Abstract

Abstrak Trafo daya memliki dimensi besar dengan lilitan banyak, sehingga tidak praktis untuk mendapatkan nilai tegangan tinggi dengan frekuensi tinggi. Kumparan Tesla adalah  peralatan listrik yang mengubah nilai tegangan ke nilai yang lebih besar dengan frekuensi tinggi. Dalam tugas akhir ini dirancang suatu kumparan Tesla yang mendapat masukan dari inverter berbentuk gelombang kotak. Kumparan Tesla terdiri rangkaian induktor dan kapasitor. Rangkaian induktor terdiri lilitan primer dan sekunder. Dalam tugas akhir ini akan dianalisi dua macam lilitan primer dengan inti tunggal dan ganda. Lilitan primer dibuat dengan kawat email yangg dililit pada pipa secara merata. Kapasitor adalah toroid yang terbuat dari selang dan dilapisi aluminium  foil. Dengan perhitungan yang sesuai akan diperoleh frekuensi tepat sehingga menghasilkan tegangan keluaran besar. Tegangan keluaran trafo Tesla diaplikasikan pada beban reaktor ozon. Karakteristik reaktor ozon bekerja berdasarkan tegangan kerja dari frekuensi kumparan Tesla. Berdasarkan hasil perancangan lilitan primer tunggal dan ganda dalam tugas akhir ini adalah 6,7µH. Lilitan sekunder mempunyai nilai 46,3mH dan nilai toroid sebesar 29,3pF. Pengujian menghasilkan frekuensi resonan 60-65kHz dengan keluaran 2600V dan menghasilkan ozon  0,60 ppm per 50ml Kata kunci : Kumparan tesla,  reaktor ozon, lilitan tunggal  dan ganda.  Abstract Power transformer have a large dimensions with a lot of winding and not practical to get a high voltage with high frequency. Tesla coil is a device that can change the value of a voltage value that is higer with higer frequency. In this final project, tesla coil  input is obtained by inverter in the form of square wave pulse. Tesla coil consists of inductors and capacitor. The inductor circuit consisted by the primary and secondary windings. The primary winding made with email wire wrapped around the pipe evenly. Capacitors is toroid that made of hose and coated by aluminium foil. Frequency values to produce a higer output voltage of tesla transformer can be obtained by carefull calculate. Tesla transformer output voltage was applied to the load in the for of ozone reactor. In this final project will be analyzed kind of primary winding with one and two cores. In this final project tesla coil primary winding is designed with single and double cores with a value of 6,7µH. Secondary windings have 46,3mH value and the value of toroid is 29,3pF. Test result value of the resonant frequency of 62 kHz with output 2600V and produce ozone 0.060 ppm in 50ml. Keywords: tesla coil, ozone reactor, one and two cores

Abstract

This thesis discusses the Use of Menstrual Delay Pills for Hajj and Umrah Pilgrims (Comparative Study Between the Views of Yusuf al-Qardawi and Ibn Utsaimin). As for the formulation of this problem, namely (1) How is it legal to consume drugs to delay menstruation for women who carry out Hajj and Umrah? (2) What are the views of Yusuf al-Qardawi and Ibn Utsaimin regarding the use of menstrual delay pills for women who perform Hajj and Umrah? (3) The type of research is library research which is known as (Library Research) because the data being researched are books, journals, manuscripts which are all from the library. The type of data used is qualitative data type, namely the type of data related to data in the form of written words, observable events and behaviors. The results of this study are how then Yusuf al-Qardawi the pilgrims for Hajj and Umrah are allowed to consume drugs to delay menstruation in carrying out the pilgrimage and Umrah with the aim of being able to do the pillars of Hajj and Umrah perfectly without any obstacles and no problems. Because basically everything is permissible, as long as there is no prohibition from the Shari'ah. Meanwhile, al-'Utsaimin was more judgmental in terms of harm, so he suggested to those who use the drug to delay menstruation, it is better not to use it than harm in the future that befalls him.

Abstract

Sampah merupakan masalah yang kompleks yang dihadapi oleh negara, salah satunya kota besar yang ada di Indonesia. Surabaya merupakan kota yang memiliki kepadatan penduduk berjumlah 3,15 Juta jiwa pada Tahun 2019 dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk sebesar 2.07 persen yang dapat mempengaruhi laju peningkatan timbunan sampah fan penyumbang terbesar kedua di Indonesia, untuk menangani hal tersebut Pemerintah Kota Surabaya mengeluarkan Peraturan Walikota Nomor 16 Tahun 2022 tentang Pengurangan Penggunaan Kantong Plastik di Kota Surabaya. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan peraturan tersebut dalam rangka Zero Waste di Kota Surabaya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian yuridis-empiris yang merupakan penelitian efektivitas hukum yang ada di masyarakat (Pasar Rakyat). Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder yang di peroleh melalui studi kepustakaan, analisis dari wawancara, penyebaran kuisioner secara daring ke masyarakat di Pasar Rakyat, literatur dan peraturan terkait. Penelitian ini di dasarkan pada penelitian “Efektivitas Pembayaran Suroboyo Bus Menggunakan Sampah Botol Plastik” yang berkesimpulan bahwa hal tersebut belum efektif dalam pelaksanaannya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan adanya inefisiensi peraturan yang diterapkan di masyarakat dan masih marak di pergunakan di Pasar Rakyat, hal tersebut dikarenakan tidak adanya solusi pemerintah yang solutif, faktor masyarakat yang masih ketergantungan, serta penegakan hukum yang tidak tegas.

Abstract

Background: Covid-19 is an infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus and has resulted in more than 3.8 million deaths worldwide. Covid-19 can cause multiorgan complications, including hepatobiliary organs. Many assessments have been used to determine the severity and prognosis of hepatobiliary disorders, such as the Albumin Bilirubin (ALBI) score and the AST-platelet ratio index (APRI) score. Aim: This study aims to determine the relationship between the ALBI score and APRI score with severity, length of treatment, and mortality in COVID-19 infection. Methods: We conducted a case-control study in a population of adult patients with confirmed COVID-19 who were hospitalized at RSSA in the period January-December 2022. Patients with hepatobiliary and autoimmune disorders were excluded from the sample population for further analysis. Albumin, bilirubin, SGOT, and platelet levels were measured at the beginning of the patient's hospitalization. The correlation between variables was analyzed using the Rank-Spearman test with SPSS 27. Results: The study subjects' characteristics showed that most patients were more than 60 years old (66.67%). Based on the severity of the disease, five patients (16.67%) were mild, ten patients (33.33%) were moderate, and 15 patients (50%) were severe. Of the 30 patients, 16 recovered (53.33%) and 14 died (46.67%). The majority of subjects did not require treatment in the ICU (66.67%). The results of the Rank-Spearman Test showed that the ALBI score [R=0.372; p=0.043 (p<0.05)] and APRI score [R=0.409; p=0.025 (p<0.05)] were significantly correlated with the mortality of Covid-19 patients but not with the severity and length of treatment. Conclusion: The conclusion of this study shows that ALBI score and APRI score have a significant relationship with mortality in COVID-19 patients and have the potential to be further studied as predictive factors in assessing the prognosis of COVID-19 patients.
