Abstract

The problems in this study are: (1) How the Role of the Civil Service Police Unit  in security and control in Kalianda Inpres Market, South Lampung Regency. (2) What aspects are hampering the role of the Civil Service Police Unit  in security and control in Kalianda Inpres Market, South Lampung Regency.The method of this research is to use qualitative descriptive research type. The use of this method is to describe the Role of the Civil Service Police Unit  in Implementing security and order in the Kalianda Inpres market in South Lampung Regency, assessing qualitatively, how all data is obtained directly from informants in the field using interviews and document studies.The results showed that the Role of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol-PP) in Implementing Basic Tasks and Functions in the Kalianda Inpres Market has been going well, the leadership of the South Lampung District Civil Service Police Unit has implemented existing regulations by assigning tasks to employees in accordance background and ability, although in its implementation is not yet optimal, it is due to human resource capability, which is relatively lacking. Then the inhibiting aspects, namely, (1) Employees of the Civil Service Police Unit  of South Lampung Regency, do not fully know the exact main tasks and functions. (2) Position of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol-PP) of South Lampung Regency as a security, often working is not the main task that should be carried out, so that the employee does not carry out the work optimally. (3) South Lampung Regency Civil Service Police Unit, often has a solid task assigned by the leadership so that overlapping duties and authority often occur by employees in the Civil Service Police Unit  of South Lampung Regency .

Abstract

The problems faced by several developing countries today are reducing the amount of poverty and increasing the welfare of the community by using various methods, both through improving economic infrastructure such as building roads, bridges, markets and other facilities, as well as building the degree and participation of the community through improving education and health and - government programs in terms of improving community welfare. Law Number 52 of 2009 concerning population development and a Prosperous Family is a solid foundation in controlling the population and the development of Indonesian families towards a balanced growing population and creating a happy and prosperous small family.The focus and location of this research is on the Implementation of the Prosperous Family Program in Kampung KB, Sungai Cambai District, which aims to examine the implementation of the Prosperous Family program as well as knowing and analyzing the factors that influence policy implementation. With a phenomenological approach, using qualitative methods, the researcher concludes that policy implementation has been good but there is still something that needs to be improved. Inhibiting factors for implementing a prosperous family program include resources, the degree of change desired, the position of policy makers, program implementers and the resulting resources. Supporting factors for the successful implementation of the Prosperous Family program, including information on socialization to the community, explanations that are quite clear and understandable from officers and positive interest from the community

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of coaching and socialization on the success of the family planning program in the Pesisir Barat regency. This research was conducted with the aim of providing an overview of the success of the Family Planning Program in the midst of the Covid 19 Pandemic by using coaching and socialization methods that prioritize the use of technology to avoid crowds in accordance with health protocols and to provide answers to the formulation of existing problems. The author uses the theory of multiple linear regression because the independent variables consist of more than one. And that is directed to reveal the influence between the independent and dependent variables and test the significance of the influence between these variables. Thus it will be known to what extent the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable.This research was conducted using quantitative research, with a quantitative descriptive approach / case study. Data collection in this study was obtained from questionnaires in Pesisir Tengah District in Pesisir Barat Regency.The result of the research is that the success of the Family Planning program during the Covid 19 Pandemic was influenced by coaching and socialization using online methods such as whatsapp groups and the operation of the Information Car. However, the frequency of coaching and socialization needs more attention because there is a very large influence on the decline in the success of the Family Planning Program during the Covid 19 Pandemic, so it is necessary to add both creativity to the use of animation in WhatsApp groups or additional budget for socialization using an Information car.

Abstract

The problems in this research are: (1) How is the quality of service in making building permits at the One Stop Investment Service, Pesisir Barat Regency. (2) What aspects support and hinder the quality of services in making building permits at the One Stop Investment Service, Pesisir Barat Regency.The research method used in this research is to use qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The use of this method is to study and describe qualitatively, how is the quality of service in making building permits at the One Stop Investment Service, Pesisir Barat Regency. All data were obtained directly from informants in the field using interview and observation techniques, according to the research objectives to be achievedThe results showed that the measurement of service quality variables in the making of building permits at the One Stop Investment Service, Pesisir Barat Regency. Shows that, it has been implemented, but not optimal, this is due to (1) Relatively lack of officers who supervise and socialize the building permit management program, because the work area is so wide that it is difficult to reach all of these areas (2) there is no public awareness to take care of a building permit before building a house, so that the number of buildings that have a building permit is still relatively small, even then only around the city center that takes care of building permits.

Abstract

The problem lifted in this research is discipline work officer of The Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency. This research aim to lay open (1) influence of organization culture to discipline work officer, (2) influence of leadership style to discipline work officer, (3) Influence of organization culture and leadership style by together to discipline work officer. This research uses explanatory survey method. The population of this research are all officer of the Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency. Sample in this research entire/all from population that is as much 39 people. This Research consist of 3 (three) variables namely : organization culture (X1) and leadership style (X2) as independent variables and discipline work officer (Y) as a dependent variables. Result of analysis indicated that there are organization culture contribution to discipline work officer, contribution of leadership style to discipline work officer, and while organization culture contribution and leadership style concurrently to discipline work officer. The result of this reseach indicates that there is a positive influence and significant of organization culture toward discipline work officer, there is a positive influence and significant of leadership style toward discipline work officer, there is also a multiple positive influence and significant of organization culture and leadership style toward discipline work officer of The Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency. In an effort to improve the discipline work officer in the Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency need an increase in the quality of organization culture and leadership style. The higher the quality of organization culture and leadership style in the Office of Marine and Fisheries in Mesuji Regency the higher the quality of discipline work officer.
