Abstract

Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat peran sektor pertanian dalam pembangunan ekonomi Provinsi Jawa Timur, dengan cara: 1). Menganalisis besarnya nilai struktur output, struktur nilai tambah bruto, struktur pendapatan, struktur tenaga kerja, angka pengganda output, angka pengganda pendapatan, angka pengganda nilai tambah bruto, angka pengganda tenaga kerja, backward linkage dan forward linkage; 2). Mengidentifikasi komoditas pertanian unggulan di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode Analisis menggunakan analisis Input-Output dengan data Input-Output Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2010 (110 sektor) yang di updating dan di agregasi menjadi Input-Output Provinsi Jawa Timur tahun 2013 (43 sektor). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Kontribusi sektor pertanian dilihat dari: A). Struktur output yang dihasilkan sebesar 183.558.716,28 juta dengan kontribusinya 11,23 persen; B). Struktur nilai tambah bruto  adalah 169.426.431,70 juta dengan kontribusinya 15,88 persen.; C). Struktur pendapatan adalah 50.078.445,51 juta dengan kontribusinya 17,24 persen; D). Struktur tenaga kerja adalah 36.071.090 juta orang dengan kontribusinya 25,96 persen; E). Angka pengganda output yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas ternak lainnya dengan nilai 2,35; F) Angka pengganda pendapatan yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas telur dengan nilai 3,51; G) Angka pengganda nilai tambah bruto yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas ternak lainnya dengan nilai 2,54; H). Angka pengganda tenaga kerja yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas padi dengan nilai 2,12; I). Keterkaitan ke belakang yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas ternak lainnya dengan nilai 1,46; J). Keterkaitan ke depan yang diciptakan dengan nilai terbesar berada pada komoditas padi dengan nilai 1,48. 2). Komoditas unggulan sektor pertanian, yaitu: komoditas ikan laut dan hasil perikanan lainnya, komoditas ikan darat dan hasil perikanan lainnya, komoditas padi, komoditas jagung, komoditas sayur-sayuran, komoditas buah-buahan, komoditas kedelai, komoditas telur, komoditas sapi, komoditas ayam, komoditas susu segar, komoditas ternak lainnya, komoditas domba dan kambing, komoditas tebu, komoditas tembakau.

Abstract

Conventional agriculture used chemical fertilizers and pesticides for long-term had negative impacts on the environment, due to chemical residues that pollute the environment. In addition it has a bad impact on the harvest, because they contain chemical residues that may affect health of consumers. Recently, there has been a global issue in agricultural sector of back to nature, such as the use of biological materials as components of fertilizers and pesticides, as known as an environmentally friendly agriculture. Farmers in the area of ​​Badan Penyuluhan Pertanian (BPP) at North Tambun, Bekasi Regency, have land that is suitable for farming food crops, palawija and horticulture. The use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agricultural production is still quite high until now, and doesn't used exact dose, method, type and frequency. To reduce the negative impact of residues using agricultural chemicals on the environment and yields, by replacing chemical fertilizers with organic fertilizers, chemical pesticides with bio-pesticides. Farmer empowerment aims to increase knowledge, learning and skills regarding the selection of the composition of basic ingredients for making organic fertilizers and biopesticides, manufacturing training and assistance in how to apply directly to agricultural land. The outputs of PkM (Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat) activities are increasing farmers understanding of environmentally friendly agriculture, increasing farmers knowledge in using organic fertilizers and biopesticides made by participants, and increasing interest and motivation from farmers to develop alternative organic fertilizers and bio-pesticides that are in accordance with the availability materials around and cropping patterns. It was proven that after counseling there was an increase in the knowledge aspect by 27.1%, the attitude aspect by 19.54% and the behavioral aspect by 8.9%.

