Abstract

ABSTRAKBeton dan mortar banyak digunakan sebagai bahan konstruksi di seluruh dunia. Meningkatnya permintaan beton dan mortar juga meningkatkan permintaan semen di pasar yang berdampak negatif bagi lingkungan. Industri semen  menghasilkan sekitar 6 hingga 7 persen dari seluruh CO2 di seluruh dunia. Oleh karena itu, para peneliti mencoba mengembangkan gagasan tentangbeton ramah lingkungan, dengan mengurangi penggunaan semen dengan menggunakan bahan alternatif seperti silica fume. Silica fume adalah bahan pozzolan yang kaya akan silika dan dapat bereaksi kimia dengan kalsium hidroksida, membentuk gel kalsium silikat (CSH) pada beton. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki pengaruh silica fume sebagai pengganti parsial semen terhadap nilai resapan dan kekuatan tekan mortar. Persentase silica fume bervariasi 0%, 5%, 10%, 12% dan 15%. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan nilai resapan minimum adalah 3,276% diperoleh campuran dengan 15% silica fume dan kuat tekan maksimum 312,574 kg/cm2 diperoleh campuran dengan 8% silica fume.Kata kunci: silica fume, nilai resapan, kuat tekan, mortar ABSTRACTConcrete and mortar are widely used as contruction materials. The increasing demand of concrete and mortar also increase the demand of cement in the market which has negative impact for environment. The cement industry produced for approximately 6 to 7 percent of all CO2 worldwide. Therefore, the researches try to develop the idea of green concrete with reducing the utilize of cement with using the alternative materials such as silica fume. Silica fume is a pozzolanic material that contain rich of silica and has chemical reaction with calcium hydroxide forming calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) gel in concrete.The aimed of this research is to investigate the influence of silica fume as partial replacement of cement on absoption and compressive strength of mortar.The percentage of silica fume were varied from 0%, 5%, 10%, 12% and 15%. The test result showed that the minimum absorption value is 3.276% obtain from the mixture with 15% of silica fume and the maximum compressive strength is 312.574 kg/cm2 obtain from the mixture with 8% of silica fume.Keywords: Silica fume, absorption, compressive strength, mortar

Abstract

Roads are the most important aspects of distribution, social, and economic fields, but over time and changing weather is often the cause of road damage. Therefore, it is necessary to have a review carried out to be able to determine the type of damage and the degree of damage that occurs. Observations will be made on the Teuku Umar Tuban Road Section by referring to the Bina Marga Method. Observations will be carried out visually and only analyzed only on the surface, in addition to calculating the daily vehicle volume. From the observation process, types of damage were obtained, namely patholes, cracking, patchng, depression and rutting. Based on the type of damage, repairs will be carried out on the most numerous and fundamental type of damage is to use the crack fill method, this is done because this road has a crack of 55%.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology is directly proportional to the request of the project owner to complete the work in a fairly short time. This study aims to find the dimensions and amount of reinforcement, as well as the quality of concrete that meets. The dimensions of the tank in this study have a diameter of 17.66 m and a height of 10.965 m with a planned capacity of 2,500 m3. While the planned pile cap dimensions are 19.47 m in diameter with a planned thickness of 40 cm. The planning standard used is API 650 of 2019 published by the American Petrolium Institute. Meanwhile, the repetition that is not in API 650 is determined based on SNI 1727:2020 and pile cap repetition using SNI 2847:2019. The software used is STAAD Pro Connect Edtion v.22. As for the calculation of strouss foundation repetition using PCA COLUMN v6.0. From the planning calculations, it can be determined that the double repetition for the pile cap is D16-150 (thread reinforcement diameter 16 mm, distance 150 mm) with (f'c) = 29.05 Mpa (concrete K-350), (fy) = 320 Mpa, and concrete blanket thickness 70 mm. Meanwhile, for the strouss foundation, 18D16 main reinforcement is evenly distributed on all sides of the circle with a minimum distance of 65 mm and a minimum concrete blanket thickness of 60 mm.

Abstract

Studi ini meneliti kondisi parkir yang tidak dapat menampung lonjakan kendaraan selama 7 hari dijam sibuk pada Pasar Rakyat Kauman. Banyak yang parkir dibahu jalan sehingga mengganggu arus lalu lintas. Dengan metode survey durasi parkir mendapatkan nilai akumulasi motor maksimum terjadi pada Kamis, 27 Februari 2025 sebanyak 448 motor melonjak dijam 06.01-07.00 dan sebanyak 61 mobil melonjak dijam 08.01-09.00. Volume parkir maksimum terjadi pada Kamis, 27 Februari 2025 sebanyak 284 motor 32 mobil. Hari Senin 24 Februari 2025 memiliki periode parkir terlama dengan durasi 180 menit untuk motor dan 240 menit untuk mobil. Turnover Parkir maksimum motor terjadi pada Kamis, 27 Februari 2025 sebesar 4,116 kendaraan, hari, dan ruang, dan untuk mobil hal itu terjadi pada Minggu, 23 Februari 2025 sebesar 4,100 kend/hari/ruang. Indeks Parkir maksimum terjadi pada Kamis, 27 Februari 2025 dengan presentase sebesar 183% untuk motor dan untuk mobil dengan presentase sebesar 190% , yaitu melebihi 100% yang berarti fasilitas parkir overload. Kebutuhan Ruang Parkir sebanyak 57 SRP motor dan 9 SRP mobil atau seluas 189 m2..
