Abstract

Abstract[Prevalence of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR) Expression in Penis Carcinoma] Penile cancer is a malignancy in men, which is the highest in Bali compared to other regions in Indonesia. About 95% of malignancies in the penis are squamous cell carcinoma (SCC). The development of cancer therapy has now reached targeted therapy, while there has not been much research on penile cancer. Targeted therapy based on EGFR overexpression has developed and has been used as individual therapy, especially in lung cancer. This study aims to determine the expression of EGFR in the SCC of the penis. This study is a descriptive observational study to determine the prevalence of EGFR expression from immunohistochemical examination, tumor cells stained with intense brown color surrounding the entire tumor cell membrane. The results of the study of 141 samples of penile squamous cell carcinoma taken from biopsies, partial penectomy, and total penectomy. The prevalence of EGFR expression that was stained positively in penile cancer tumor cells was 8 cases (5.7%) with the highest age distribution in the age group 41-60 years as many as 66 cases (46.8%). Knowledge of EGFR overexpression in penile cancer can be used to reference anti-EGFR administration, especially in advanced penile cancer.

Data analysis was performed univariately. The result showed majority of third trimester pregnant women experienced mild-severe anxiety in the age range of 20-35 years (29.3%), had sufficient knowledge (31.1%), received support from their husbands (11.9%), not working (54.3%), primigravida (43.2%), high education level (21.2%), and getting the COVID-19 issue (28.7%). Abstract

Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC) is a normal delivery process after having previously had a cesarean section. This process is carried out on mothers with former cesarean sections or Locus Minoris Resistant (LMR). The aim of this study was to find out the characteristics of Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC) in Mothers with Locus Minoris Resistance (LMR) for the period January 2017-December 2020. This study was a retrospective descriptive study with a sample of mothers with LMR who performed VBAC at the Sanjiwani Hospital. Gianyar, BRSUD Tabanan and RS Prima Medika Denpasar which were selected by purposive sampling method that met the inclusion criteria were then presented in tabular form. There were 37 patients out of 48 patients who underwent Trial of Labor After Caesarean (TOLAC) who successfully performed a VBAC with various characteristics, where as many as 32 people (86.5%) with age < 35 years, did not have a history of normal delivery as many as 24 people ( 64.9%), having a cesarean section frequency 1 time as many as 36 people (97.3%), patients with an indication of a previous cesarean section in a breech presentation as many as 14 people (37.9%), with a delivery distance of > 24 months as many as 37 people ( 100%) and gave birth to babies with a birth weight of 2500-4000 grams as many as 36 people (97.3%).

Abstract

[The Relationship between Stress and Learning Motivation in Ubud 1 Public High School Students] Stress refers to mental and emotional disturbances that can arise from both internal and external factors. Learning motivation is a desire that oroginates within the student and lead to various learning activities. Due to the lack of previous research on this topic at SMA Negeri 1 Ubud, it is crucial to conduct this study in order to gather relevant , which could potentially benefit the school. This research can help the school prevent the factors that cause stress in students and increase the learning motivation. this study used descriptive analytic with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Data was collected using Perceived Stress Scale questionnaire (PSS-10) and Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ-18). Furthermore, data analyzed both univariately and bivariately using the SPSS 25th version and Spearman test method, considering the analysis significant if the p value is less than 0.05. The univariate analysis revealed that the majority of students were 16 years old (36.2%), with a majority of female students (55.7%) and a majority of class XI students (33.8%). The Spearman correlation test's bivariate analysis yielded a significance value of 0.000, with a significant level of 0.05. The correlation coefficient, which stands at 0.241, indicates a weak relationship. The negative correlation coefficient number indicates an opposite relationship between the two variables, suggesting that higher stress levels lead to decreased learning motivation among SMA Negeri 1 Ubud students.

Abstract

World Health Organization in 2019 reported that as many as 7000 newborns died in the world, while in Indonesia as many as 185 newborns died per day with an IMR of 15/1000 live births. In Mangusada Badung regional hospital, the incidence of neonates with hyperbilirubinemia in 2017 was 1100 neonates, in 2018 there were 1151 neonates with hyperbilirubinemia and in 2019 there were 1075 babies with neonatal jaundice. Hyperbilirubinemia is an increase amount of bilirubin that accumulates in the blood, characterized by total serum bilirubin levels ? 5 mg/dL (86 µmol/L). This study aims to determine the characteristics of triggers of hyperbilirubinemia in neonates at Mangusada Badung Regional Hospital Bali 2022-2023. This study used medical records of hyperbiliribinemia neonates at Mangusada Badung Regional Hospital Bali in periode 1st Januari-31st December 2023 to collect data. Then analysed univariat with descriptive analysis. The results of this study were the characteristics of the dominant variables including the age of the mother at risk (76,4%), male gender (62,2%), neonates with induction of labor (60,0%), premature neonates (81,3%), LBW (81,3%), asphyxia (95,5%), breastfeeding neonates (69,7%), and caesarean delivery method (68,5%). This study can be an additional information about the characteristics of hyperbilirubinemia triggers in neonates so that prevention can be done.
