Abstract

The goal of this research was to identify the influence between leadership and work discipline towards the Empat Putra Utama Bersama Ltd employees’ performance. This research focused on the quantitative method. Furthermore, the researcher varied the population from supervisors and field staff of Empat Putra Utama Bersama Ltd which consisted of 46 respondents. Saturated sampling were employed in this reserch’s sampling procedure. The data analysis technique utilized PLS (Partial Least Square) method. The research has discovered that work discipline and leadership correlated and affected to the Empat Putra Utama Bersama employees’ performance

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and workload on turnover intention and its impact on employee performance on employee performance at CV. Bintang Tex Indonesia Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 48 CV contract employees. Bintang Tex Indonesia Sidoarjo. This research took data through a questionnaire that was distributed to CV employees. Bintang Tex Indonesia Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, turnover intention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The research findings show that honorary employees of the Takalar Regency Civil Service Police Unit have a low level of organizational commitment, which has a negative impact on organizational effectiveness. The main objective of this study is to investigate the mediating effect of job satisfaction on the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment at the Civil Service Police Unit Office in Takalar Regency. This study uses a quantitative research methodology and a case study approach, with a sample size of 96 respondents obtained through a saturated sampling technique. The research data were collected through an online survey questionnaire using a Likert scale, and then analyzed using Partial Least Squares. The results revealed that organizational culture does not have a statistically significant direct effect on employee organizational commitment. However, organizational culture is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Furthermore, job satisfaction is proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment. In addition, the findings indicate that job satisfaction can function as an effective mediator, influencing the relationship between organizational culture and employee organizational commitment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan flexible work arrangement dan sistem kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Huda Jaya Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart PLS untuk analisis. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 55 karyawan dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus atau total sampling sehingga diperoleh 55 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner. Analisis data meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji R-Square, dan uji hipotesis bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa flexible work arrangement dan kompensasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV. Huda Jaya Sidoarjo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari disiplin kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja pada Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Gresik. Dalam hal ini, motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan pengembangan karir dianggap penting dalam menciptakan kinerja yang baik dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Bank Rakyat Indonesia Kantor Cabang Gresik dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 72 responden. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja dan pengembangan karir tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, tetapi disiplin kerja dan pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan dalam lingkungan yang kompetitif harus senantiasa mendedikasikan sumber daya perusahaan agar dapat bertahan dan berkembang. Sumber daya seperti sumber daya manusia juga dikenal sebagai karyawan diperlukan. Sangat penting bagi perusahaan mana pun untuk fokus pada peningkatan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi bagi karyawan ini. “Hal ini dikarenakan kepuasan kerja karyawan dapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas, efisiensi dan kepuasan kerja secara keseluruhan. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan, penelitian dilakukan pada PT. Intiwarna Prima. Metode Total Sampling digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi 37 pekerja; metode ini juga dikenal sebagai Sampling Jenuh. Dengan metode ini, seluruh populasi pekerja di Intiwarna Prima dijadikan sampel untuk dijadikan sampel yang mencerminkan seluruh pekerja di perusahaan tersebut. Akibatnya, karyawan yang dipilih melalui metode ini identik dengan semua pekerja lain di Intiwarna Prima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis SEM-PLS. Salah satu teknik tersebut adalah Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square atau biasa disebut SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan di Intiwarna Prima.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance at the Surabaya Expedition Gallery. This study uses a quantitative approach using SmartPLS software to analyze. The study population was 39 employees and the sampling technique used the saturated sample method because all members of the population were used, namely 39 respondents. Data collection was carried out through interviews, surveys and questionnaires. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, R-Square tests, and bootstrapping hypothesis tests. The results showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Surabaya Expedition Gallery.
