Abstract

The performance of teachers in educational institutions needs to have an appreciation and assessment that has a basis. Teacher performance assessment is one of the bases for decision making related to the career of the teacher. To improve the quality and accuracy of performance appraisal, this study designs a web-based teacher performance assessment decision support system. The Decision Support System method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and information system design uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. Respondents in this study were deputy principals, teacher representatives, and committee representatives. The results of the calculation of the respondent questionnaire were carried out with a paired comparison matrix. The results of the combined calculation showed that the first level criteria which were the highest weighted were Social with a weight of 33.4% and the alternative teacher with the best performance was Vera Asmara with a value of 22.9%.

Abstract

CV. YustiKarya as a construction company realizes that the ability to manage project finance is one of the important requirements for smooth project management. CV. YustiKarya often has to manage several projects simultaneously with remote locations. This condition made it difficult for financial staff in the office to manage project financial allocations and also made it difficult for project managers in the field and had to report the status of project expenditures to the office. This difficulty drives CV. YustiKarya is to improve the project's financial management system which originally used a spread sheet to become a web-based information system. Web-based information systems will be developed using object-oriented methods. The object-oriented system development method was chosen because of its modular development capabilities and adapts to system requirements. The information system that is produced is able to create a construction project management system starting from employer entry, contract entry, billing entry, printing proof of receipt, printing proof of expenditure, and generating project income and expenditure reports online. Web-based information systems will automate the financial status of projects whose locations are scattered. This system also makes it easy for directors to be aware of current project developments.

Abstract

Provide convenience and information to BPBDs and people living in flood-prone environments that are usually unknown to homeowners without getting information about the arrival of floods in the area.  So we need a system that can detect the water level of the river. For that, it is necessary to install a device that can read the water level in the form of an ultrasonic sensor and a microcontroller as well as a GSM SIM900A module. The research method used is literature study, problem analysis, system design and implementation. The results achieved in this study are able to help provide information in the form of sirens and SMS services in the form of short messages about flood alert levels that are sent to the community and the BPBD.
