Abstract

Saat ini KPD masih menjadi masalah di Dunia termasuk Indonesia dan memerlukan perhatian yang besar, karena prevalensinya yang cukup tinggi, angka kejadian KPD di dunia mencapai 12,3% dari total angka persalinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan anemia dengan Kejadian Ketuban Pecah Dini di RSIA Husada Bunda Tahun 2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik dengan menggunakan desain penelitian case control yang bersifat retrospektif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh data ibu bersalin tahun 2020 sebanyak 233 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan perbandingan 1:1, yaitu 46 dengan sampel kasus (ibu yang mengalami KPD) dan 46 dengan sampel kontrol (ibu yang tidak mengalami KPD). Alat pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lembar checklist. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa responden yang mengalami anemia yaitu 46,7%. Ada hubungan anemia dengan ketuban pecah dini dengan p value 0,003. Diharapkan Bagi petugas kesehatan terutama bidan dapat memberikan pelayanan ANC dengan baik, seperti memberikan KIE dan konseling pada ibu tentang pentingnya meminum tablet tambah darah, agar kejadian anemia tidak terjadi lagi sehingga dapat mencegah terjadinya ketuban pecah dini di RSIA Husada Bunda untuk meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kebidanan.

Abstract

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in improving student learning outcomes on the subject of Faith in the Books of Allah in Grade 6 of SD Negeri 0406 Aek Tinga. This study uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach with a research design consisting of two cycles, where each cycle includes planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The population of this study was 30 students of Grade 6 of SD Negeri 0406 Aek Tinga. The sample of this study was all students of Grade 6 selected by total sampling. The research data were obtained through instruments in the form of learning outcome tests, observations, and interviews. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis and t-tests to determine significant differences between student learning outcomes before and after the implementation of the PjBL model. The results showed that the implementation of the PjBL model had a significant impact on improving student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by an increase in the average score of test results before and after project-based learning, as well as from observations that showed an increase in student involvement and motivation during the learning process. Based on the t-test, there is a significant difference between the experimental group using the PjBL model and the control group using the conventional method. The PjBL model also has a positive impact on developing students' social and collaboration skills. This study concludes that the PjBL model is effective in improving student learning outcomes on the material of Faith in the Books of Allah in Grade 6 of SD Negeri 0406 Aek Tinga. Therefore, it is recommended that the PjBL model be applied more widely in schools as an alternative to improve the quality of learning that is more active, creative, and enjoyable

Abstract

Globally, about 1 (one) out of 4 (four) or about 26% of children under 5 years old are stunted. In Riau province the incidence of stunting also decreased to 27%. In the working area of ??the Kampar Health Center there are 2 stunting loci, namely Ranah Singkuang village and Jambu Island. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between anemia in pregnant women and the incidence of stunting in children under five at the Kampar Health Center UPTD in 2018. The type of research used was quantitative analytic with a case control approach using secondary data. The population is all toddlers who are stunted. The case sample was taken using a total sampling technique and the control sample using a systematic random sampling technique with a total of 53 case respondents and 53 control respondents. Data analysis of this research is univariate and bivariate using chi square test. The result of this research is anemia variable with P-value = 0.017. Based on the results of the study that anemia in pregnant women has a relationship with the incidence of stunting in children under five. It is hoped that the health workers of the Kampar Health Center will optimize socialization to pregnant women and toddlers in order to prevent anemia and stunting and cooperate with families, Katoma and Katoga in the village.

Abstract

Anxiety is one of the causes of prolonged labor and fetal death. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and anxiety in dealing with the period leading up to delivery in third trimester pregnant women in the work area of ??UPT BLUD Puskesmas Tambang in 2021. This type of research is quantitative analytical research. The study was conducted on 14-26 July 2021 with a total sample of 70 pregnant women in the third trimester using total sampling. Mother's knowledge data collection, while anxiety using a questionnaire. Analysis using univariate and bivariate Chi-Squre The results of the univariate analysis were 42 respondents (60.0%) who had poor knowledge while 29 respondents (41.4%) had good knowledge. The results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p value = 0.000) and the anxiety of pregnant women in the third trimester. The conclusion is that there is a relationship between knowledge and anxiety in the face of the pre-delivery period in trimester pregnant women. It is hoped that the results of this study will become input for the work area of ??the UPT BLUD Puskesmas Tambang to provide information to pregnant women to reduce maternal anxiety in facing childbirth.
