Abstract

Tujuh Village is geographically intersected with Citarum watersheds and according to the Regional Government of West Java Province (2019); this village is one of the areas prioritized by the government to become a land and water conservation area in the national program of "Citarum Harum". Tujuh Village has the characteristics of an uneven and hilly region with relatively dry mineral soil and limited water availability that will experience drought in a number of places during dry season. The objectives of this community service program are (1) providing knowledge to farmers regarding soil and water conservation techniques using Organopore Infiltration Hole and (2) controlling organic waste from agricultural activities. One of the solutions to overcome the environmental and biophysical problems that occur in Tujuh Village is by making an Organopore Infiltration Hole. The principle of this organopore hole is almost the same as the Biopore Infiltration Hole, which is making a vertical hole with a diameter of 10 cm and a depth of 0-100 cm. The difference is that this organopore hole uses a basket made of wire to collect organic waste that will be made into natural compost within the hole that can improve soil ecological stability. The research was implemented by adopting the Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) approach, which allows sub-district communities to share, improve and analyze their knowledge regarding village conditions and life, as well as plan and perform concrete actions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of administrative employees at the Open Junior High School (SMP) in Jakarta which was influenced by the principal's leadership style, teamwork and job satisfaction. The method in this study used a survey method in all Open Junior High Schools in Jakarta. The questionnaire distributed 123 to respondents at random. The result of this study is that leadership style has a positive effect on performance, thus, the better the leadership style carried out by the principal, the more it will improve the performance of administrative employees, teamwork has a positive effect on performance. This means that the more compact teamwork will improve the performance of Tata Usha employees, job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance. That is, the higher job satisfaction, the more it will improve the performance of administrative employees, leadership style has a positive effect on job satisfaction. that is, the better the principal's leadership style, the more job satisfaction of administrative employees will be. Teamwork has a positive effect on job satisfaction. This means that the more compact the teamwork, the more it will increase administrative job satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak Kegiatan PkM ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dalam menciptakan suatu usaha melalui metode yang memotivasi dan mudah dipahami terkait kewirausahaan pertanian dengan bekerja sama dengan pemilik Kafe Kope sebagai fasilitator untuk menambah pengetahuan tentang kopi mulai dari bahan baku dan bahan penolong yang digunakan serta cara pembuatannya sehingga nantinya diharapkan mampu membuat kopi dengan cita rasa yang khas dan dapat dikonsumsi sendiri maupun konsumen dalam berwirausaha. Kegiatan PkM ini dilaksanakan di Kafe Kope, Bekasi Selatan dengan diikuti oleh 11 orang peserta dari Karang Taruna RW 13 Jakasetia, Bekasi Selatan, Mahasiswa, dan Tim Dosen Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Borobudur. Kegiatan PkM ini menggunakan metode Participatory Action Research (PAR). Hasil kegiatan Penyuluhan Kewirausahaan telah meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, dan motivasi peserta dalam berwirausaha pertanian dengan memanfaatkan peluang trend terkini serta menggugah peserta untuk kreatif dan inovatif dalam memanfaatkan peluang yang ada. Kegiatan ini diharapkan peserta mampu menciptakan wirausaha pertanian yang berkelanjutan. Abstract This community service activity aims to leverage existing opportunities to create an enterprise through a motivational and easy-to-understand method related to agricultural entrepreneurship. This is carried out in collaboration with the owner of Kope Cafe, who acts as a facilitator to enhance knowledge about coffee from the raw materials and supporting ingredients used to the preparation process that participants are eventually expected to be able to make coffee with a distinctive flavor, either for personal consumption or for customers in an entrepreneurial context. The PkM activity was conducted at Kope Cafe, South Bekasi, and was attended by 11 participants from the Karang Taruna of RW 13 Jakasetia, South Bekasi, students, and faculty members from the Faculty of Agriculture, Borobudur University. The PkM activity employed the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The results of the Entrepreneurship Counseling activity showed an improvement in participants knowledge, attitudes, and motivation in engaging in agricultural entrepreneurship by utilizing current trends. It also inspired the participants to be creative and innovative in seizing existing opportunities. This activity is expected to enable participants to create sustainable agricultural enterprreneurship.
