Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara self-efficacy dan kepemimpinantransformasional terhadap kesiapan perubahan pada guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan– Sidoarjo pada tahun 2018. SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan – Sidoarjo merupakan SMAswasta unggulan naungan Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah. Penerapan Teknologi Informasi (TI)sangat menunjang SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan – Sidoarjo dalam menjalankan kurikulum2013. Perubahan dalam berinovasi dibutuhkan untuk menjaga keunggulan kompetitif sekolah,keberhasilan harus diiringi dengan kesiapan perubahan. Keyakinan diri terhadap keberhasilan(self-efficacy) tentunya diperlukan terhadap kesiapkan setiap individu untuk berubah,disamping factor dalam diri individu factor dari luar yaitu kepemimpinan juga memperngaruhiindividu dalam perubahanPopulasi dari penelitian adalah sebanyak 45 guru tetap, Sampel yangdigunakan adalah sampel jenuh yaitu sebanyak 45 responden. Teknik pengujian data yangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah PLS. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa selfefficacypara guru yang baik dan tinggi dapat meningkatkan tingkat kesiapan perubahan paraguru di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan – Sidoarjo. Hasil selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwakepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadapkesiapan perubahan para guru di SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Tulangan - Sidoarjo.Kata kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, teknologi informasi, Kesiapan Perubahan,Self- Efficacy

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of analyzing the effect of satisfaction, supervision, on performance through the work discipline of CV Andi Jaya employees. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The research population used was all contract employees of CV Andi Jaya with a total of 45 respondents with a saturated sampling technique that made the entire population as a sample in the study. Sources of data used in this analysis is primary data taken directly from contract employees CVAndi Jaya by distributing questionnaires. The source of the data used in this analysis is the data taken directly from employees who in this study are CV Andi Jaya Contract Employees by distributing questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction has no significant effect on work discipline, work supervision has a significant effect on work discipline, job satisfaction and work discipline has an effect on employee performance, work supervision has no effect on employee performance, job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance through work discipline and work supervision have a significant effect on performance through work discipline. Abstract

The development of an organization depends on the presence of human resources owned. Therefore, human resources are important assets to be developed efficiently and effectively because they can create good and optimal performance. In order to achieve meaning for the organization, industry is of course required to be able to create conditions or situations that can allow and encourage workers to develop skills and abilities optimally. The purpose of carrying out the research is to analyze: 1) Influence work ability on performance employees at PT. Bangtelindo; 2) The influence of the workload on performance employees at PT. Bangtelindo. The research method that the researcher uses is a quantitative method. The use of the population includes technician employees many as 95 people, with a sample of 49 respondents. The technique for taking a sample is by means of Simple Random Sampling. The technique in the analysis the researcher uses is the analysis with Partial Least Square. Based on the results of the study, researchers have carried out showing findings in the form of: (1) Workability has a contribution to the performance of employees; (2) Workload has a contribution to the performance of employees

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Gran Handa Indonesia. This research method is descriptive quantitative with a population of 70 employees in this study. The data collection method that researchers use is a questionnaire. The collected data was carried out by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis and SmartPLS software. The results showed, a) compensation has a path coefficients value of 0.304901, a T-statistic value of 2.313372 > 1.96 (from table value Zα = 0.05) / P-Value 0.023 <0.05; b) the work environment has a path coefficients value of 0.453660, and a T-statistic value of 4.331262 > 1.96 (from table value Zα = 0.05) / P-Value 0.000 <0.05. In conclusion, the provision of timely compensation can improve the performance of employees of PT. Gran Handa Indonesia. Also, working conditions that are adequate and comfortable enough to work can improve the performance of employees of PT. Gran Handa Indonesia. Abstract

