Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe character education, both in planning, implementation, and evaluation in thematic learning at West Pontianak Elementary School. Using a qualitative approach with descriptive type. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 31 Pontianak Barat in January 2018. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The research instrument uses tools in the form of guidelines for observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study showed that the application of character education through thematic learning at Pontianak Barat Elementary School showed an improvement in students through the learning process. Planning used in thematic learning consists of syllabus and lesson plans made by the teacher and has shown the integration of character education. In terms of implementation, the teacher implements it through learning activities, teachers instill these character values. Learning evaluation is done well through authentic assessment, which includes assessment of processes and assessment of learning outcomes. The assessment includes spiritual assessment, social assessment, knowledge assessment and skills assessment.Keywords: Character Education Application, Thematic Learning, Elementary School

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi perkalian pecahan menggunakan media Realita di kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 68 Pontianak Barat. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah peneliti dan siswa kelas V SD Negeri 68 Pontianak Barat semester II sebanyak 46 siswa. Teknik pengumpul data terdiri dari teknik observasi langsung dan teknik pengukuran. Pelaksanaan tindakan kelas ini dilaksanakan 2 siklus. Hasil penelitian yang di peroleh adalah kemampuan peneliti dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada siklus 1 yaitu penilaian terhadap kemampuan peneliti menyusun RPP dengan rata- rata sebesar 3,24 dan pada siklus 2 sebesar 3,76. Kemampuan peneliti dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran pada siklus 1 dengan rata – rata sebesar 3,56 dan siklus 2 sebesar 3,82. Akibat penggunaan media Realita hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan pada siklus 1 denagn rata - rata 71,30 dengan ketuntasan belajar 60,86%  pada  siklus 2 denagn rata – rata 90,43 dengan ketuntasan belajar 100%.   Kata Kunci : Peningkatan, hasil belajar, dan media Realita Abstract: This study aims to improve student learning outcomes at a fraction multiplication using reality material media in fifth grade of SDN 68 West Pontianak. The method used is descriptive quantitative approach. The subjects were researchers and fifth grade students of SDN 68 at second semester with 46 students. Techniques of data collection consisted of direct observation and measurement techniques. Implementation of this class action performed 2 cycles. The results of this research is the ability of researchers to in doing the  learning at cycle 1 is an assessment of researchers ability to prepare lesson plans with an average of 3.24 and the second cycle at 3.76. The researchers ability in doing the learning in cycle 1 with average of 3.56 and cycle 2 at 3,82. The result of  using reality material media is the student can increase the learning in cycle 1 with  average 71,30 with 60.86% mastery learning at cycle 2 with average 90.43 with 100%masterylearning.             Keywords: Enhance, learning outcomes, and media Reality

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance is the most well-known principle in the world for maintaining the integrity of world organizations. Almost all international locations in all countries adhere to the foundation of building responsibility and openness. Unfortunately, in its application, GCG does not explain the values ​​of stakeholders. The study aims to reconstruct GCG (OECD version) and look for a more appropriate Sharia Concept. Of course, this will provide a solution to the problem itself. After analyzing the values ​​and character of SET, we built a modern GCG positioned on Islamic concepts. These concepts are; One; deeper sympathy from stakeholders, second; principles regarding stakeholder rights: third, equality in stakeholder behavior, fourth, the principle of openness, finally, regarding corporate accountability.Weak GCG practices in Indonesia are caused by the low level of protection for investors, law enforcement, transparency and ineffective public company audit committees. This condition strongly encourages the need for effective and efficient global corporate governance. Islamic Corporate Governance The Islamic perspective lies in the Islamic Company Theory which has greater concern for wider stakeholders which include God, humans and nature. The difference in goals between conventional Corporate Governance and Sharia GCG which tends to adhere to Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET). SET equates material and spiritual values. This shows that Sharia GCG does not only achieve material benefits, but also spiritual values. SET also equates egoistic values ​​with altruistic values, which in Islamic law are realized in the form of worship.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum withthe PjBL model on Pancasila values material for grade IV students, as well as identifyobstacles and impacts. The method used is descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out using the Miles and Huberman model, which included data collection, data simplification, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show that the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum at SDNPudakpayung 01 Semarang has gone well, although there are still obstacles, such as thelack of cooperation of students in groups and the difficulty of teachers in conductingindividual assessments during group work. The positive impact found is the increasedenthusiasm of students in project-based interactive learning, which encourages them tobetter understand and internalize the values and symbols of Pancasila.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct a comprehensive review of the construction of Islamic legal epistemology (ushul fiqh) by positioning the Qur'an as the primary source of law. This study focuses on five fundamental aspects that form the authority and methodology of legal interpretation sourced from the Qur'an. First, the definitional aspect which examines the essence of the Qur'an as a revelation from Allah SWT both linguistically and terminologically. Second, the aspect of authority (hujjiyah) which proves the position of the Qur'an as an absolute, definite, and undoubtedly valid source of law (qath'i al-tsubut). Third, an analysis of the classification of its legal content into qath'i (definite) and zhanni (interpretative) verses from the perspective of textual indication (dalalah), which forms the basis for the dynamics of ijtihad. Fourth, an exploration of the characteristics of the Qur'an's legal explanation method (bayan), which includes forms such as bayan al-taqrir, bayan al-tafsir, bayan al-tasyri', and bayan al-tabdil. Lastly, this study examines the theological and juridical consequences for those who deny the authority of the Qur'an as a source of law, which has implications for their faith status and punishment. The research method used is qualitative with a library research approach that analyzes primary texts of ushul fiqh and tafsir. The conclusion of this study confirms that the Qur'an is not only an authentic source of law, but also has a clear, systematic, and hierarchical epistemological structure, which allows it to be an eternal (shalih li kulli zaman wa makan) and dynamic legal guide through the mechanism of ijtihad in the zhanni verses.
