cooperation scale and total liabilities not significant ascendant to service requisition audits external. Financial statement that auditing to have impact that advantages to divide efficiency and employee integrity, since what does he worked and reported by employee all this time was tested accuracy and its naturalness. Reporting that is audited will give result at least in fix accounting process fault and reduces estimation fault possible revaluation by employee. Other impact for management is base that check external auditor gets to give kind of autosuggestion to fix operation and up to greater operation efficiency.

Abstract

The fact that coorperation is one form of business entity which is less utilizing the services of an external audit, while the performance coorporation.snow in quantitative scale continues to increase. This research was conducted for 120 coorporation  in East Java. The data collected in this study were analyzed using Discriminant Analysis.The aim was to observe the effect obvervation Company members, the size of the Corporation, the amount of liabilities, capital structure and rate of profitto external audit. Based Characteristic analysis shows that the cooperative can distinguish between the effect of the cooperative that uses external audit services to cooperatives that do not use a partial audit services eksternal. There is are variable that is not significant, namely capital structure. This means that the capital structure variables as the independent variables used in this study partially not significantly affect the conduct cooperative demand for external audit and audit services did not do audit external.Variabel most distinguish two groups of audit external is a variable rate of profit and the smallest influence the amount of liability, while the capital structure is not a variable that distinguishes the two groups of audit external.

Abstract

This study aims to uncover the efforts of accountants to reduce fraud. The study uses an interpretive approach with a phenomenological method to see phenomena that are directly related to the symptoms that arise around humans that are organized in the sphere of interaction between the accountant profession, clients, and third parties. The data in this study were obtained from observations in the field by actively participating in each activity, in-depth interviews related to efforts to avoid fraudulent practices with people who are directly involved in the world of accountants. Data analysis was performed using noema and noesis analysis. The results showed that there were three efforts that accountants could make when they were employed, such as religiosity, professionalism, and materialism. After formulating the results based on an analysis of conversations with the informant, it can be concluded that what must be done by the accountant is to combine the three efforts and apply them to the work culture. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of capital adequacy and lending on profitability with credit risk as a moderating variable. This type of research is associative research with quantitative research methods that are systematic, planned, and structured using numbers as the research approach. The population in this study were 47 rural banks in Malang Raya, while the research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with certain criteria. Based on the predetermined criteria, there were 28 companies with a three-year research period. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, and interaction test of Moderated Regression Analysis using the IBM Statistical Package for Social Science version 22nd software. The results of the analysis state that capital adequacy has an effect on profitability, credit distribution has no effect on profitability, credit risk is unable to moderate the relationship between capital adequacy and profitability, and credit risk is unable to moderate the relationship between credit distribution and profitability.

Abstract

Firm value is the investor's perception of the company's success rate which is often associated with stock prices. The high share price will create high company value, so that trust will be able to increase confidence in the company's current and future performance.The research objectives are: i) to describe the effect of the components of intellectual capital (VAHU, VACA and STVA) on firm value in banking sector companies; ii) to describe the effect of the interaction of intellectual capital components (VAHU, VACA and STVA) with productivity on firm value in the banking sector.This research is a survey research using descriptive research type (explanatory research). The sample used is 37 companies from the banking sector listed on the IDX for the 2016-2019 period.The results showed that: (i) the components of the Intellectual Capital (IC) VAHU and VACA had no effect on firm value. (ii) The IC component (STVA) has a negative effect on firm value, so it is concluded that STVA does not have a significant effect on firm value and will in fact drive down firm value. (iii) The interaction between productivity and the VAHU and VACA variables has a positive and significant effect on firm value. (iv) The interaction between productivity and the STVA variable has no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the effect of firm size, leverage, and profitability to the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) partially or simultaneously. This research tested the hypothesis that there is influence of firm size, leverage, and profitability to the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The research method used is multiple linear regression statistic method.The results showed that firm size variables have no effect on firm value, leverage has no effect on firm value, profitability has positive influence to firm value. While simultaneously there is influence of firm size, leverage, and profitability to firm value with coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) obtained equal to 0,28, indicating that 28% company value can be influenced by firm size, leverage, and profitability, while side 72% The value of the company is influenced by the variables that are not examined in this research. The limitations of this study is to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, and profitability on firm value. While other variables that affect the value of the company is expected to be examined by further researchers.Keywords: Firm Size, Leverage, Profitability, Corporate Value