Pengangguran merupakan salah satu beban terbesar di setiap negara, termasuk Indonesia. Setiap tahun, tingkat pengangguran semakin tinggi. Salah satu strategi untuk mengurangi pengangguran adalah dengan berwirausaha. Pengetahuan tentang kewirausahaan tidak hanya didapat dari Universitas, namun kemampuan menggunakan media sosial juga berperan penting bagi penggunanya untuk mewujudkan kewirausahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis secara signifikan tentang pengaruh kemampuan menggunakan media sosial dan minat belajar kewirausahaan terhadap kewirausahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling dan menggunakan smartPLS sebagai alat analisis. Data diperoleh dari kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui google form dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menggunakan media sosial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPN Veteran Jawa Timur. Pembelajaran kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat belajar. kewirausahaan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UPN Veteran Jawa Timur. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa UPN Veteran Jawa Timur, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa UPN Veteran Jawa Timur angkatan 2017 berjumlah 1.132 orang dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 119 orang yang dihitung menggunakan teknik perkalian jumlah indikator, Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis quota sampling atau disebut juga teknik sampling berjatah dengan pendekatan Least Square (PLS), hasil penelitian bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan tidak berpengaruh langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang ada merupakan poin penting yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh pelaku UMKM untuk melakukan branding produk. Branding produk merupakan kesempatan yang bagus untuk dimanfaatkan karena merupakan kesempatan bagi UMKM untuk berkembang dan membantu membangkitkan perekonomian yang ada. Dengan demikian dibutuhkan adanya penyuluhan dan pelatihan mengenai branding produk. Sehingga penulis membuat program kerja pengabdian masyarakat berupa penyuluhan dan pelatihan branding produk. UMKM Rempeyek "Mbak Liya" merupakan UMKM yang bergerak dibidang makanan ringan. Metode pelaksanaan branding produk ini menggunakan metode penyuluhan dan pelatihan. Program kerja tersebut berhasil memberikan informasi tentang branding produk. Penulis berharap pelaku UMKM yang telah melakukan penyuluhan dan sosialisasi tersebut dapat melaksanakan materi dan praktik yang telah diberikan, serta dapat berinovasi mengikuti perkembangan.

Abstract

Currently, the business platform model is experiencing rapid development, one of which is in the health sector. The purpose of establishing a platform is to make it easier for consumers to be able to exchange value with one another. The idea for the Beaudy beauty business platform model is to help customers solve their skin problems. Customers who have problems in conducting skin care consultations, starting from price consultations tend to be expensive and don't have time to go to a beauty clinic. So that the results of the validation of the solutions carried out to the informants were the idea of a Beaudy web-based beauty business platform model that could help and answer the problems they were experiencing. These results indicate that Beaudy can be an intermediary teleconsultation medium between consumers and beauty clinics.

Abstract

The aim of the research to investigate how motivation and pay affect PT employee effectiveness. Melbe Tata Catering (Reddog) Singapore City. The participants in this study are all PT staff. Melbe Tata Catering (Reddog) Surabaya City. Determination of the sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique and There are 43 responders in the samples that were used. Information utilized is primary data and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to employees of PT. Melbe Tata Catering (Reddog) Surabaya City. Then PLS, or partial least squares, is the analysis method employed. Research findings have shown that The motivation and performance of PT personnel are impacted by pay. Abstract

Event Organizer is a team that conceptualizes an event and implements and evaluates each agenda that has been implemented. To make the wishes and dreams of many people come true, especially at weddings, event organizers offer professional services that can reach the entire community to make these dreams come true. Having a professional team such as an Event Organizer greatly influences the success of an event, from small events organized by companies, concerts or public entertainment to personal events such as weddings. The people of Surabaya already know and trust the professional service team that can plan wedding processions, namely Mahar Agung Organizer. In introducing the Creative Industry Business, Mahar Agung Organizer uses digital promotion strategies through social media such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Websites to carry out promotions. This research aims to describe strategies for how an event organizer business can develop social media such as Instagram and TikTok as the main promotional media to get clients. Through AIDA analysis (attention, interest, desire, action). The method in this research is descriptive qualitative by describing in detail and analyzing the results of field observations, literature studies, interviews and documentation. This research shows the results that social media has a big influence on clients' interest in using the professional services of Mahar Agung Organizer which always has attractive offers and informative content regularly.