Abstract

Creating a farmer who able to actively respond to the agricultural commodity supply is a major challenge faced by the national government today. A dominant supply response to a certain factor would be easier to be identified by the stakeholder to arrange policies in improving the volume of agricultural commodity production. This study aimed to: 1) summarize the theories and study results about the supply demands, 2) analyze the factors that affected the supply response, and 3) examine the common problem-solving method used to analyze the supply response method. The secondary data was employed in this study by collecting relevant studies and theories. A review then conducted to address the study aims. Results showed that the farmer supply response to several factors was required to utilize the superior agricultural and horticulture (fresh fruit) commodity opportunities in competing on the world market. Vietnam, Thailand, and Latin America also strictly competing in exporting their commodity, but Indonesian healthy products were having a great chance to win this competition.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempelajari cara perusahaan bertahan untuk menjalankan suatu usaha sehingga usaha tersebut dapat keberlanjutan dan melihat strategi bisnis yang mampu meningkatkan penjualan dan bisa dilakukan salah satunya di Kafe Kopi “Kope” dengan mencoba cara me-rebranding sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pengunjungnya. Analisis yang digunakan adalah SWOT untuk menganalisa UMKM dari empat sisi yaitu strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, dan threats sehingga data yang didapatkan menjadi fondasi agar rebranding UMKM berdampak positif bagi perusahaan. Rebranding yang dilakukan Kafe “Kope” dari segi nama, logo, inovasi menu, design interior, fasilitas bagi anak kecil, menjalin kerjasama dengan mitra-mitra dan berbagai komunitas serta mengadakan event menjadi upaya untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pengunjung sehingga bisa meningkatkan pendapatan Kafe “Kope”. Selain itu perlu adanya paket bundling yang ditawarkan atau hampers pada event tertentu kepada pelanggan serta peningkatan pemasaran Kafe “Kope” seperti pembagian brosur maupun pemasaran menggunakan media sosial via Instagram dan Tiktok guna meningkatkan pengenalan pasar setelah adanya re-brending dan menarik daya tarik pengunjung Kafe “Kope” ditengah banyaknya persaingan kafe kopi disekitar “Kope”.

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dalam menciptakan suatu usaha melalui metode yang memotivasi dan mudah dipahami terkait kewirausahaan pertanian dengan bekerja sama dengan pemilik Kafe Kope sebagai fasilitator untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang kopi mulai dari bahan baku dan bahan penolong yang digunakan serta cara pembuatannya sehingga nantinya diharapkan mampu membuat kopi dengan cita rasa yang khas dan dapat dikonsumsi sendiri maupun konsumen dalam berwirausaha. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan di Kafe Kope, Bekasi Selatan dengan diikuti oleh 11 orang peserta dari Karang Taruna RW 13 Jakasetia, Bekasi Selatan, Mahasiswa, dan Tim Dosen Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Borobudur. Kegiatan PkM ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil kegiatan Penyuluhan Kewirausahaan telah meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan motivasi peserta dalam berwirausaha pertanian dengan memanfaatkan peluang trend terkini serta menggugah peserta untuk kreatif dan inovatif dalam memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Kegiatan ini diharapkan peserta mampu menciptakan wirausaha pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Abstract This community service activity aims to leverage existing opportunities to create an enterprise through a motivational and easy-to-understand method related to agricultural entrepreneurship. This is carried out in collaboration with the owner of Kope Cafe, who acts as a facilitator to enhance knowledge about coffee from the raw materials and supporting ingredients used to the preparation process that participants are eventually expected to be able to make coffee with a distinctive flavor, either for personal consumption or for customers in an entrepreneurial context. The PkM activity was conducted at Kope Cafe, South Bekasi, and was attended by 11 participants from the Karang Taruna of RW 13 Jakasetia, South Bekasi, students, and faculty members from the Faculty of Agriculture, Borobudur University. The PkM activity employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of the Entrepreneurship Counseling activity showed an improvement in participants knowledge, attitudes, and motivation in engaging in agricultural entrepreneurship by utilizing current trends. It also inspired the participants to be creative and innovative in seizing existing opportunities. This activity is expected to enable participants to create sustainable agricultural enterprreneurship.