Abstract

Performance is a reflection of the organization's ability to manage and allocate its resources. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial behavior and organizational innovation simultaneously and partially on the performance of MSMEs organization in Lumajang Regency, as well as to analyze the dominant variable affecting organizational performance. The sample in this research is 40 SMEs with questionnaire as the data collection method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis. The result of the analysis shows that entrepreneurship behavior and organizational innovation influence simultaneously and partially influence organizational performance. Organizational innovation has a dominant influence on organizational performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of macroeconomic consisting of the exchange rate, inflation and Bi rate to deposit and islamicity performance index, analyze the influence of third party funds to islamicity performance index. analyze the influence of the macroeconomic performance index islamicity through third-party funds. The samples used in the study of 76 cooperatives of sharia in Indonesia. The analysis technique used path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis indicated that the macroeconomic path which consists of the exchange rate and the BI rate significantly influence third-party funds and islamicity performance index, while inflation does not affect the third-party funds and islamicity performance index. Third party funds islamicity significant effect on the performance index. Third party funds were able to mediate the effect of the exchange rate and the BI rate to islamicity performance index through third party funds.Keywords: Islamicity Performance Index, third party fund, Exchange Rate, inflation, BI rate.

Abstract

Banks play a role in collecting public funds because banks are institutions that are trusted by the community from various parties in placing funds safely. This study aims to analyze the differences in financial performance by using RGEC consisting of risk profile, good corporate governance, earnings, and capitals between syariah commercial banks and conventional commercial banks. The analytical technique uses independent sample t-test. The result of the analysis shows that there is a difference of NPL between syariah bank and conventional bank. This shows that conventional commercial banks are better at covering the risk of default of credit repayment by debtors than syariah commercial banks. There is an LDR difference between syariah commercial banks and conventional commercial banks. This shows that conventional commercial banks have a slightly better liquidity level compared to syariah commercial banks. The LDR ratio is too large to indicate the lower ability of  the bank's liquidity. There is no GCG difference between syariah commercial banks and conventional commercial banks. This shows that both groups of banks have implemented good corporate governance so that internal management goes according to what is planned. There is a difference of ROA between syariah commercial banks and conventional commercial banks. This shows that the ability of conventional commercial banks has better ability in obtaining net profit with the use of all assets owned by the bank compared to syariah commercial banks. There is no CAR difference between syariah commercial banks and conventional commercial banks. This shows that both groups of banks have met Bank Indonesia's requirements as a sound bank.

Abstract

AbstractTimeliness of drafting or reporting an audit report on the company's financial statements could affect the value of such financial statements. If financial statement information is not delivered in a timely manner, thus it is not relevant which could reduce or eliminate the ability of the financial statements as a prediction tool for users or decision makers. Audit delay is the length of time the audit completion is measured from the date of closing of the financial year until the date of completion of the independent audit report. This study aims to analyze the effect of the companysize, solvency and profitability towards audit delay and timeliness. The populatin of this research was manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange at 2011-2013, based on purposive sampling 25 companies used as sample. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. The results show that the size of the company, solvency, and profitability simultaneously and partially affect audit delay and timeliness. The most contributed variable towards audit delay is profitability, while most contributed variable towasds the time-liness is the company size.AbstrakKetepatan waktu penyusunan atau pelaporan suatu laporan audit atas laporan keuangan perusahaan bisa mempengaruhi nilai laporan keuang- an tersebut. Jika tidak disampaikan tepat waktu maka informasi laporan keuangan menjadi bersifat tidak relevan sehingga dapat mengurangi atau menghilangkan kemampuan laporan keuangan sebagai alat bantu prediksi bagi pengguna atau pengambil keputusan. Audit delay merupa- kan lamanya waktu penyelesaian audit yang diukur dari tanggal penu- tupan tahun buku hingga tanggal diselesaikannya laporan audit inde- penden. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas terhadap audit delay dan ti- meliness. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar pada tahun 2011-2013, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling diperoleh sampel sebanyak 25 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menun- jukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan, solvabilitas, dan profitabilitas secara simultan maupun secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap audit delay dantimeliness. Variabel yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadapaudit delay yaitu profitabilitas, sedangkan variabel yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap timeliness yaitu ukuran perusahaan.
